Came in with a nail in my tire. Lady working the service desk was pretty rude but I gathered that she was having a rough day. It was mid afternoon and she said she wouldn’t be able to get to it until tomorrow. Quoted me a price of $235-ish for the tire. I asked her to go ahead and replace both tires on that axle. When I picked it up the next day, the total was ~$250. When I asked why that price, the lady got rude again and gave me an itemized statement. I told her that I thought the price would be closer to $500 for both tires and she said that they only did one. I left and because there are two completely different tires (one that fills to 40 PSI and one that fills to 85 PSI) the low pressure light on my dash won’t turn off. My wife mentioned that it looked like someone had rummaged through our things in the back as well. I called the service station to ask them to replace the other tire on the axle and the lady said that she wouldn’t be able to get to it until later that afternoon to fix it. Definitely don’t recommend this place.

For being so busy, they keep their calm! Always treat me well, help to try and lower my bill a bit, and the mechanics know their stuff! I woke up to a flat today, they got me right in and I was out with a fixed tire in no time.

Had 1 tire replaced on my Mustang after running over a bolt before my drive to Florida. Didnt have initial tire I was quoted for but only a slightly more expensive one. Londa was kind enough to discount it to similar price. Thanks helped me out of a tough spot.

I have 2 uncles who retired from Firestone who have for years bought tires here Im sure they are talked to better here !!!

Tire balance and rotation, alignment, and oil change. Had an appointment, so got me right in and out. Would have been 5 stars but had to go back to add air in my tires (tire pressure light came on just after leaving).

The lady theyve hired to interact with the customers is extremely rude and disrespectful. My father worked at Firestone for 30+ years and now they no longer offer the friends and family discount. I wouldnt buy anything from this store, even if I did get the discount. Firestone needs to take a hard look at this specific store. Ive done business here for years, but wont be going back....

They did fix my tire, I think. There was no communication, even when I asked about what the problem was. Very rude. I have been going here for a long time for tires, oil changes, and various other services. I was not happy with the customer service at all, this time. I dont even know if they did what I asked for (a rotate and balance), because it was not on the receipt that they e-mailed me.

Fast, friendly. Dont go to the one downtown. Go here instead.

Took really good care of me. Make sure to go to the one on 22nd. The one on Main is horrible.

Customer service this last visit was thumbs down all the way!!! That is putting things nicely! Clown show!! I do not plan to go back even for my free tire rotations! I will pay for even that small service before I get myself that frustrated again!

We were in Decatur for a wedding weekend. We had driven from 5 states away. On the day of the wedding (Saturday), I noticed a nail in my right rear tire. I was able to call this store, and even though they were busy, they agreed to me dropping the car off and they patched the tire during the ceremony. They were even nice enough to research the tires warranty information and performed all work free of charge as the tire was still under warranty. I was able to safely drive back home thanks to the service at this store. Thank you so much!

Terrible service.Made an appointment and they ordered a tire.Showed up to the appointment they said they didn’t have the tire and would have to order another one.Tried to charge 275$ for a tire that is only 175$ list price and I had road hazard.The guy working the counter said there was nothing he could do the tire was discontinued.He did not want to help so I left and went to Main Street firestone she got me a tire and had me going in two hours no appointment...best part they called that afternoon and ask why I didn’t show up my tire was there waiting on me???? Go to Main Street Firestone!

Ive been a Firestone customer for over 40 years and have been going to the 22nd Street location for over 20 years. I dropped my car off for a simple oil change was told they were a man short but they should be able to have my car done on time if not they would phone. 2 hours later when I came back to pick up my car they did not know who I was and had not even touched my car they forgot all about it. After 40 years of being a loyal customer I will never go back or purchase another Firestone product. There service has always been a little slow but they used to be reliable. NOT ANY MORE. Their attitude screamed YOUR BUSINESS IS NOT IMPORTANT TO US even though in the 2 months prior to this incident I had spent $700 for goods and services.

Went in for a $10 ac check come out with 3 hundred and something bill. Still no ac so not very pleased.

They were busy said it would be an hour so my son walked 3 blocks got a patch kit we fixed our own tire didnt take us an hour maybe 15 or20 minutes we did use thier air IAM sorry but you later money that day customer service should be priority

A tire store that cannot remove a tire... I have to pick up my rim and take elsewhere to get a blown out tire removed. Thought this is why I took them to a tire store... UPDATE then they falsely accuse me of cussing them out when all I did is say I can take the tire off myself, just do your job and I wouldnt have to.
