I love the salon, the setting is calming and peaceful and everyone has excellent customer service. Shauna a stylist at the salon is amazing at natural hair, cuts, colors, and much more. She always gives me exactly what I ask for and exactly how I want it. She is amazing.

What a delight to find SETA open and so focused on the safety of their guests and team during this pandemic. This local gem continues to provide great style and services while maintaining all recommended protocols. Shauna is a fantastic and always makes me feel pampered. And, let’s be honest, is there anything more relaxing than someone washing your hair?

Make sure to schedule with the right professional. I had a very bad experience in my fist visit. Ive asked for a slightly simple haircut (a long bob) and have straight hair. It took literally 5 minutes for the professional to cut my hair since she just cut on the length, without any finishing to give some movement to it, like point cutting, trimming, etc. I had to return in the following week to have the cut fixed by the manager.

Always a great place to get a haircut. I highly recommend Maureen my go to stylist or Lina! Right now during covid-19 they are keeping the place surgically clean in addition to temperatures being taken at the door and limiting # of clientele.

Went to get my hair cut and colored for the first time after staying home for almost three months due to Covid-19. Oh my gosh was it a fantastic experience. The salon was following all necessary health guidelines and as always the staff was incredibly welcoming. My stylist Shauna made sure I left with the best color and cut I’d seen in ages! Love her! The only issue is I can’t wait to go back for more balayage!! Five stars for this salon. And if you need a stylist Shauna is your girl! She’s AMAZING!!

Been going to this place for years, even back when it was Connie’s. Have had my hair highlighted and cut by numerous stylists there and they have all always done excellent work. I am always very pleased with my hair, and my hair is extremely difficult to do. And now my kids and husband love it there, too!! Everyone is very friendly every time we go in, the salon is clean and they are very respectful of your time. I have recommended this place to tons of people and no one has ever been disappointed. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been here twice, once for a cut and another time for a cut and a color, both with Courtney who is awesome. Both times, I was very satisfied with my cuts. When I got my hair colored, I was not really sure what kind of color to get, but Courtney and Seta were so helpful in making my hair color turn out great! I would highly recommend this place.

First time getting my hair cut here. Shauna was great! Typically I dont talk to my stylist but I found it very easy to have a good, quality conversation with her. More importantly, I love my haircut! She took the time to understand what I was looking for giving my lifestyle with two young kids and explain what would work best for me and my type of hair.

Stephanie was awesome! Listened to what I wanted done, was super friendly and made sure I was happy with it.

What a gem. This salon has great customer service - they fit me in the same day and Shauna was awesome! Loved the cut and am excited to have a new go-to stylist. Not only that, but when I mentioned it’d been awhile since I’d had color done, she offered to squeeze me in right then even though it was nearing the end of the day. Love this place! Seta and Chuck are super friendly and Shauna always goes the extra mile to make sure I get exactly what I want. She goes with my experimenting and when the experimenting goes awry, Seta and Shaune still make sure Im happy. I cannot express how wonderful and professional this place is!!

I believe that what I experienced was a fluke or a misunderstanding of services. Based off the reviews, I was confident that Seta was an excellent choice to get my hair cut. However, I believe that a majority of reviews are for Womens cuts, styles, colors, nails, etc. (not Mens haircuts). I had an appointment at 5 PM and arrived a few minutes early. When it was my turn at the receptionist desk, I said my name, and the employee at the desk just said, Shes ready, without any clear instructions as to who was ready. So I was left to find my stylist on my own. After taking a wild guess of which one of the three employees sitting in their chair on their phones was the one helping me, I was welcomed with a confused and flustered attitude. I felt bad and as though I was disturbing the stylist from their phone. Lastly, I received one of the fastest haircuts of my life. I arrived before 5, was in the stylists chair just after 5 and out the door before 5:15. Remarkably, the hair cut wasnt awful. Maybe a 3/10. The stylist didnt seem to know what I asked for despite a lot of instructions before the cut and even some reminders during the cut. I appreciate that the stylist didnt take a chance with something they dont know how to do. Lastly, one of the primary reasons I am leaving a 1 star review is the overall experience from start to finish. When I booked my appointment the person on the phone was not inviting nor eager to have my business; when I arrived I wasnt assisted with finding my stylist; my stylist skipped over the hair wash; when I asked to have my hair blow dried the stylist spent less than a minute barely drying my hair; with incredibly wet hair, the stylist used a tiny amount of product to move my hair back and forth; and finally the stylist pulled off the cover and dumped wet hair all over my shirt and pants. I left looking like a mess, but at least I was able to get out of there in less than 15 minutes! I appreciate the efficiency, but $30 for less than 15 minutes of service means that this salon believes their service is worth over $120/hour. However, I strongly disagree with this valuation.

Seta is great and she runs an awesome place. They just moved to their new location in Deerfield and it looks great. Ive been a couple times already and both Seta and Lena cut great hair. I have been going since paganos was in Deerbrook. I am a loyal fan and this place is worth every penny.

Came in off the street for a quick haircut and they were able to get me in. Shauna took great time explaining what she was going to do and why and then I asked if she could do a fade and she said yes. Yes! Hard to find a fade outside the south side.

Great service at an affordable rate

Once I tried to make an appointment for my copper horse named Penny. The manager told me that they only accepted people. So I called back on my dads cell phone and disguised my voice and electronic reverb machine explaining that I was from Liverwort and took a capsule made of robots. The manger explained to MeRAK ~ the plow star of the Big Dipper that they offered a stiff hairlike or bristlelike tool to stalk with. I told the manger that I dont stalk butte simply beautify. She then accepted my bobbin worker steed and scheduled a 2:00 appointment on August 11th of 2016. I then thanked Pherkad my bud and went on my merry way with Penny to the Sandy beach to ponder the wand while listening to the band.

Mostly for women. Fortunately Sona had experience cutting mens hair. I took the chance and it paid off. I found my new haircut place and will repeat.
