Call and spoke with Melanie today as I was on the hunt for a random item for work. Melanie was super helpful and took the time to search for what I was looking for when she really didnt have to. Will recommend her and the Bead Shoppe to everyone just based on that alone. Customer service goes an extremely long way with me.
