Martha has been cutting my hair for years even though its a 30 mins drive for me. She does a fantastic job and I have received compliments for my haircut from random strangers. We have even tried different styles. Others that I recommended to her, have also loved their haircut. We have tried longer blunt styles to the pixie. Highly recommended.

Went a few months ago with a Groupon for a balayage, spoke about the importance of a natural look that grows out naturally. Ended up getting foil highlights that have not grown out well. Will not be returning.

I recently visited the salon to get a haircut.. i was greeted by a very friendly person at the front desk who took the time to show me around the salon and introduced me to the salon manager; which is a first for me. So i was very pleasantly surprised by this. I was introduced to my stylist Martha. Martha listened to my hair concerns and advised what haircut will best suit me according to her. I took her professional advise and I am so glad I did because she did an amazing job. I have gotten so many compliments since then and i feel great myself. Martha was super friendly and gave me so many tips for haircare. She is passionate and I will definitely go back. Loved everything about the experience there.

Every single person at the salon is so welcoming and warm. They made me feel like I was a part of the Ifergan family. As if that wasn’t enough Lola did a phenomenal job on my color and this is coming from someone who hasn’t colored their hair for 4 years. She knew exactly what I wanted and delivered more than I could have ever asked. She’s so talented, beautiful inside and out and truly amazing at her craft. Rosas cut and styling techniques are those of an artist for sure. Love the salon, loved the finished product and most importantly loved the women who performed them!!! Highly recommend. I checked the reviews on this salon prior to booking my appointment, and they were all great. My first time at Charles Ifergen was a great experience! My hair was uneven due to a previous cut elsewhere, and Rosa was amazing. Not only did she fix it up nice for me, she also walked me through why and what she was doing during my cut and style. I walked out feeling and looking amazing and definitely recommend this hidden gem. I will absolutely be returning to this salon. Thank you Rosa!

Martha is a wonderful hair stylist. She does a fantastic job every time I go there. She would listen to you carefully and at the same time she will give you her expert professional opinion. You would never go wrong with taking her advice because she knows her work very well. Whenever she does styling or a hair cut for me I get a lot of compliments and my hair stay in shape for days. I would recommend her highly.

I have been going to Martha for years. She is a great stylist. I have short hair and she always takes the time to get it right. She is always on time, too. And very nice! Any other personnel have been courteous and helpful. The new remodel of the salon looks good and when they get the new chairs will be better yet.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY A GROUPON or ever got to this place PLEASE. The customer service here is simply horrible, definitely not judge a book by its cover, a beautiful beauty salon, really rude and unprofessional people. As soon as I set foot, I heard Youll have to pay an extra $ 70 for the service, it says in the fine print after a while I agreed with this, they said that my hair was too thick even though my hair its pretty average, I didnt have my card with me the first day, so I made a second appointment and when I got there the receptionist simply recognized me and said that the manager refused to give me the service just because they felt (literally that was the word they used!) That I would not like the result. I mean, if youre good enough at your job, you shouldnt worry about that, just advise the client, in this case they dont eve tried. So now I am dealing with Groupon to recover my money because the salon felt that I could not like the result...Well, I feel that you should never go to this salon.

Got my hair dyed by Emily, cut - by Rosa. I am absolutely happy with the final result!!! 100% match of the hair color i had in my mind, Rosa saved the length as much as it was possible and refreshed the whole look. Thank you, ladies!!!

I love this place!! The Salon is bright and clean and the girls are so friendly. I come here to get my hair colored. Linda (colorist), whom Im absolutely in a monogamous hair relationship with does the most amazing job. With over 17 years of color experience she can conjure up the perfect colors to accommodate the seasons. Linda is on point and im always amazed with the outcome . Ive gotten highlights, low lights all over color and come out feeling sexier. Linda is gentle, sweet, accommodating, adorable and super friendly. When your with Linda its all about you. I have been getting my hair styled by Ani for years. She has an amazing eye for cutting hair. I can just sit down and let her to her thing. My hair always comes out great. She is always up on new trends and brings those ideas to her clients. Expect a great cut and a good laugh. Overall friendly atmosphere!

Diana is the BEST!!!!!I have been getting my hair done by Diana for several years now. I’ll never forget the first day I went to her; my hair was fried and damaged from all the bleach and hair dye. I had tried several people before, but none seemed to be able to understand my vision and would always leave disappointed. At my first sitting, Diana took her time and discussed my options. She listened to my wants and needs, and was able to explain the entire process of how I would be able to get the results I wanted, all while repairing the damage I had caused over the years. By my first haircut, I was hooked. My hair wasnt dry, it had that youthful bounce and my blowout lasted for days. I was hooked! I have referred all my friends and family- she’s become part of the family! I promise you will not be disappointed.

Bought a living social Balaiage for $145 as a gift. My daughter had to make 2 appts since she got sick. On neither occasion did they suggest that upon showing up would she be expected to pay $70 since her hair was a certain length. Tell me, is false ADVERTISING in place, look at the advertising pic and details. The manager refused any help

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! One of the receptionist was extremely rude. I bought a groupon for my mom to treat her since she was attending a wedding on the next day. Apparently we were profiled since the receptionist asked her for ID. The fine print says identification MAY BE required (not must be provided) and it is for 18 years old, not for 80 years old (my moms age). I offered them to bring her ID in 10 min, but they still refused her a service. I have been there with a groupon and nobody never asked for my ID. They definitely profiled her, because she did not speak English. That was extremely insulting and humiliating for the old lady.

I have been seeing Marina monthly for a skin issue Ive been struggling with. She is remarkable ! Although it is somewhat an uncomfortable experience, she makes it as painless as possible . I was referred to Lilianna by a close friend whose hair always looks great, so I figured I would make an appointment. This was over 10 years ago!! I love this salon. Great service. The entire team is welcoming and inviting, and my colorist Lilianna is absolutely amazing! I must say, Lilianna does a fantastic job every single time without fail. She is highly attentive to what I want and has an incredible instinct of what would look great on me as far as new things to try. I trust that Lilianna will always make me look great. I am looking forward to my next appointment!
