Wonderful! The head cashier was so enthusiastic to help me! I have been looking for clinique exfoliating scrub which most retailers are out of for some reason. She went the extra mile to find me a store that has it and called them to put it on hold for me. While she was on hold, she even wanted to call another store with her own cell phone! My only regret is that I did not take her name.

Great staff! They were patient and helpful. I showed up close the end of the night and didnt realize it. I wasnt rushed until security came up to me and told me the store was closed and needed to leave. I had several items in my hands. I left them then bought what I wanted online. I wish a staff member let me know. It was the first time I shopped in that plaza since before lockdown . Stores close much earlier than they used to.Anyway? Great info so I can make a choice .

Aida was so knowledgeable and helpful with finding me make up products that would fit my lifestyle and skin care best. didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything, spent quite a bit of time with me explaining everything, and I ended up leaving with a bunch of products that I love!

Never returning. Received a curbside pickup order (BE CAREFUL OF THESE) and I was missing an item (for reference, it was $4.50).Staff refused to assist, claiming theres no possible way that happened and offering no resolution in any way. Because curbside pickup has no room for error? This isnt drugs people, its makeup. Calm down.I have done the curbside pickup MANY times and never had an issue, yet naturally now when I didnt check the bag before leaving (because of course no one can be trusted anymore to get what they actually pay for) one item was missing, and the manager (Devin) refused to provide any solution.First, he dragged me into searching my confirmation emails because obviously Ulta would have notified me if something was out of stock (didnt happen). After rummaging through, I made it clear this didnt happen, because they stated everything was provided, which simply was not the case here.I dont know who slipped up, cared less for accuracy or straight stole on my behalf, I dont care... but having several years retail background I understand the balance between both the rigidity in preventing customer shams as well as attempting to satisfy routine customer inadequacies, neither of which were applied correctly here. Clearly, this location is unequipped to handle such situations properly (the struggle with corporate businesses in general) and it becomes a their word against yours debate, no matter how absolutely correct you are.Well - being that Im not in the business of buying things I dont receive, I wont shop here anymore. Will that damage their financial revenue? Surely not, but now people are going to be at least aware of the inherent risk in pursuing their business with this poorly run establishment.Corporate resolved, after providing all store/employee data to research further. Store staff are buffoons.Shop elsewhere if you can!!! But if you DO shop here CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Store manager Debra, violates Ulta Corporate Policy and discriminates against people with disabilities. Corporate actually called while I was there to speak with her and she still refused me service due to my medical disability. She told all store associates also not to provide me service. Seriously sad. Attorney notified as well as Department of Justice. So sad that some people in this world have no morals and compassion. UPDATE: I was contacted by District Manager Sarah. She was very sweet. She apologized to me for the behavior of the store manager. Explained that all associates will be trained to have understanding of medical disabilities. I will go in a few weeks and I hope I am not treated the same. I appreciate management reaching out to me.

Hi. 3 days before I go to the hair cut 💇‍♀️ and perm. OMG 😱 The lady ( Elise ) he didnt know how to start. No wash my hair, ( no shampoo- no conditioner) the hair cut it’s terrible 😣 . I’m super sad 😢. I don’t know who it’s the manager ( but nobody say me sorry ) my husband when it’s see me asking what’s wrong with my hair. Not finish my hair. The service it’s very bad.

I was apalled as a customer at the store in Deerfield Beach. I asked for assistance and they were extremely rude with comments not only during the time where I ask questions about products, but when I went to cash out the cashier practically was rude when I did not want to share my private cell phone number. She said well you’re gonna have a problem If you don’t give me your telephone number, when you come back if you have to return something . I thought this was extremely rude and unacceptable. I pay a lot of money for a private line for my privacy as far as my cell phone goes if I did not wish to give her this information she should’ve just respected that and not made the rude comments. I will never go back to the store. I would much rather go to a mall and purchase my beauty supplies where I am treated with common courtesy and respect.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Michelle, blonde with tattoos, threw my bag with my purchases on the counter and was the rudest employee I have ever met. Don’t shop at this location because i’ve never experienced this sort of sales rep.

My favorite shopping place in Florida. The Ulta brand is super excellent and the prices are great. I could never get enough of this shop whilst I am in Florida. There are so much bargains you can get and they always have a gift for you at the end. The people are so helpful. Thanks to Ulta I can wear makeup again since I have very sensitive skin and allergies to a lot of ingredients in other makeup brands. Next time you are in the USA you should definitely visit one of their shops

I love coming here. The staff are knowledgeable about the products and recommend based on what you are looking for. I always get my foundation and all makeup necessities from them. They also have the 31 days of beauty which gives you the opportunity to buy things half off depending whats on sale that particular day. Also if you get something and it doesnt work out, you need to exchange/return it they are great about it to either get a refund or maybe a different color depending on the product/reason for return.

Went to their salon after a botched haircut and they fixed it perfectly. The stylist did exactly what I wanted, and she was very serious (in a good way) in executing the cut perfectly. The price was great for the service (blow dry/flat iron was included in the price of the cut).

It is sett up like a small Macys.. High quality in a great atmosphere.. A great place for the misses to visit.. It is total eye candy.. There is a knowledgeable staff.. I heard advise being given in a relaxing atmosphere.. So if she has not been... A great safe area with plenty of good parking.. Check them out..😁😁

Love going to this Ulta and this Ulta store only . If you need help with anything and most importantly an honest person to help you ask for Michelle . She is the absolute best when it comes to that store with helping, very educated MUA . Michelle is the only reason why I keep going back she’s such a sweet woman. I started going to deerfield ulta three years ago due to a horrible hair dye job but hair cuttery. I absolutely love ulta. The products, the store selection. Just everything ! My hair has recovered beautifully ( I had scabs and my hair was falling out) and is healthier than ever. Not going anywhere else!

Great staff at Ulta. Jennifer as a hairdresser and Danielle at the brow bar are exceptional. They are friendly, helpful, its a great atmosphere. Friendly cashiers. The whole thing makes for a great experience.

Horrible customer service I stood in front of a worker and said excuse me miss and she didn’t look at me even though I was the only one in front of her for 2 minutes and she completely ignored me. I then waited in line because no one was on the floor to help me other than her and asked about a product. In conclusion go to Sephora.

This is a newer Ulta store, so it doesn’t feel cluttered. It also has tones of windows with natural light, helpful when testing makeup.The store is quite clean and organized, the samples are never gross and messy.As for the staff, it’s hit or miss. I’ve had amazing, helpful sales people and I’ve had others that are clueless and useless.

Wide selection of all beauty supplies, well laid out so easy to find things, and friendly staff is always nearby to offer help. Tho Ive never used it, there is a full salon here as well-probably by appointment but Im not sure about that. The main reason I shop here is the super deals they have on salon brand shampoo & conditioner I use-they are half the price than salons!

This Ulta location is great!! Everyone that works here is so happy and eager to help. They keep the location very clean and well organized. And the staff is very knowledgeable about all the products. They are really open about their recommendations and are great when you need help choosing between two like products

Went for a facial. Its done in a pod in the corner of prestige cosmetics. No door. On the other side of little wall 4-5 employees unloading product. Cancelled. Loud, noisy and uncomfortable. Facials should be quiet and relaxing. This is the opposite.

This is my go to ULTA store! All the employees are super sweet and helpful. The brow bar is great- Im always happy with the results. If youre getting your eyebrows done Danielle is awesome at it. Need help finding something around the store? Juliet knows a lot about make up and Im sure shell give you a good recommendation.

I had an awesome experience at Ulta’s hair salon. Their beauty team is very friendly, professional and seasoned at their craft. I am very particular about my long blonde hair. I talked to and met with Erin for a color consultation prior to my appointment and knew I had selected the right girl for the job. She’s creative, confident and her experience really shined through. She genuinely cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to ensure a great result. I returned a few days later for a keratin treatment and wow, super amazing! Thanks Ulta & Erin!

I knew the colors I wanted. But couldnt find my pic. The girl that helped me seemed bothered that I wanted to get matched. & told me thats not what I would do. But I have olive skin. & thats one of the hardest to match. someone from mac matched me perfectly couple yrs ago. So glad I found my pic. Cuz what she put on my. Was like 3 shades lighter than my skin tone. Ugh. Dont want to look pale peeps.

This location is fine but the sales staff can be a bit aggressive. I just want to browse cosmetics and be left alone most of time or I know what I want and where to find it. If I needed help, Id ask.

Cant say enough gray things about Ulta. I love that they carry high end and lower end cosmetics. I can find everything I need from hair care to nail polish in one place. I tell my husband Im only going to be a minute...but he knows better when I go to ulta. I could spend hours looking through the makeup.

Horrible uneducated staff and particularly Management staff Bee or whatever her name actually is, extremely rude and prejudice. Her hair style and hair color are not very becoming. The only person I can really recommend and does not receive enough credit, her name is Aida. An amazing caring, patient thoughtful individual. The whole time I spent with Aida every customer was pulling her left and right. There are not enough Aidas around to help out.Downsides, the company will not last very long because of the individuals that are being hired. What these rude nasty employees fail to realize is that this company prices are a little expensive so it relies on services. Excellent services will help people overlook prices. Its the principal of all things.

Worst costumer service experience I have. Im on vacation on this area. The Ulta were I live is better, but dont have Mac products on display. I was testing a product and 4 employees near of me didnt approach me to offer assistance. Not even a welcome. Very disssapointed. I will buy it online.

As a professional makeup it is extremely challenging to trust unfamiliar/ new products. Rita was extremely helpful with helping me find some products that she trusted, thank you for your time and patience.

I go in to buy my essentials and honestly couldn’t he any happier with the products. The employees could however try to be more attentive to lost buyers.

Love this place. Amanda the stylist talked me out of processing my hair! She took me over to the products and picked out a kit. Who does that? Really she saved me $70 and well burnt hair. So I the next week I got a blow out and gave her a big tip! All you their employees love working there and it shows.

This is pretty much like every other Ulta Beauty that I have ever been in, no better and no worse. Ulta carries all of the high end beauty products I crave, No7 &, It Cosmetics, Tarte, and Philosophy just to name a few. If its on sale you can score a deal otherwise I find their prices to be on the high side. What is nice is that they offer a lot of trial size products so you can see if you like something before committing to a whole bottle. Having the Ulta beauty Card entitles you to coupons and additional savings. Periodically they offer in store events so you can consult with their beauty specialists and try products and score samples. They also have a full service salon in the back of the store. If you need something from the beauty category Ulta is your one stop shop.

One of the clerks recommended me an eye contour gel and it was the most amazing product I ever had for this puffiness I got for years.Also my father loves to shop their perfumes. Prices are very good compared to other local stores.Name of the product is Gel Contour des Yeux: Eye Contour Gel. Clarins Paris.

This seemed a bit smaller than most ulta stores I have been to. They didnt have nearly as much drugstore makeup as I usually see and even the luxury brand selection was way smaller. The staff wasnt that great either. I asked a few questions to a few different employees but no one seemed to know much about products or even the stores credit card! But Ive learned now that Floridas customer service is the worst Ive ever seen so I guess it was typical for the area

Wow fabulous store with great choices. Staff is very friendly and they help with needs and actually show you how to use products. You definitely need to take time and visit them.

This is the only place to get my makeup! The girls are always so helpful and help me find the perfect products for my sensitive skin!

Worst experience ever. I wanted my make up done for my 25th birthday party. I went into Ulta and decided to do a walk in because it was the closest place to me. Long Story Short the person who did the make up did a terrible job and charged me $60.00 for it and I still had to pay someone else to do my make up that day. I wish I could post before and after pictures. Best day of my life almost turned into a tragedy.

First, I couldn’t find anyone to help me when I went in to this location this afternoon. I actually stood near the salon for almost 5 minutes waiting to get the person’s attention. I finally walked away. When someone finally did help me, I asked one question and it turned into an interrogation that was aggressive and down right rude. I haven’t been to this location in about a year. I now remember why.

Went looking for my face cream. Unfortunately this store does not carry Este Lauder, I understand why if the surrounding area doesnt have a demand why carry it. However all I got was The Pompano Beach store carries it., most places would give that information as well as offer to find something comparable to what I need. There was no one to help despite me looking lost and confused besides a guard who was kind enough to give me a smile. When I had finally reached my breaking point with the confusing maze of products ( the set up is horrible) a young woman asked me if I found everything okay and when I answered Nope not really. She looked at me strange and walked away. WOW!!! Not just one customer service rep with horrible service, but two. This is closer to me, but I will definitely take the extra drive and go to the Boca Store, or Sephora in the Boca mall.
