Called Doug at 1:15 pm and he was here within 20 minutes. He found out what was wrong and said he needed to go pick up the parts and would have to come back in a little while. He called me at 2:55 and said he was on his way back. He knew my car was stuck in the garage and even asked if I needed a ride! Door was fixed and working by 4:00! This is the second time we’ve used them. They work fast, are very knowledgeable and extremely fair priced! I *highly* recommend Gene’s!

My garage door was damaged in a windstorm.Genes did want to replace my garage doors because I should not put an expensive garage door on a rental. Even after knowing my insurance would be paying for everything excluding my deductible that I said I would be paying upfront.

Came out for a spring/track fix and finished the job on time and within the estimate. Weve previously had another local company out who said they couldnt fix the squeaking we experienced without replacing- and Genes guys fixed that and the spring issue we were having. Garage sounds the best it has in 5 years.

Doug came out to give estimate and told us what we needed for him to fix. Instead of having us convert our current system (like the other 2 companies wanted to do), he was able to fix with our purchasing parts. Saved us $100-200 compared to the other 2 estimates from other companies!!!. He had to come out 3 times because my husband purchased the wrong parts. He was here when he said he would be for all 3 visits. Never charged us extra from the original estimate when he had to make an extra trip as a result of us buying the wrong parts. Only took him 10-15 minutes to fix. Thankful for the savings as a result of his honesty and willingness to repair something that was fixable.

Had them fix my broken spring. On the phone gave me an estimate, came out that afternoon and fixed everything for the exact price quoted. Great work at a fair price. And did not try to sell anything I didnt need😁

Called at 8am and at 2pm both springs replaced and door operating again. Maintenance men friendly and put up with me watching .Very happy with the pricing .Would definitely recommend to people needing garage door service . Thank you for your quick response . Wes
