As always friendly, helpful staff. My husband has some nice watches, and I took them in to have new batteries put in. I was told up front what the batteries would cost (not the typical Walmart battery,so a bit pricey). I also did some shopping. Staff was friendly and informative, but not pushy.

Jewelry is very nice. Prices are competitive as well. The reason for the 1 star is simple. I came in looking for an engagement ring. The man who waited on me seemed to care more about a phone call and another guest who came in AFTER me. Was it my clothing? Was it my speech impediment? Im not sure. I do know that I got better service down the road and they got my 3500 dollars I had been saving. Shame on this store for judging a book by its cover.

The Jimmy Smith Jewelers employees were great handling my repairs. They repaired two necklaces that were broken. One was repaired while I waited, and the other was ready very quickly, several days before they had originally told me. I had my prongs checked and my rings cleaned while I waited, and they replaced three watch batteries. You can always expect fast, friendly service. Love the Smiths!
