I initially found the mattress on Slumberlands website, so I knew what I wanted. The salesman was very helpful and efficient and completed my order for the mattress, box springs, and a frame. I hit the Labor Day sale and was able to use a coupon as well. This was a positive, easy shopping experience.

Shipping times are long but this is typical. We changed our mind on the first set of furniture once we got it into our house. They worked with us as we ordered something else. They let us keep the original furniture while we waited for the new set to be delivered. Shout out to Michelle for the excellent Customer service. Our ottoman was accidently shipped to the St. Louis location by mistake. Michelle volunteered to drive to pick it up for us. This type of customer service is hard to come by.

We were very happy with their fast and helpful service, both online and over the phone. We got a great deal on our new sectional and they are delivering it to us free of charge!

I am impressed with they variety of Tempurpedic mattresses they have on the floor, since we were at the store specifically to try those. The salesman, John, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items. Financing was easy. Great overall experience! Plus, Tempurpedic knows how to make a bed; you can’t go wrong with the best in the business.

It was a very easy process to purchase our couch. The woman who finished our purchase was very friendly and personable. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 was because the gentleman who was assigned to help us was a bit offish. He did check in on us and asked if we has questions, but he always seemed like he was more interested in getting back to talking to other staff members in the mattress section. We were the only customers in the store for the majority of our visit.

My wife and I came in looking to pick out a bed and frame, then come back and buy it next weekend. When we found out the Labor Day sale had already begun, we decided to go ahead and buy it. We had attentive, but not overbearing customer service, which means that she was there when we needed her, but she walked away to let us openly try and comment to each other. In my mind, that was just perfect. The price was even less than I estimated, so we were happy on all fronts! 5*

I had specific measurements for a recliner replacement and the color had to coordinate with fabric from a new sofa and fabric on existing chairs. Tall order to fill. Mariah was my salesperson who helped me pick the right chair and get it on sale! Cant wait for delivery!

The salesperson was very patient as I tried out several chairs. I was there maybe an hour trying chair after chair. She answered my questions. Of course, I allowed her to help others while I tested chairs but she always came right back to me. Although the delivery took awhile, it was due to COVID-19 delays. The delivery man was polite, cheerful and quick to put the chair together. All good stuff! As for the comfort of the chair, the jury is still out as I have low back issues making it hard to judge. I needed a new chair stopped and was in and out in a few minutes. The only thing that i didnt care for they dont take old chair which is very difficult to get rid of old furniture.
