Well staffed with knowledgeable workers. During my shopping experience the other day, we were helped from the time we entered till when we exited. Had some specific questions regarding reupholstery of outdoor deck chairs which were answered expertise.

The ladies who helped me find what I needed in a “sea” of options that gave me sensory overload, are very knowledgeable, and patient. If you have questions, these ladies will have answers…about sewing.

I always enjoy shopping at our local Joann Fabrics. Very friendly staff! And they were very prompt and courteous with curbside deliveries during the pandemic lockdown when customers were not allowed inside. Its nice to be able to go inside to shop once again.

Love this fabric store, I can find all type of things to be crafty with.

Very nice place to shop nice and clean precious are a little bit outrageous but they do not have wheelchair for handicap or a scooter makes it difficult for a handicap to be able to get around

Its a very small store. They have mostly fabric, seasonal items and cricut products. I wish we had a larger store here

Small store compared to some of their other stores but for me, a big plus was the employees. They were friendly and helpful. If you have read any of my other ratings for Joanns you know that I have not rated high because of how the employees treat you. I will not return to a store where, when you ask for help, they are rude and short with you. Or you have to argue with them over posted prices. This store was a pleasant surprise. Even though the selection was not as big as the other stores, I would choose to return to this store because of the customer service.

Selection was a lil low in comparison to my regular Joann store, but the staff here was VERY friendly and helpful. Nice change of pace on that note!:)

I come here often, but not once has someone asked if I needed any help finding anything, its not that I cant find it . And sometimes I need help tho and there either to busy or nowhere to be found. It would just be nice. Other than that check out is nice, not fast, but nice.

I would give it more stars. But you cant.

Nice store, very clean, staff were nice but not enough staff to keep down long lines. Please do not misunderstand they were trying. Handicap accessible and the bathrooms are very clean. The coupons on the web site are difficult to get to and it is definitely deceiving with the percentages off when you cannot use on sale items. I am very satisfied with this store as a whole and enjoy having a JoAnn’’s in the Norman area

Its a nice store but checking out takes soo long

I stood around the cutting table about 15 minutes just for the associate to assist 2 other customers that came in the store as I waited. After being looked over twice, I had to literally wave and ask to be assisted. She actually said, oh My, where did you come from? Covering her mouth like she was shocked I was there. The store did have Everything I came for. 5 stars on inventory! A 0 on customer service.

Love shopping here but there never seems to be enough help. I understand one person cutting fabric but that only leaves one other employee running a register, stocking shelves, etc.

They have a bunch of stuff that can be hard to find. Some things are priced ok others are outrageous, like large standard foam sheets. Two of those to fit up a bed are more expensive that a finished memory foam matress topper. How does that work?
