Shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes in line just to purchase one item. There were SEVERAL sales women on the floor standing there and an open computer (the other computer was occupied with a return that had a problem- so that’s totally understandable). So excited to have a Sephora here in town but definitely have been disappointed with the customer service at this location the few times I’ve been. I’ll order online from now on.

Came to exchange a gift and they didn’t want to, customer service said they could if they wanted to but I guess they didn’t want my business.
