Josh has come to fix my garage door twice now, and hes done a great job. He was super fast getting out here, (next day service), and Josh is the very best. He got my garage door working and fixed the sensor in what seemed like minutes. Definitely give them a call...

I had someone come out due to my garage door sensors malfunctioning and they were awesome! He was very friendly and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my garage door. Once he determined the issue, he gave a reasonable quote and repaired within 30 minutes. Very quick work and very professional! He even gave me tips on what to look for to avoid future costs and/or repairs.

A month ago I called to get an estimate for my garage door replacement. I was kindly greeted and given estimates. I sat an appointment for someone to come out and look at it. I was given several options and sat a later appointment. The appointment was looking like two weeks outs but my technician said if they had any cancellations the could possibly squeeze me in sooner. Within that afternoon I received a call from the same technician saying they had and opening for the following day. I am beyond pleased and satisfied with my new garage door and opener.

Nothing like a nonmoving garage door - couldnt even open it manually and of course both vehicles were stuck inside the garage. Called first thing Monday morning and they lady answering was so very kind and straightforward. She did not make any promises other than we will come sometime today and get your door open so you can get your cars out. I completely expected to wait a day or two or three for parts, etc. COVID has delayed everything so I wasnt expecting same day service. We were pleasantly surprised about the speed of the repair. We had the pleasure of having Larry come to our home. He was such a delight, so nice, professional and efficient! Thank you all for the excellent service!

My garage door spring broke. I called, got a quote, and they were here within the week. Technician was extremely helpful and informational.

Wayne was our service man. He arrived on time. Repaired our door that came off the track within an hour. He added a missing garage opener button in the garage and programmed my wifes car to open both garage door openers. He was gracious. Just a wonderful person to work with. Thank you Wayne!

Valley overhead door is a very professional company. They replaced our old falling apart 16x7 garage door and put in a very nice 16x7 Amarr garage door that was very nice. They use very good quality garage doors. The total was $12.00. Then we moved and Our extension spring garage door broke (the spring broke) and they came out and fixed it in under 20 minutes. They converted the door to a torsion spring system which is much better than extension springs. Larry fixed it in under 30 minutes. We had one door done that costs $250.00. We then got our other one done and it also cost the same!! I am now a garage door professional and install doors service doors and install openers and the way they operate it very good!! I’ve used them for 6 years before coming a pro!! 5 stars!! I highly recommend this company if you have and garage Door problems!!

Larry was so awesome. He came out and fix our garage in under 20 minutes. I think he may have even oiled it up because its working smoother than ever. I would highly recommend!

Purchased garage door opener on 1/15/16 from Home Depot and signed up for installation about 3:00 pm. Valley Overhead was calling by close of business to schedule an appointment for installation. Garage door opener was successfully installed the next morning by 10:00 am. I was grateful for the quick installation as I was having to manually open and close the garage door to get the SUV in/out of the garage during this cold weather. I thanked Phil Hall for the quick service in an e-mail immediately following the installation!

This is my first commercial door install.. Valley Overhead door came in prior to the installation and asked me several details(heating and cooling door recomendations, door placement, door stabilization options). I have done business with Valley Overhead Door many times over the last 20 years. I had a scheduled appointment to install new door panels ($650.00) between 10 and 11 AM so I left the rear door to the detached garage open for the technicians to come do the work whenever they showed up. I left word on their answering service to come when they wanted to and that I would leave the door open for the technicians to come in and do the job since I may not be present at the time they come. The next morning, I got two voice mail messages on my cell phone stating they were there at 8 AM and wanted to do the work earlier because another customer backed out. I return the calls at 10:30 AM and spoke to Phil Hall. He said we have been calling you all morning and wanted to know why I didnt answer. I said I was asleep and didnt hear the phone ring. Phil said, Well it must be nice to sleep as long as you want to every day! I said Yes it is. Phil said Well weve wasted two hours of our time! I said Well just dont come out then. He said What did you say! I said You heard me! Phil hung up on me. Phil was rude and unprofessional. He blamed me for their scheduling problem and the back door was open for them to do the work.

Prompt, personable technician, will do business with again.

Totally disappointed in this company and their refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
