2021 model 3 about two months oldI had a rear spoiler brackets break and the spoiler was touching the ground when driving above 30 mph...per Tesla service this is not covered under warranty.... This has got to be the worst service I have ever had in my life...They will change you with out your knowledge of the charge and your consent this should be Illegal... To be continued

I am from New York and was in Georgia visiting family. I went to this Tesla to inquire about transitioning from my Gas SUV to a Tesla Y. My boyfriend and I was immediately greeted by Harry, who listened to our needs and explained the cars more. He gave us a brief introduction into the app showing us on his phone and let us know that test drive appointments were full but let us look a and sit in the Y before it was taken out again.After looking at the Model Y sitting in it, and inspecting it inside and out I wanted to get a break down of the cost, design, and see if I could schedule a test drive. I was then greeted by Bill decor and advisor, who was absolutely amazing! We let him know we were from NY and were looking to transition to electric cars. He went through all the car details, explained they process, insurance, the different options for charging stations, self driving features, and more. He took his time informing us about all aspects of the car and even walked us out to see the model 3 when I thought that might have been a good option. I wanted to schedule a test drive, but they were all booked and none would be available before we left back to NY. Even knowing that he still took his time explaining as much as he could.Bill was very professional and even when another couple interrupted us and started asking him questions, he politely answered them while continuing to keep us engaged. Bill was great and I will definitely be scheduling my test drive in NY and will be purchasing a Model Y.

My husband and I went to the dealership to obtain information about the Tesla vehicles, transition process, and electrical connection to the residence. We approached sales rep. Jean who immediately advised they did not have much inventory. I acknowledge his statement and inquired if he couldprovide information on the few vehicles they had on the lot. Jean advised I should go online to find out more information about the vehicles. It was apparent at this point he was not going to assist or attempt to provide good customer service. We decided to take our business to another dealership. His loss in a potential sale.

I would say, We had a very bad experience getting our car delivered. Arrived around 4:30 pm we had our appointment at that time and not sure what was the issue with the management team that they weren’t giving us live updates on what happened. Everyone was running around, looks like they didn’t have enough staff for the amount of people coming in. We were there for more than 3 hours just waiting. Our payment was in full few days before even picking up. This is being one of the worst experience while spending $44k and be treated worse than buying a McDonald’s burger. Wouldn’t recommend this dealer.

Overwhelming Our cars will sell and we dont give a f about customer service at this location. We were here twice---first to make an appointment and second to test drive. For the most part, it was very clear that no one really cares to attend to customers here. On the test drive day, we arrived at noon and were told that we will be the next. 20 minutes and 3 groups of people (who arrived after) later, we decided to just leave. What bothered us the most was that the salesman was extremely casual and wear a I dont f care expression the whole time.I understand. Tesla has been selling well and there is a 4 months waitlist, but I for sure, would not want to deal with this type of customer service in the long run.

A bit disorganized. We booked a test drive (apparently it was not possible at the time). They said they will send a text confirmation, to which we should reply with the drivers license. We never got the text. The person greeting us on the day of the test drive just told us to wait. People kept coming in and getting attended to. We just left at the end. One person rushed to talk to us while we were leaving, at least he was nice.

This is where I bought my Tesla and get it serviced. This last time I went in on a Saturday for my recall service for the MCU upgrade. They had me come back in 4 hours (with Uber tokens) to tell me they needed to keep my car till Monday. They stated that their server access was slow since all of the Tesla stores used the same server. They knew this when I arrived and should have guided me to make an appointment first thing in the morning then. Well when I returned after 4 hours, they did give me the dirtiest Model 3 loaner I have ever seen, inside and out- the floors were dirty, AC smelled bad and it needed an alignment. Anyway, I think this place needs to set aside more S loaners for S customers to use. I will be going to another location for my service in the future. They need to upgrade this location to be more customer service friendly.

UGH. So I love my Tesla by the DMV team here completely screwed up the process. 1) for months I had my registration set for where I have this car, in North Carolina, but they had to switch it at the last minute to Georgia because of where Im picking it up. Cost THOUSANDS more in taxes. 2) then they had to FedEx me the odometer form they never asked me to sign and 3) they NEVER SENT THE TAG!!! Now they are claiming it must have been lost and I have to file a police report and go down to the DMV IN PERSON to take care of this. THESE PEOPLE SUCK!!! Pickup your car elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or dont get a Tesla.

We stepped in the dealership and it didn’t look like regular dealership that has a reception desk and someone there to greet you. The space was filled with parked Tesla and they had to removed the reception desk to free up the space. Saw a few couples waiting there to pick up their Tesla. After waited for about 20min, our sales rep Drew started to process our paperwork for picking up, then it went very smoothly. Drew stood under the hot Sun showing us everything about our car. He was very professional and efficient and answered every question patiently. I drove away my Tesla within an hour. All the charge stations were occupied at that time I didn’t want to wait in line. I drove off with 120 mile on it, which is ok.

I was upset due to the buying process initially. The existing inventory car was damaged at the Nashville location and there wasn’t clear information on what happened and the delivery date was delayed. Magically a another Model 3 with the exact same setup was delivered just before my second delivery date. I am very happy with the car and the Atlanta Decatur team were very gracious and helpful on delivery day. Everyone was under high pressure and they pulled it off.

After inspection we had to refuse delivery due to quality control issues. Not a great first experience with Tesla. Ended up picking up a different vehicle in Roswell and had a much better experience.

Horrible first experience. We had a 2 pm test drive appointment with Gene. Once we got there - this person was nowhere to be found. Two separate employees literally went around looking for him. Mind you, this is after speaking to the aforementioned agent 3 different times (once on the day of - an hour before we were scheduled). After waiting for 20 minutes, I finally asked another agent to assist us. I asked the agent helping us if vehicles are sanitized in between drivers - he said yes. As we sat in and looked around, it didn’t seem that way. The infotainment system and center console all had fingerprints all over it. The back headrest had grease on it. Once we returned, Gene had appeared with half a mask that barely covered his mouth and nose and got in close proximity to speak. We didn’t feel safe at all and left soon after. Whoever is managing this location needs to do a better job of making sure new clients are having a better first experience than we did.

I love the entire streamlined process for the car buying experience. It did not take 3 hours to get the paperwork in order. It took less than 30 mins. Considering how much a Tesla costs, the customer service for picking up the car was less than expected. The few questions that my husband had had to be answered by someone in service. We were not given copies of our lease paperwork or the tag paperwork. It has been a week and they are not showing up in my account (were told they would be scanned). My last contact (via text) said that there were FedEx tracking numbers for lease and tag papers. If it was FedEx, I would have expected it by now....its been 5 days. As far as review of car features, there was only basic review of the charging process for the car. They dont seem to have any given delivery or teaching on the features of the car. So make sure to have you list of questions about features, etc. because they will only give you info on what you ask. Be very thorough when doing your test drive experience to clearly find out all you want to know because when getting it at delivery they may or may not know the answer. Since the delivery people dont sell the it, they dont learn the details to be able to answer customer questions.

Poor experience. As a Engineer, the delivery process need a lot of work. The people were amazing; they just work under a flawed process. The process attributed to long wait times and lack of aherence to the appointment schedule. The vehicle is great but the delivery experience is seriously lacking.

Devin Cook is the perfect example of A++ service at Tesla. He has been helping me with my model Y order and has been truly amazing. This is my 1st electric car and I had many many questions that he answered without ever getting impatient with me. I have canceled my 1st model Y order and asked him to change few options on my 2nd order, he has done it all with a smile on his face (under the mask!) ..lastly, he has always gotten back with me in minutes from leaving him a message or asking him questions via e-mail. Ask for him when you buy your Tesla, he makes the process very pleasant and he is very knowledgeable..

We live 3 hours away. We have been wanting a Tesla for about a year now and scheduled an appt to do a test drive. We left very early in case of traffic and still ran into traffic on the way. I tried calling MULTIPLE times to let them know we would be a few min late due to traffic. No one answered, so I had to leave a voicemail. We got there, and our advisor said he had us scheduled for a Model 3 test drive, even though we had an email and a confirmation call the day before about the Model Y. He finally found a Model Y we could test. While my husband got our daughters car seat installed, he was showing me everything to do, and the car wouldnt start. He even got in and couldnt start it with the key card. He went into have someone remote start it with their phone. It started for a second and then shut off. It wouldnt turn on again. We spent 15+ min. Trying to get this car started. He said we couldnt drive it (even though he said it had an appt at 4). He said we could test a Model 3, so we said ok since we had just driven almost 4 hours with traffic. He went inside to get the key card for it then came back out and said we couldnt because they all had appointments. No one else tried to come out to fix the Y for us or accommodate or help us. Our advisor didnt seem to know too much about why the car wouldnt start and wasnt in any hurry to try and make it up. He just said he couldnt do anything, and we would have to reschedule. I dont understand why someone more experienced didnt come out to help when the car wouldnt start. So now 3+ hours back, no test drive, and mad.I 100% do NOT recommend this location.

I took delivery of my brand new Tesla 3 at this location. The car is beautiful. The delivery experience has some contact. I have 2 issues with my delivery:1) The process requires that you watch Tesla videos on the car display. Over the air connectivity will not work until you complete the process. Ergo, wi-fi is required. The delivery staging area was too far from building to get wi-fi. No closer space available. Salesperson offered no solution. Hotspot on my phone worked after some difficulty and a youtube video answer. No help from staff.2) An available update, which requires 30 minutes to install, was not installed. Why?Love the car.

I got my Tesla Model 3 in this location. The car is fantastic, but the steering wheel was scratched (see attached photo). After 1 month I’m still waiting for an answer from Tesla to get the steering wheel changed (it can’t be repaired). My advise: get the car (it’s amazing), try to pick a different location to get your car and, if you don’t have other option but to pick your car here, estimate 3 hours to do a thorough review of the car and don’t leave the dealership without a written document that they will repair the damage. Note: the scratches are in the back of the steering wheel... you have to look closely.

Terrible experience with this dealership! This is our second time in 4 months and both times, we were very disappointed! The first time, we dropped off our car for a minor problem, after 4 days at dealership, they said it is fixed! We go to pick up the car and after 30 mins waiting, they come and say... sorry, we haven’t got to problem yet! We’ll let you know when it will be fixed! This time, our car which is Tesla model X, the screen would not come on; we tried to reset and called roadside service, they said to take it to nearest service center. The only service center open on Saturday morning was the Decatur location! We drove 30 minutes with a non drivable car, and when we got there, they said you don’t have an appointment, so we can not help! The earliest appointment is 10 days from today! Who can make an emergency appointment??? We tried to reach out to the managers... left several messages... no response! At last, we called the roadside again the next day, and they said they shouldn’t have refused helping you! They now have to come and tow the car and we have to get a rental car!

Every time I call them about this issue it’s like starting over again and they are “looking into it” and “checking with the finance department” for 5 days already. Picked up my Tesla model 3 from here and it was pretty good. If I had one negative it would be that you can not call this place, in my experience. My delivery person was Katie crabb who was great at responding to emails and I never had a problem with her. Also to anyone picking up a new Tesla make sure that you inspect your car fully before leaving because I discovered some cosmetic damage after I got home and they would not fix it but I do not really blame them since there is really no way to prove I did not cause the damage and who knows I might have caused it but I doubt it. Overall though way easier than when I bought my car and Katie really was very helpful and patient through the entire process.

I could barely get to the chargers because the lot had too many cars in it. Some of chargers were blocked by cars. Someone came after me to charge and couldnt get in, so she asked them if they could move one of their cars so she could charge her car. The staff was rude and they made fun of her (behind her back) inside the building where I was hanging out. One of the staff said they hoped theyd get rid of the chargers soon. Employees were all over the place and nobody said hi or asked if I needed anything. Strange experience all-in-all. It was unlike any Tesla dealership Ive ever been too. Giving it two stars because the charging existed and worked, and I was able to keep moving to my next destination.

The quality of the cars has gone so far downhill, so many problems, brake noise, doors don’t work right and it leaks! You can’t call them, they don’t respond to emails or texts. Warning, if you buy one, you are on you’re own. You will not get help or service. The cars becomes worthless after 6 months. You are stuck with your car forever. No dealer will take them and Tesla devalues then 50% in the first year. And if you get a lemon like I did, you better have another car.

It seems simple to buy a vehicle from Tesla, but thats because they do the absolute LEAST possible for you during the purchase. 1) We applied for the tag during the purchase process, but the sales person didnt inform us that we should get an Alternative Fuel tag so we could drive in the HOV lane. That became an added process we had to do later. 2) You have to use the Tesla app to schedule ANY followup service, you CANNOT reach a person. 3) The app is terrible, and usually gives you an Error message after you input info on about 14 screens. 4) If you need body work done, (broken headlight in this case) you STILL have to schedule through the App. 5) After you finally manage to get an appointment scheduled, expect a text telling you that you have to go to a Tesla body shop. 6) Repeat process at step 3 above. 7) Finally give up and schedule with an outside body shop.

Everyone from the service mechanics to the guys checking you in....amazing experience. This is what its supposed to be like. Warranty work was beyond easy, no questions asked. I have had my Model X serviced now 5 times for the same issue. Twice they have returned the car to me with 2 with more issues - once with issues with the door trim and another time with window gasket improperly installed.When I scheduled a follow up to address the issue with window trim, I was told that I could just drop of the car and they would take care of it. I said that I could send videos but I was told it would not be needed. They I get a message that they cannot repair the car and instead of being apologetic or embarrassed that a customer had to return 4 times for the same issue, they have now reneged and said that I have to be present and take more time out of my day and time from patient care to reproduce sound from the issue that they created. Ridiculous and so apathetic.

Took delivery of a Model S at this location about 6 months ago, delivery specialists were helpful. I didnt really have a lot of questions but paperwork was handled quickly and the process was smooth.This week I brought the car in to get some small issues taken care of and so far the service department has been outstanding. Service here was excellent. After scheduling an appointment they ran remote diagnostics to determine what was going on before I even came in. Gabriel was very helpful and patient with me (even though I asked dozens of questions).It didnt feel like a service appointment compared to traditional dealerships or repair shops. Everyone was friendly and attentive and no one was trying to upsell me on unnecessary services.I left with a much better understanding of my car and some great advice. He even buffed out some spots that I didnt see during delivery a few days prior.

I bought a model 3 here, They sold it as a show model with 170 miles on it and gave me a $500 discount off of new. Turns out the car is actually preowned, had other peoples info and phones till paired to it. Has problems with sensors and the microphone and the charging port. I get the pleasure of driving it 2 hours back. Made no attempt to even try to make it right. Im sure these cars are awesome but I would not trust the people who work here.
