Used this place 20 years ago and as recently as today. I can say that not mich has changed in those 20 yrs. Theyre still hospitable/kind, knowledgeable, and definitely affordable. Id recommend them to everyone. (*had to add that I was deceived about the price. Its $20 to get your vehicle looked at and that is supposed to apply to your bill if you decide to use them. THEY DID NOT APPLY IT. Instead I was given some yarn about getting the wotk done the same day it was inspected for that to apply. The previous employee said nofhing about a time constraint and i felt it shouldve been honored*)

My wife and I were stopped in Decatur overnight during our Christmas travels. We damaged a tire rim and needed it repaired before we could move on. The Walmart auto shop said there was nothing they could do when I took it in on Sunday, but on Monday morning we called Cagle and they were so friendly and helpful. They got us in right away, quickly fixed the problem, barely charged us for it, and then sent us on our way. Great people and a great experience!

Update from my first review. My wife had some issues with her car shaking at 50 mph. I took it in and Scott that runs the tire and wheel portion of the business helped me figure out a game plan to get my wifes car driving right again. All her wheels were bent and he showed that to me. So I found some inexpensive factory wheels at a salvage yard, and Scott checked them out and they were good. So he helped us find what we needed and the Nexen Aria tires they had were priced right and the car drives like it never has since weve owned it. This place will take care of you. If you like to be taken care of and not ripped off these guys are great.Friendly and honest staff. Also comfy area to hang out while they get the work done. Noticed they have been in business for almost 60 years which is another indication of good service in my estimation.

They was supposed to call me back with a price to work on my car and never returned my call I took it to Minor and they fixed it for me

They are centrally located on Hwy 24, you cant miss them. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they are a Christian base company that treats everyone fair and square. As far as Im concerned they are the BEST place to go if you need any kind of front-end and brake etc. #1

Dropped my car off to get some front end work done and they had it ready the very next day and saved me over $100 on parts and labor. Very professional and friendly. They will definitely get my business again if I ever have any more front end or tire needs!

I have been using Cagle Front End and Tire in Decatur, AL for many years. When I first moved to the Tennessee Valley in 1997 I would take my car to Walmart. Walmarts wait time for my tire work increased every time I went. Each time a different person worked on my car who didnt know who I was. So, I started looking for a a place where I could get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Cagle Front End and Tire is a perfect fit for me. I love walking in and hearing Todd say, Hey Mr. Mike, whats up with you? Talk about personal service! Thanks guys! By the way, I need another tire rotation in about 1000 miles!

They have specialized in tires, brakes, alignments and front-end work for decades. They also do general automotive repairs.

Well, they put me on a used tire for 40$ and the darn thing went flat a week later and left me stranded on the side of the road.
