The Delaware Starbucks is awesome! My day was made this morning when I was greeted by Phoebe and her bright, sweet, and positive energy. This Starbucks always has my mobile order ready before I get there, they’re on top of everything and always making sure all customers are satisfied. 5 stars for me! Keep it up Delaware Starbucks.

Stopped by this morning and in the midst of pumpkin season they have no pumpkin flavor for my coffee. How do you under order pumpkin flavor during pumpkin season. Then to make matters even worse I ordered a delicious pumpkin muffin and you wouldnt believe what they gave me. PUMPKIN LOAF. Normally I would lets this go but of all days to have my coffee order ruined it also happens to be my Birthday. Thanks for the Birthday Wishes Starbucks!!!

Hands down worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. Ordered our coffee at food at 6:22 via mobile order.We are staying at an RV site nearby so we walked over to get some exercise. When we reached Starbucks there was a line at the drive through and cars in the parking lot running but the door was locked. A lady came out and told us that it would be a few minutes and locked the door.They wouldn’t let us in the lobby even though it’s cold out and we walked there. When they brought us our drinks and food to the door it was cold. The barista asked “would you like me to make you another”? Uhhhh yes plz! 6:51I think they have some staffing problems! Help them out Starbucks!

This is the worst Starbucks in the area. I sat for 10 minutes in an open drive thru. Nobody ever took my order, so I pulled around to the window. 3 different employees were inside standing around, they saw me and everything, and said nothing. I sat there for several minutes, and still nothing. I understand being short staffed, but at least try to communicate with your customers. If they are not taking orders, there should be a sign in the drive thru. If theres no sign and confused customers are coming up to the window, then communicate that you are not taking orders! Standing there ignoring customers is unacceptable.

Friendly staff! My drinks are always great! Whoever is working the drive thru today is amazing and the world needs more happy, friendly people like that!!

Out of one of the most popular drinks again.

Store opens at 9am and I was there at 10 with a bunch of other people in line at the drive thru. No one was answering the drive thru during open hours and the doors were locked. Need better signage if the store is going to be closed. If the drive thru is closed you should have a sign on the drive thru so people don’t wait for forever. Looked like there was lights on inside but doors locked, employees need to be more attentive to the store and the customers.

OMG, I had the best Carmel, Mocha, Frappuccino that Ive ever had from any place. A shout out goes to batista Aymee! Thank you!

I went to the Starbucks just before they closed to redeem my free birthday item. They were so friendly and nice even though it was 5 minutes before closing. They took the time to tell me about menu items and explain things and answered all my questions. The Barista offered to give me my drink with a separate cup of ice so it wouldnt get watered down because I said sometimes I didnt drink them quickly. I also appreciate that Starbucks is not using straws anymore

They have been closed a lot lately, I don’t know what is happening with the place . And they really need to update the hours here they are not correct they were not open even at 6am today on a Tuesday. Starbucks corporate needs to get it involved it doesn’t look good at all.

We ordered 2 short americanos with cream and sugar, waited over 13 minutes while other mobile orders were filled that no one picked up and the drive though seemd to take priority over walk in customers. 6 people behind the counter all busy, but come on over 13 minutes for an American, and it tasted like watered down coffee. We had to get on the road, should have tasted before we got in the car.

This store is amazing I will always make sure I stop at the Delaware location in my travels. The staff is so friendly, the store is always so clean, and my drink is made perfect every time! 5 out of 5 would recommend this location to anyone

I love this Starbucks. It is the only one I go to. Never hauk rd. Never the one up a ways on 23. This one. Love the crew. But please please please tell the one girl who drowns herself in perfume to take it down a notch. My cup now smells like bath and bodyworks punched me in the face. But seriously other than that I love this store.

Customer service is not the greatest. Employees can be rude at times. I know they get busy but a smile and a little friendliness wouldnt hurt. Instead you end up feeling like youre more of an inconvenience to them.

Stopped this morning at 10 AM. Its now past 10:30 and we are still waiting on our order. Ridiculously slow. Over an half hour wait?!? This isnt directed at the crew, its at management.

Im usually VERY happy with this starbucks, the customer service is absolutely amazing, this morning however I ordered a venti caramel machiatto with triple shot, well I got the coffee didnt really notice but I got about 15 minutes away as I was on my way to work I noticed when I went to take my first sip that I only had about a half a cup of coffee in the cup.. I was very disappointed as Starbucks as everyone knows isnt the cheapest, I have tried calling so many times this morning but to no avail. Im very disappointed and will be considering on whether I will return or not.

Yikes. This is a new Starbucks that just recently opened. One lady taking all the orders. Window and inside. Dont know what was going on but I ordered a small decade Mocha Frappuccino no whip. But got whip and no mocha. So was basically an ice coffee. I had already driven away but Ill go back later to let them know. $4.00 is expensive for a milkshake let alone an iced coffee. Im not complaining really, Im sure theyll make it right. I just felt bad for the rushed employees.

Theyve gotten better. They really are trying to focus on customer service here. They have some extremely great employees. Just need to bring a few up to snuff. Im really happy theyre improving.

Always go to get ice coffee and I don’t believe they truly pump the flavors into the coffee good. My coffee doesn’t taste like the flavor I get it just tastes like regular coffee which i don’t like so much.

Service is usually great. First visit the staff was beyond courteous, even when I asked them a second time if I asked for it extra hot. I always ask for my drink extra hot and the first time I came here it was very,very hot and stayed that way for awhile which is what I want. The second time it was hotter than they are taught to make it, but didnt last very long and the staff was nice but not as upbeat as before. I also bought a cookie and they didnt ask if I wanted it heated, so it was pretty cold/hard but I couldve asked as well. Just depends who you get I guess, but Id definitely go here again.

Its always nice to be welcomed when I come into the store! Then today I placed a large order of 10 drinks and the friendly baristas promptly and efficiently filled them. All the while they took care of other walk in and drive thru customers and answered my questions about certain ingredients. I was impressed by how they kept everything moving, and no one had to wait long at all.

Great drinks and a wonderful staff! My order is always right and consistent. While all the staff here are amazing, Aaron is by far one of the greats. Very personal and leaves you with a smile.

Got 2 venti iced coffees, paid for extra flavoring and can’t taste it! If starbucks didn’t pump so fast it would be full pumps of flavoring. Only end up getting 3 when you need 6. Ridiculous. Too much money to be spending for nasty coffee!

Go to this Starbucks once a month because its close to my haircut spot. I see where they raised their prices again. $2.15 for a small coffee. Since I am a senior why not look at a discount. I go to a MacDonalds on west side of Columbus and get a senior coffee for $.50

I have been here several times and always had a great experience except for today. I ordered a tripple venti mocha and the cup was barely half full. Which I know is not right also the coffee was barely warm. Pretty sad as the coffee is already expensive and I consider it a treat for me to get it but I wont stop at this one ever again.

We have been to this location several times and every single time we go we regret it. This morning was no exception. They claimed to have no more of their butter croissants then said oh wait let me check and magically had more. Their coffee taste like the soul of the shoe.... Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. The Starbucks in Lewis Center off of 23 and 750 is absolutely divine. Always on point and their coffee is magnificent! I am baffled as to how one Starbucks can be so much worse than another but believe me it’s possible the Starbucks is atrocious.

Slow service and they get your order wrong. If im gonna pay $5 for a coffee i dont want to wait 30 minutes or have them remake my coffee. It was just ridiculous. Called to let the manager know. Theres not much more that can be done. I gave a 2 star because starbucks always makes a good coffee. This location just needs to be functioning better.
