Please no one step foot near this place. The manager vaniesha or vernisa however u say it is the MANAGER, and her attitude came off as a wicked witch before I even approached the counter after opening the door. She cut me off during every thing I tried to say and was not interested in hearing what I wanted to do business about. What manager doesn’t want customers lol if rude had a picture in the dictionary.. she would be the epitome. Save your time and go elsewhere where you might be appreciated even a little bit.

TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM BLACK FEMALE CLERK This was sometime 2 years ago. This black woman who appeared to look like a dike accepted me in line for help with a used laptop. SHE TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT TO DO. She said “wait on the side I will help you pick out your laptop”...THE STORE IS SMALL SO I AM LITERALLY WAITING IN HER FACE AS A NEW LINE WAS BUILDING. As she was providing service to other customers, I was barley even noticed as an acknowledged customer. I AM WAITING 6’2 ft tall in the black dike woman’s FACE, strictly behind the line that was building next to the laptop I wanted. I STOOD THERE FOR 25MINUTES STRAIGHT TO GET BACK IN LINE AGAIN TO HAVE HER TELL ME “I NEVER GOT IN LINE IN THE FIRST PLACE”..the most childish experience on earth. I will never FORGET IT. I WAS WATCHING AND WAITING THE ENTIRE TIME. I ALMOST EXPECTED THAT.....literally...wow..IT WAS LIKE SHE WAS ENJOYING TORTURING ME FOR JUST HAVING TO WAIT. It felt evil. NEXT TIME THAT HAPPENS, I AM LITERALLY GOING TO DO SOMETHING. EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE, not to mention she was extremely hideous and unhelpful in an way of courtesy. I LEFT WITH NOTHING BUT RAGE & WASTED TIME. I hope this place closes down with her still working...I just hurt my arm thinking about her face...No joke. Very hideous...

Let me tell you about this place. These people are untrained and unskilled at what they do. Its primarily the lady manager who I am referring to. I was in a jam for a little money- just a few hundred dollars, it was MLK day and I had forgotten banks would be closed plus Id been having issues with my debit card. I figured Id bring a few pieces of 14kt gold and an older Rolex Oyster Precision up there. I was definitely coming back within 2 days for my stuff. She preceded to look over a 1968 Rolex with a jewelers loupe then handed it back to me stating they couldnt accept it as there was corrosion on it and minor flaws that didnt look right. This corrosion she was speaking about was patina...lol. This is common on timepieces as they age. Its oxidation essentially. Now she tried to be kind about it, but the gist of what she was saying was it was a fake.. She clearly had no idea about Rolex as it was an original 1968 Oyster Precision 6426 manual wind..Original stamped band and Oyster caseback with bracelet...I guess she is unaware that these models are not often faked...Its more the classic Submariner or GMT Master look thats most widely replicated. But anyways, I had some gold as well I had purchased. I know for a fact that it was real 14kt because I have the EXACT nitric acid solution testing kit they use, if not better...I buy gold and silver on the side so Im pretty familiar with it...She told me they were not passing the test and she couldnt take them. I had one final bracelet that she said she needed to cut into to see if it was real. I said No way, youve been completely wrong about everything else youve checked. Grabbed my stuff and moved along. Point is this- DO NOT TRUST THEM with jewelry and or watches and timepieces. They are highly unskilled and you cannot believe what they are saying- not because they are necessarily lying outright, but because they simply do not know. Horology and gold/silver is my passion and hobby and these folks were thoroughly unskilled. My advice- do not go to this location with this kind of merchandise...

Don’t trade at this one. Pawn shops are bad enough, but this is one of the worst.

No since of urgency for customers at all, walked in wasnt greeted by any employees, staff walked right passed me almost touching shoulders as if I was in his way. I count a total of 4 people working infront and no one spoke. Well i guess thats what you get on Memorial Drive.

Cant even answer the damn phone professional or talk with sense how they get a job up there smh
