I corrected the 5 star I gave months ago. I wish 0 stars were an option.I had a mirror replaced in this place. I was told it was a new one.A few weeks ago, I noticed the color was different and the mirror had scratches on it. I went to address my concern, the same lady I met months ago, turned her back on me while I was talking to her in the parking lot. She said youre going on and on as if my concerns were not important. She wouldnt take time to listen to me. I did not follow her to her office either. She wants the car next week so she could spray the mirror again, just like last time, just so my mirror can start losing color again in the next few weeks?? NO. I am never coming back here.Think twice before you choose this place for services. Wait until you have a concern to see if this place has professionalism.

The. Service was amazing. I got into car accident a week ago, the front bumper of my car was super damaged and Peco took care of itThey definitely go by their slogan CHEAP/FAST. My car looked brand new in just 3 days. Absolutely amazing. Peco was sweet and very understanding, her work was top notch🤘✨💥💪👍

Wrong email, but Gina and Cece so far just need to understand to fix the car its old, as best she is an expert, so the signal works in drivers back & the trunk can be replaced with a junk yard trunk, or is it possible to get a new shell & take all good parts like engine transmission into another shell. I dont think Gina knows exactly knows what I am talking about but cece does. Hope to get there today Wed. 5/5/21, mid afternoon.

Very expensive parts and they were able to still do my repairs at a reasonable price. 2007 Infiniti parts very very expensive but after getting Pecos price I decided that it was worth the money for a car with 80k miles on it and no mechanical issues.They helped out where that could and I’m very happy with the service from start to finish!Pain job marches flawlessly. That’s a tiff accomplishment on a 16 year old car.Thank Peco to you and your professional staff.

I had a problem with water seeping into my vehicle. The problem which was not apparent from the outside turned out to be behind the front glass which needed to be removed to solve and repair the quarter size holes which caused the metal to rust. Luckily they found the issue and properly fixed it giving me more life to a much older car. Very honest and professional, and did a very good job!

After a moron hit my parked car my back passenger door was badly dented and the paint had been completely scratched off. My door went from being red to white. Thanks to Pecos my baby looks brand new not a scratch in her. Peco took such good care of my car she notices some scratches that I had not even seen. Not only is this a Women owned business everyone on the team knows what they are doing and it did not brake the bank. Definitely taking my baby back for a few more tweaks since they don’t just do damage repairs.

Have had autobody work done at Pecos several times over the last 5yrs, and from thier customer service to the overall quality of the body work, theyve always delivered outstanding results. I highly recommend!

Had my 02 Jeep Wrangler taken there when I lost brake pressure. Was quoted almost 1400 to completely replace the brakes or around 1250 if I paid cash. Called my old mechanic in Massachusetts to get his input, said completely over priced and that when he looked at brakes 4 months ago, pads, rotors and calipers all were in ok shape. Called back and said not doing those items, how much for lines and master cylinder, was then told 500 cash to replace the lines and master cylinder. Declined and had vehicle taken to another mechanic who replaced one brake line for 180 bucks, vehicle running and stopping fine.

My girlfriend recently got into a little fender bender which she was not at fault for. The insurance company missed some of the damage so they told us to go to a body repair shop in order to get a quote for the extra damage and theyd send out the extra check in order to repair the damage. I called Pecos and asked them how long it would take and if I could send her in right away and Josie told me it was not a problem at all and that we did not need an appointment. I had my girl head over to Pecos to get the quote and unfortunately she was told they didnt have enough time to give her a quote. I called them back to ask them why they had her drive all the way out there if they didnt have the time to quote her and was told they would only write up an estimate if she left her car there so they could take it apart and look for extra damage and start working on it. If we did this it would not even give us the chance to decide where we wanted to get the work done and it really only takes a couple of minutes to look at the damage and tell us how much its going to cost to fix the visible damage. By then my Girl was already disappointed that they didnt want to really give her the time of day so she left. 5 minutes later I got a call from Peco stating to come back that they would give us the estimate but by that time my girl decided she doesnt even want to use them anymore and that they were a bit rude to her. Ive read all these good comments here on these reviews and expected better customer service from them which is why I sent her here in the first place. Its unfortunate they couldnt take the extra few minutes to assist us, otherwise we would have gotten the work done here and they would have made at least $1500 off the damage in her vehicle. Thanks anyway Peco!
