I took my Citizen Eco Drive watch in to have the crystal replaced. Estimated time was 2 Weeks. After multiple trips and 5 weeks later my watch was ready. After a few days, I noticed that the date would no longer change. I took it back and was told that it was not their fault and it was not damaged during the repair...Hmmmm It was fine when I took it in, they took it all apart to repair it, and it didnt work correctly when I got it back. And they said not their fault?
