I cannot say enough good things about this dealership--it was the perfect car-buying experience start to finish--from my first call to Tyler Schilz early on a Saturday morning regarding vehicle details and pricing until we drove home with the new vehicle that afternoon. No game playing with Crown. We found them to be responsive and upfront about all aspects of the transaction. It was a 400 mile round trip to make the purchase and wed do it again in a heartbeat--we were that pleased!

They were not able to get me in for an oil change the day that I called, but they were efficient in setting me up with the next available appointment.The service itself was completed efficiently.

Drove vehicle into the service department at the scheduled time and was immediately taken care of. Oil change and tire rotation was completed. One of the tires had a small nail in it, so it was removed, the tire plugged, and I was assured it would be safe to drive as the nail was small and not in a critical place.

I purchased a Nissan Rogue Monday and had the best service! Dylan Taylor was awesome, honest, and made it a pleasant experience. He answered all the questions we had and made sure we were taken care of and happy before we left. Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant and made it a welcome place to be!

The service person that worked on my car never acknowledged me he came in and gave my paperwork to the front desk he didnt talk to me about my car at all he didnt let me know if my car was all good or if i needed anything.On a scale from 1-10 Ill give it a 1. The servicedesk personal wasnt very friendly. That was my first time going to this dealer and my last.

My recent service call was due to what I thought may be a potentially dangerous brake problem. ...I am not a mechanic!!!! Mark Mentzer was able to get me scheduled. I brought the car in and the brakes were inspected front and rear. No problem was found. It was due to irregular wear on the tires. Mark reviewed two new tire brands with me that would solve the problem. I drive high miles to and from work, and I need to KNOW that my car is in good mechanical order. Experience filled with hassle and dissatisfaction.Contacted dealership regarding a pre-owned Jeep. Initial response was favorable, discussed price, agreed on price contingent on additional pictures and negotiating out of state transit. Thats when the circus began. Was told Id be contacted with pics and details, only to be ghosted. Upon searching for the vehicle again, I noticed that they raised the price by $1,002. After several messages, I was finally contacted a couple days later and told they couldnt price as low as they 1st stated without financing through them...asked for their best rates, no response...expressed that Id still move forward at the 1st advertised price, no response. This isnt the way to do business and the greed shown after they realized they priced their own vehicle too low was a slap in the face. Maybe this review costs them more than the $1000 they increased the price by. Be very cautious showing much interest in one of their online prices...or simply look elsewhere.

Intermittent problem with electrical grounding. Crown Service gave me a loaner and checked everything, made a few adjustments. So far so good. They definitely tried hard, and intermittent problems are difficult. I meant to wash the loaner before I returned it, but the weather didnt cooperate.

After shopping other dealerships, Crown gave me the best price for my trade-in, and got me a good finance rate on my Rogue. I also own a Altima that I bought from them in 08. My salesman for both vehicles was Larry Daniels. He was very easy to work with, and took the time to show my wife & I all the features of the new Rogue. When the time comes for our next car, we will definitely go back to Crown.

I bought a used Nissan Maxima about 4 months ago. My Salesman was Matt Forbes, He was extremely professional and not pushy at all. Even though it was used they filled the tank up, gave me a free oil change, and gave me a 6 month warranty with it for free (the factory warranty was up). They offered me a very reasonable trade in offer on my vehicle. When I buy again Ill definitely be back to work with them.

As an additional and unnecessary gesture, he gave me a gift that I wont soon forget!After arriving at the dealership I was given the opportunity to inspect and drive the vehicle with no pressure and no timeline. I was thourogh and they were nothing but patient. Completing the purchase paperwork was fast and easy. At this point I had the opportunity to meet the finance manager Stephen Ground, who was absolutely great. One of those guys who you felt like youve known for years He will handle the rest of the paperwork and youll be on your way. Note that he will offer you extended warranty options, as all Finance Managers do. I specifically used offer instead of sell because I never felt pressured to buy anything. But what he offers is worth listening to, because they seem to have some great warranty options for far less than I would have expected.Everyone made sure to shake my hand and thank me before sending me on my way. And note, all of this was on a used car!!As I got in my car to leave, I noticed they had even filled it up with gas! Another unexpected gesture on what I believe was a skinny deal for them.I realize I sound like a fan boy, but for them knowing that they likely would never see me again as I live three states away, I couldnt believe how accommodating they were. My local dealerships would do well to take a few lessons from these guys.So to the team at Crown Nissan, a sincere thank you again for a great car buying experience!

Just a normal oil change. Got me right in and out without an appointment.

Their customer service is great, the technicians not so much. My girlfriend took her Maxima in today (12/6) for a routine oil change and fluid check. They changed her oil and told her it wouldn’t be a bad idea to change her brake fluid, which she specifically said no to. The Technician took it upon their self to do it any ways, and upon being told to stop by his supervisor, his did just that, stopped exactly where he was. She then noticed as she was driving that her brake light and traction control light came on, her brakes also failed at one point. This is do to the fact that he didn’t bother to fill the reservoir. The reservoir was completely empty and her lines were full of air. So I ended up doing it myself the right way after they failed to do something she didn’t even want done. Good way to get a lawsuit..

We were looking for a small SUV and had seen a few but decided to look at a Toyota RAV4 instead of the models we had seen so far. We know Larry Daniels from the neighborhood and I bought a car from him many years ago so we gave him a call to see what he could show us from the other Crown lot next door. Larry was great. He lined up several RAV4s for us to see but even better he suggested we take a look at a Nissan Rouge as well since we would be there anyway. We drove both and they were each nice but we decided on the Rouge. It had more of what we wanted and the prices were roughly the same. We never would have thought of the Rouge had Larry not mentioned it to us. I had never heard of one before actually. We really appreciate that. Larry really knows his cars and his customers. We told him approximately what we wanted and he found a perfect match for us. The rest of the staff was also great and it was an all around good experience for us.
