Bought a CPO under 10’000 miles 5 series, drove 2’700 one front tire falling apart. Brought to the dealership attention and I was told to get a new tires and do the alignment….!!!! Really?!!!?! Don’t think it’s fair for me to have to do the alignment and install new tires because of it!!!!! It’s not that I drove 7k; 10k miles….. only 2’700!!!!

They have no customer service at all. The service department does not answer any calls and you have to call them 20 times to get an update. My car has been sitting there for over a week now and they still cannot give me a timeline on when it will be done. On top of that, they don’t offer any loaners either for an emergency situation. I have to pay for a car that I cannot use (an electrical problem) and have to rent a car on my own to use in the meantime ( which is coming up on 8 days now). This is the most ridiculous dealership ever and I will never ever purchase anything from them again!
The Customer Care Manager Joe Viola does a quality job. He got involved and was wonderfulImmediately took care of my issue. I would highly recommend this service department.Stephen L.

You know at first I thought this place was ok but after realising that they took all the change from my car, I know I wont be coming back. How can you claim to be a luxury car dealership but you have to steal a few dollars from a customer. Beware!!! They act like they are too good to deal with you and if you dont approve every service they recommend then they try to subliminally call you cheap. My money is green just like everyone elses, so Ill take it to someone that actually deserves it.
