I found the color and style what I was looking for and at a great discount. The people who assisted me were so sweet.

Asked guy at the store, which could’ve been the owner if they had any micro braiding hair. Guy was very rude, but the lady was nice. They had limited items, wasn’t going to purchase anyways due to the lack of customer service from him. I don’t have to spend my money somewhere if I’m not treated right,!, so I politely left out.

This really dont have a lot to pick from. For me I dont like the wigs at all, bought one from them n hate that I did. Sad thing is I tried the wig n it was nice but ask for a different color, didnt now she give me a different one then I ask for

My first experiences of being followed around the store while shopping for my poor excuse of a parent began here. Shed send me in at a very young age to shop for vigorol hair gel, perm kits, bonding glue, braiding hair for me and a few other miscellaneous items. These patrons wont dare greet upon entering or help you as they see you browsing the shelves for certain items. Trying to get one person to help me find what was on my parents list was a challenge. The moment(s) I got assistance, he or shed point at the item and walk away as if Im in the store more than ten minutes for one item. I was about twelve learning to shop without any guidance. Refunds are not allowed. They just watch you no matter how long youve shopped there. I am not a customer of this establishment but as a youth I had no other choice because of the black community minded person that birthed me. I choose not to support bad business if I can. Theres other better beauty supply stores and yes, I say support the ones that respect you. I havent seen or received respect from the asian owned establishments which is why I dont buy from them.
