Shopping experience is ok but male owner is rude and less careful about customers and his employees. Message to the owner is that you should talk politely to your customers and make them feel good so that they can have good shopping experience. He should also be polite to his staff and treat them respectfully which was lacking during our shopping experience today. Being well dressed matters but how do you care your customers and staff matters more.Hope this feedback would be taken as an opportunity to improved and serve customer and staff better.

I won’t recommend buying from Zaveri. I ordered online and the website stated it will be shipped the same day. There was no response from the company. I called the following week and talked to a staff who said there’s no one to help with online orders since the person handling online orders are helping other customers in store.I received a call the following day and email from the company regarding the order. When I returned the call, it turns out the item I ordered the item was sold in store according to the manager.I wasted my time ordering and calling over the phone. They don’t prioritize online orders or update the inventory.

Excellent service and fair pricing. It was my first time visiting. The lady who helped me was kind and very patient. I was looking for a simple gold band. I must have gone through at least 10 rings until I found one I liked. I will certainly return for more in the future.

If it’s in my hand I will give you 0 star. Never ever recommended to my Patel community to go over there. Purchase from them white gold chain more then $1000. My chain lock is broke. I Went 3 time since year there have no chain lock and today again I went and requested for return and buy other one and pay extra amount so they are not doing exchange. I don’t want to exchange free. I already used that chain so at lest return that item and what ever current cost I can buy other one but they don’t want to do.
