Im so proud of the team, it melts my heart to know that theres still such pristine retail spaces in great standing. Love it. Highly recommend. Also, check out the MOEN x INLY aromatherapy shower 🚿 if youre doing renovations, just get it, I had first experienced it at an air bnb and its truly mindblowing shower experience.

Love shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond but this location has the worst customer service. Tried returning curtains that I never ended up using and was told they can’t return without a receipt even though the return policy on the website says otherwise. Called another store location and they were able to process my refund. Rude staff with attitude, definitely should not be customer facing.

Their customer service is horrible. Especially a woman named ANGIE was extremely rude to me. She was standing there arguing with me and raising her voice at me. It was all due to a coupon attached to the product. It expires in December 2022 and she said its expired already. What? Do you not know what date it is now? I politely said, that it clearly is not expired as we are not in December 2022, but she insisted its expired and wouldnt accept it. It all came to the fact she didnt know how to apply it, but was extremely rude for 20 minutes and even when I told her not to speak to me, I only want to speak to the manager, she kept yelling at me. I saw this other woman in customer service watching the whole situation, but she did and said nothing. I have never experienced anything like that in my life! Im sooo disappointed, as I did like this store before.

I love shopping at BB&B! They have so many gadgets and stocks of good quality items that other places dont carry. They take coupons and price match for the most part. Their online shopping turn around time is slow sometimes and so I prefer stopping at the store. It is more fun and interesting to see all the things in person than online anyways. Prices tend to be higher end, but their price matching often helps.

This store has some very unprofessional and rude staff! Today I found something on clearance that was had on red price of clearance, and the scanning price was still showing as full price! When I consulted with supervisor Sergio he said oh the clearance price has expired! Even tough the item has a clearance price still on attached on both items! When I asked for a main store manager I was told ohh o don’t know when he is in or we don’t give the name out. I spent a lot money at this store from now on I will go somewhere where I can spend my money with joy not frustration. This is not the first time Sergio was rude there was more then one time I needed help with something and I was being ignored he was busy putting stuff away!

Bought a monogrammed bathrobe as a gift and the monogram looks like it was done by a child, loose threads and loops everywhere. Already ordered a new one and was told to bring the bad one to the store. Appearently its not the managers problem and now I have two bathrobes and no refund.

Better prices these days

Nobody was to be found to help you with what were you looking for. When finally got to the checkout to ask for the particular item that I came for (because for some reason I couldn’t order online and I had to drive) they said that nobody is at this department and they can’t assist me. I was waiting to figure out what was going on when finally someone just dropped the item in front of me without any courtesy. No customer service whatsoever. Never coming back.

Will shop more when they dont bring politics in and sell My PILLOW PRODUCTS AGAIN.

Always happy to shop BB&B, I find items I need and often items I could use but didnt know existed. Associates are friendly and the location is kept well stocked and clean. The clearance section always seems to have some nice surprises.

I was lied to at this store. I went to buy a Roomba yesterday and pointed out that the price on their website is $50 less than the price they had it listed in the store. The guy who helped me find the vacuum told me to just let them know at the register and they will adjust it and that I could use my coupon too on top of that (which I knew). When I went to the cash register the cashier was extremely confused about everything and looked miserable (dont blame her, they probably dont pay her a living wage). She called the manager who proceeded to explain that they can match the online price but that I couldnt use my 20% off coupon because once they price match you cant use coupons. I proceeded to tell him that doesnt make sense because the price match guarantee is for matching prices offered by other retailers not their own website. He advised me that I can buy it online for the $50 less offered there but that Im not going to be able to use the 20% off coupon there so Im better off buying it at the higher price in the store and using my coupon since the discount will be higher. Luckily, I thought this whole explanation was bull so I stepped out of line and quickly went through the majority of the online checkout process and applied my coupon, lo and behold I got the $50 lower price and I was able to apply my coupon. When I found that same manager and told him that, he said something like, Well, its hard to put that through the cash register but Ill try. It literally took him two keystrokes and he had done everything I needed and I got the product at the advertised online price and applied my 20% off coupon. So he knew he could and how to do this the whole time based on how he seemed to know how to do this in less than 10 seconds. He was also short and very dismissive. I rarely leave reviews online for minor inconveniences but I was very disappointed that I was lied to and dismissed, which could have cost me nearly an extra $140 if I didnt know any better.

Great prices + coupons make it almost always cheaper than Amazon. Also the staff was friendly and helpful. I web ordered for pickup a gas tank for a Sodastream. The lady told me that the Sodastream should arrive with a small tank which I can exchange for a large one once empty. In other words she tried to save me money which was very nice of her.

Great store. Very large and has many items to choose from. They have a lot of household items. Many kitchen utensils to choose from. This a definitely the store to go to for household products. Items can be pricey, but quality is good. Staff is friendly and inviting. Store is clean and organized. Great spot to do a wedding registry. They offer complementary Keurig coffee to enjoy while you shop. Parking is ample.

I do like the store when I need pillows or bedding or towels, but it has become a little too expensive and not as useful as it used to be. I am more likely to use Amazon or fo to Target.

Needed a gift for a bridal shower. They didnt have it in stock so the sales lady called around to other stores.She ended up ordering it a sending it free to the bride. Great customer service. Very helpful and sweet.

Sales person was fantastic. We saw an ad for a sale on black and decker electric coffee pot so we went to the store to get it. They did not have any in the store. How can you run an ad and not have the item in stock. Loss leader I guess. Well we did not like any of the items on display except for the expensive ones. The sales lady suggested one online. $10 more than the one in the ad even with the $10 discount. So bought it. It will be sent to us for free. Sales lady saved the sale.

No one to assist so I took my $600 purchase to Macys.

I found an item in the clearance section that I was going to purchase, but the box was in really bad condition and they could not find me another box. Since it was in the clearance it should have been marked clearance but it was not. It did have a yellow sticker on it though. and I brought it up to the service desk the manager said they would give me 5% off for a completely damaged box. I said no thank you and I walked away.with stores closing I would think they would want to be more anxious to sell an item versus having somebody walk out of the store.

I worked at this store in the 90s for 6 years. Its one of the oldest BBBs. Built in 1990 or 91, it is the 32nd BBB to be opened. It was still privately owned by two men back then. They paid better than min wage the store used to be well staffed with employees that cared.I have read comments complaining about service there. Once they went corporate they stopped paying as well. And probably cut back on staff. Its sad. I left right when it went corporate. Now there are thousands of BBBs. This one was special. I miss you store 32.
