Needed to have my transmission rebuilt so after seeing overall good reviews we decided to use this business. Staff was professional and courteous however after picking up my car we noticed the steering wheel was off centered so we called to have it corrected and we’re told rudely it was not their fault! It was fine when we dropped it off!! After researching it and speaking to other mechanics it was there fault! It was a costly repair and wouldn’t have taken anything but their time to fix it! Dishonest and bad customer service, do not recommend!!!!!

This repair shop replaced my transmission on my bmw after others could not, in a very timely matter. The staff was professional and prompt my car was done within a week. I had not driven my car in almost a year because of the transmission I wanted to give up on my vehicle that I loved so much. If it weren’t for the knowledge and skill of the staff at S S transmission that allowed me to feel confident and comfortable with their diagnostics, estimates, and repair I would not have my BMW. There staff offered excellent customer service, very polite and very open about their work, even showed me things that I didnt know had been done to my transmission before I brought it in to them. I greatly appreciated their honest approach and full disclosure of issues not just telling me about things but willingly showed me. They also had my transmission completed ahead of schedule and the cost was less than the original quote. I will definitely will recommend them to others.
