Terrible communication. I spoke with mick on October 15th he said it would be about 2 weeks until he could fit me in. I didnt get an exact day which is fine, he said he had a lot of jobs before mine. So about 10 days after we first spoke I tried to get a hold of him for an actual date no response. Called a couple of times and texted him as well, havent heard back from him. Now I have to call a different company and wait around 2 weeks as well. Waste of my time and my hot tub is still broken going into freezing weather.

This is the worst service ever. You call to get work done and they say they will schedule you then you call constantly and never get anyone to answer the phone or call you back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Decatur pool and spa were a lifesaver! Mick skelton is a lying shyster!
