The parts department is one of the nicest people youll meet, especially Mike. Had a nice conversation on his project and warmed me with some knowledgeable tips on the part I ordered. Helped me safely store the part into my car and overall was a humble straight dude. Hope to come back one day with more parts to pick up as their 3rd party website offers some nice prices.

MarelyCM83On a Friday evening, I called the dealers with a specific car in mind, a specific model and color. I spoke with Mitch from sales and he was courteous, friendly, and engaging instantly. He listened carefully and shared the information with the sales manager, Jeff. I worked with both over the phone and in a matter of 30 minutes, even though they did not have the car in Delray, Jeff managed to find one for me. Both Jeff and Mitch were very helpful and to the point. There was no run around or waste of time. By the next day, in less than 24 hours, we had the car in our hands. Mitch took care of us from the moment we arrived. He seems to be a wonderful young man with what I predict is a bright future in sales. We feel lucky he was the one who answered the phone! Jeff and Mitch had asked for all the necessary information ahead of time so by the time we were able to speak with Eric, the financial manager, the process was smooth and painless. All three of them were a pleasure to deal with. We left the place very happy and very impressed by the entire Acura Delray team we dealt with. They were worth the one hour ride for us!

I had a offer to purchase another TLX at full MSRP with another Florida dealer however I was shopping my trade in. I spoke with Jeff and he had the same car on the lot. I said I would purchase the new car from them if they would go up on my trade. They agreed then sent me a buyers order $5000 above the MSRP and suggested all the Acura dealers were increasing 5k for market adjustment. Consider looking at other Acura dealers because that is simply not true, I dont think the manufactures are charging them 5k more so why would they do that to repeat Acura clients?. I gave them three stars for prompt response on calls and emails and took two away for misleading their potential clients. Good luck. shopping.

Every time I come to this dealership I am left not only extremely satisfied but I leave with the best feeling of making the right choice. I was not even looking to purchase with Acura but after speaking with Mitch and being treated like family with not only kindness but respect, was the best way to end a car buying experience. Beyond amazing experience with salesperson Ron Hirsch and manager Jeff today. This is my fourth Acura lease but my first visit and purchase at Delray Acura. Ron was consistent and efficient with his phone and email communication with me prior to visiting the dealership. He truly wanted to earn my business. The negotiation process was no nonsense, honest, up front, and quick. From here on out I will continue driving one hour to visit Delray Acura to receive outstanding customer service that can’t be found at any other Acura dealer in South Florida (and I live 5 minutes from another Acura dealer!). Keep up the great work Ron and Jeff!

The Service Manager recognized the feedback provided by the customer and did what was needed to address and review the issue to my satisfaction. For your awareness, this was previously discussed with the Service Manager during the visit, and he has all additional specific details. The initial review was posted after discussion with the Service Manager.----------------------------------------------Original review (6/21/2021, updated 7/6/2021):After owning or leasing 7 Acuras over the past 20+ years, and working with 4 Acura Dealers and Service Departments across the state, the recent service experience at Delray Acura did not meet my expectations.I provided all information to the Service Manager, who (as of 7/6/2021) quickly explained and addressed the service issues noted. Their online store is horrible. Nobody calls or responds. Then 5 months later I get shipped and charged for a part they never had in stock to begin with. Just call someone back when you ask them to call you!!!!!!!To the owner, the number you give to your parts sales calls your front desk receptionist. So to me, its all the same.Thanks for the refund 3 months late.

5 stars for Marilyn for her customer service while taking care of me and my car during her lunch break. Also the Sweet lady in the financial building were very helpful. She also earned 5 stars in mediocre dealership.Auto Service /Warranty failureEverything else from the front desk service and the financials staff across the street were Draconian and horrible service, not to mention the Older Guy in the left small office at the financial building has no intelligence on how too treat people in calm manner. From that one experience I will not be coming back here from future business and tell people in the market to in need of a car avoid this place at all cost . Better Bang for your buck at Honda Dealer for new /pre-owned vehicles. Retirees, active duty members, U.S. Veterans, and everyone else beware of this dealership . They are not what they use too be even though they advertise as such. I regret to write this candid review but this a reflection based on their service besides the only 2 people who were Great with me. They do not reward loyalty or treat consumers right. I hope this evaluation will help steer folks to a better dealer that they do not suffer what I had to suffer. I had good business relationships here and enjoyed the dealership in the past, however not anymore.

First time visiting the location. Came to get a battery changed in my key was actually considering purchasing a new vehicle will never visit this location again. Horrible customer service. I called before coming into the office they informed me the parts and service were closed. The representative never mentioned a closing time although I arrived before 6PM. Not warm or welcoming and not willing to accommodate. Didn’t ask to follow up or even attempt to assist. Will not be returning to this office ever again. Will not refer friends or family to this location.

Response - I disagree. Different customers can pay widely different prices — for the same car, at the same dealer, on the same day — depending on each customer’s knowledge of how car pricing works. To future buyers do your research first and use an online calculator. Once you know where the payment/price SHOULD be, just visit multiple dealers for the same brand asking for this price. One of them will give you the price you want. This industry needs disrupted. A person shouldnt pay more or less than another depending on the day/time or knowledge of car pricing.Initial Post - I wanted an 2021 Acura RDX Aspec. This would have been my third lease with Acura. Jeff Abramowitz, the sales manager, essentially quoted me a monthly price for where I knew I wanted to be at for a base unit, not an Aspec. Keep in mind just 5 weeks prior he quoted me the an Aspec fo the price he is not quoting me for a base. I just went over to Acura in Pembroke Pines and got Aspec for the same price Jeff quoted me for a base.. The overall process only took 1.5 hours. There are calculators online that essentially show you what the lease payment should be with good credit. Anything over is just more profit for the dealer and sales rep. I guess loyalty with Acura means nothing. Anyways, just go over to the dealership in Pembroke Pines. Youll get a much better deal. They also got me out the door in 1.5 hours.

I just bought a 2021 Acura TLX- Advanced Package from this dealer. First and foremost, I am so thankful that I had Ron Hirsch help me throughout the entire sales process. There are not enough words to describe the kind of professional and person that Ron is. He communicated with me for months and kept me updated about the arrival of the TLX type S, which was originally the car that I wanted to buy. However, when I went to the shop I ended up buying the advanced package one instead, because I liked it more. Ron’s kindness, respect, honesty, knowledge about the vehicles, communication and transparency is beyond anything I have ever seen from sales reps in dealers. I have had a bad experience with sales reps in dealers before, but Ron is the best at his job. Outstanding service! I never felt pressured to make a decision, and his willingness to help me was always there. Ron Hirsch is the person you want to deal with if you want to buy a vehicle from this dealer.On the financial side of things, Eric Rice helped me throughout the loan application process and he was outstanding!! Very knowledgeable, professional and educated about his area, and had answers for every single question I had. Eric was extremely honest about everything he went through with me . I felt in very good hands with him and never felt I was being taking advantaged of. I literally felt that Eric wanted the best for me .I had an awesome experience at this dealership to the point that I preferred to drive 30 minutes down south to buy a car from them rather than going to the closer Acura dealership.I strongly recommend this Acura Dealership.

I am a long-time parts customer of Delray Acura and been very pleased with the service Ive received until recently. I ordered two door moldings in June that were delivered damaged due to poor packaging. Returned the moldings (in a proper shipping tube) a few weeks later and have been waiting for a refund to my credit card ever since. Calls, emails, and complaints on their website have gone unanswered. Today I find that their 800 numbers no longer connect. Will file a formal complaint with my credit card holder shortly and do business elsewhere.An update: the inability to get thru yesterday by phone was a result of the internet problems with Google (and many others) and not Delray Acura.

The Dealership is top notch! The owners should be very proud of the quality of the Sales Team they have working for them, they truly are the Gold Standard in the industry. Period. Starting from my salesman Dan, he never misled me. Love Acura for their style, power and luxury. Bought an RDX here a few months ago (2019 with 7000 on it). Salesman was nice but a little uninformed. He mentioned that the vehicle was a 6 cylinder when in fact it is 4. He seemed to just be making guesses about the vehicle. Delivery was pretty smooth but the wheel dressing was all over the side of the SUV as it looked like it had been added at the last moment and then someone hammered the gas spitting the dressing all over the place, annoying but not a big deal. I guess I have a higher standard for detail of a vehicle than DelRay Acura. The REAL issue is the supposed 175 point inspection that was completed. Within 15 minutes of driving away from the dealership, I noticed an issue with the audio/infotainment system. I kinda thought it was an issue with connectivity but it did not improve and only worsened to the point of no audio/GPS and a horrible static noise that could not be stopped even with the system completely off. Explain to me how that is missed in a 175 point inspection. A different Acura dealership repaired the issue after keeping my vehicle for about 10 days and arguing that DelRay should have been responsible to fix. As a customer, I do not want to have any exposure to bickering between dealership about who should pay for waranteed work. There have since been additional issues that would have been caught by any competent mechanic including a serious water leak in the back hatch which resulted in water damage. Horn is not working. Both visors were damaged due to faulty reinstallation of the infotainment system initially and still have not been repaired. Vehicle is in the shop once again getting new carpeting throughout due to the water damage. Been a nightmare and feeling serious regret about this purchase and ever dealing with DelRay Acura. I guess this is just a cautionary example about buying a used vehicle. Make sure the inspection was actually completed.

WOW ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY - Response from Owner -While we understand your frustration, this is not the fault of the dealership. It is what happens to vehicles as they get older.I think you need to go back and speak with Ron and Janette again. Im guessing they failed to tell you my car passed the inspection and I was driving on the highway when I felt as though the wheels were going to come off my car. It has nothing to do with tire tread, apparently my rear hubs were damaged. THAT IS A SAFETY ISSUE.THIS IS THE SECOND TIME we have be given our car back with something damaged to it. The first was after we had the Brakes replaced and the full brake service were returned our car and the rotors were damaged, which was damaging and affecting our vehicle. THAT IS A SAFETY ISSUE.Check the history, the car has been maintained by Acura meticulously. Every recommendation has been done. Youre speaking to someone who cares for their cars well. The problem I am speaking of is directly with regards to your service and your service team. If you re not familiar with the history Im happy to share it with you.Customers should feel confident bringing in their vehicle, having it serviced, inspected, and returned in better condition from when they left it. They should feel safer knowing that the professionals have communicated to them when there is something that needs to be addressed. THAT IS THE PROBLEM. When I asked for details Ron had to go back to the mechanic twice and still didnt have the answer to how the hub had been damaged. How was it in alignment before the tires had been balanced, but now are not. Sounds like my car was mishandled and no one wants to claim responsibility and it doesnt have to do with tire tread and if you look at the mechanic notes all tread is listed as even. So go figure.

Ordered parts and asked to be notified if any delay. Over a week later I still have not recieved a call or parts. I called to figure out what is going on and after the fifth call someone finally stopped putting me through to different voicemails. I stated wanted to find out about my parts. Without saying a word he put me on hold, did not ask for my information or order number. After waiting on hold for an hour I finally had to hang up. Called back and tried to get a hold of parts manager. That was another 3 calls to different voicemails. Tried twice more to get ahold of the general manager and was put through to even more voicemails. After about 6 hours i was finally able to get a hold of someone, but still they couldnt help. I had to cancel my order and go through a different dealership. This other dealership didnt have any parts in stock yet still was able to get me parts the next day. In every shape and form I would highly recommend spending your money at a different dealership.

I turned in my 2018 Acura MDX Technology coming off lease, and leased a new 2022 Acura MDX Aspec in beautiful white with red interior. Ron Hirsch was my sales consultant and this was the third time that I worked with him on leasing three Acura vehicles. My wife leased a 2021 RDX and we got the best price once more back in November of 2020. He was absolutely the best sales individual to deal with and was able to work with me to obtain the best deal compared to three other dealers, that could not even come close to the package I ended up with. Ron is highly knowledgeable, patient, and has many years of experience. I highly recommend Delray Acura to anyone looking for an Acura, new or used, and I especially highly recommend Ron as the person you want to deal with. Tell him I sent you!

Right from the beginning I was dealing with Irwin Baker, a true professional who was both courteous and knowledgeable. I did not have to spend an enormous amount of time in the negotiation process and am very pleased with the results. Dave in the finance department and all of the other individuals who helped were also extremely helpful. I would strongly recommend their dealership when considering an Acura, Hyundai, or Genesis.

Order got canceled after three weeks. There were no communication within the three weeks. It took three weeks to find out they are not able to ship.I was looking for a hitch for my MDX and found this dealer has the part in stock. It is cheaper including shipping than my local dealer in Canada. So I submitted an online order. The payment was charged next day and the status was updated to In progress. I was hoping I can receive it by end of April for my trip. After a week, there was no update. I submit an order inquire through the online form but no answer. I sent another order inquire a week after but still no reply. Then I called the part department but no one answered. I used the online chat tool. The lady gave me a different number and ask me to directly call part department again. After the third try, someone answered the call. He looked at my order and told me that they just received the part and would ship it on the day. I would receive a tracking number soon. After two days, I got an email the order got cancelled due to the unable to ship the item. It took them three weeks to figure out they cannot ship it. They did refund my payment quickly. Unfortunately, due to the exchange rate change after three weeks, I lost 30 Canadian dollars. I was hoping to save a few hundreds buying here but end up with wasted 3 weeks time plus $30.Lesson learned,1. I should send them an email to confirm the part and able to ship to me before I submit the order. Although I might not get an answer, I could shop somewhere else. Save my money and time2. I should read the google review. I just noticed someone else ran into the similar problem 7 month ago.Hopefully, they can improve their communication in the future. No more online customer runs into the same issue.

I was not sure what car to get since my civic was stolen and when I showed up at Acura, they helped me a lot with finding out how to move forward and get me in a new car. Once Dan took me on a test drive in the TLX and he talked about the car, I knew I could not leave without getting the car. I would not give any stars if I could. I received horrible service when I went in. They were unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and un-resourceful. On top of which, they treated me differently because of my age, and I heard them talking badly about me because of my age. I would highly recommend to choose any other dealership then this one. By far, worst experience I ever had at a dealership.

I recently came here to check out Acura products. I was greeted by two men.....JD and Billy. Excellent salesmen that took the time to answer all my questions that I had for them. I can honestly say that I enjoyed my experience here at the dealership. The price on a new MDX wasnt as competitive as a competing dealership. Oh and if you ever meet the Derrick the manager hes a tough cookie. He knows how to sell for sure. If the price was a little bitter then I wouldve purchased.

Been to this dealership two times over the last 8 months and Id say both times were absolutely miserable. The first time was when we actually got our new car - everything went well, had agreed to a price and only up until we were actually programming the new car, the Finance manager comes out and says he couldnt honor our deal because none of the staff understood how the graduate degree rebate program worked and were telling us we needed to put down a few thousand dollars on the lease. Only until we said we were walking away they agreed to our initial price for the car. They apologized profusely but sadly it was only until I was ready to walk would they honor it and only goes to further the stereotype that car dealerships have.Second incident was this past week which is the reason for this review. Our car had a flat tire at home, called Acura Roadside and they picked it up the next day first thing in the AM - so far so good. I called the dealership in the morning to give them a heads up the car was coming in. I thought it was strange I hadnt heard from them in the late afternoon so I called asking for an update (called over 10 times in a 2 hr span before anyone actually picked up) and the service dept had no idea where the car was. They realized the towing company dropped it off with the keys in the front seat and never notified the front desk. They decided to blame the towing company and said it happens all the time, however, its ACURA roadside assistance. Take responsibility for your processes or at least try to fix it if it happens all the time. Because of that we had to wait an extra day for the new tire - fine.The next day, again, I dont hear from them - I call up in the late afternoon and they tell me they put a new tire on but it had a bubble so they had to go order another one and would take another day. Ive now lost 2 days without a car and not once did Acura offer me a loaner car for the inconvenience. When I spoke to the person on the phone she said were really sorry we can maybe have your next oil change be for free. OK, fine again, rolling with the punches here.I show up the next day to pick up the car - I decided to speak to the service mgr who I wanted to express my concerns with about my experience. He mustve said to me 4 times we feel like we went above and beyond to get you that tire ---- ummm, youre a service dept...your entire business model is to help customers get their car serviced. How is this you going above and beyond? What an insulting thing to say to a customer. Heres the best part - instead of that 2nd free oil change I was told Id get, he decided he couldnt do that and said out of convenience, we filled up your gas tank. The best part, when I got in my car my gas tank was not only not full, it was barely more than what I dropped the car off at. Id venture to guess not more than 2 gallons of gas were put in my tank. Embarassing. Decided to call up the GM and shockingly, did not receive a call back. Suffice to say this entire process was miserable. YMMV.UPDATE - I considered deleting this review if I got a nice response back from the owner below or a call from the GM (after I left a voicemail). Hilariously, I got neither. No apology and the message below tells me to reach out to both people, which I already did before they responded. Communication is not this companies strong suit. Thanks for validating my post above.

I recently moved from CT to Florida, my wifes lease on her RDX A-Spec was up. I had a bad experience with another dealer up north and promised I would not buy another car from Acura. I am glad to say that Del Ray Acura turned that experience around and my wife and I are now the owners of a 2021 Acura RDX A-Spec PMC edition. I want to thank (Jenny) the delivery specialist. She was soooo awesome in accommodating the transition from our old car to the new one. My sales rep (Irwin) was amazing and patient and dealt with me as a disgruntled customer. All I can say is a WOW customer experience! I went in thinking I would experience the typical sales pitch and was prepared to leave if needed. The sales consultant Ron changed that perception from the beginning. He was patient, answered all my tough questions and above gave accurate advice and information. Best experience buying a car. I first contacted Delray Acura by email and Irwin answered all my questions and concerns professionally and in a timely manner. It is important to mention that all of our communication was through email no phone calls no pressure.After a couple of days, I set up a quick test drive and Jeff helped me with that. The car I tested on this day didnt meet my expectations. After the test drive, I changed some words with and Jeff and he said he could help me find a car that could meet my expectations without blowing my budget. On the next day, he emailed me some options within my budget and answered all my questions about cost and fees.We set up another test drive and at this time the car was suited me perfectly.The negotiation went smoothly and no pressure on their end. Not to mention I got a really good APR.Overall I very happy with all ends at this business. From customer service, negotiation, finance, and most of all the vehicle quality. This is my 7th Acura lease. My wife and I had a very pleasurable experience with Irwin Baker. Irwin was very pleasant to work with on the phone and after 3 phone conversations he was able to present me with a lease proposal that we were very happy with. The car was to be available in 2-3 days but in the interim Irwin and I were able to get a lot done on the phone and email. 2 days later my wife and I met Irwin for the first time. Irwin is very polite and knowledgeable and PATIENT. Everything he promised and everything that we wanted were perfect. We were in and out in about an hour with our new ILX. *BEWARE SERVICE NIGHTMARE* As a Delray local having an Acura dealership right up the road with 4.+ stars you think great, I will have my car serviced there. *WRONG* If you take a closer look at reviews which span across different sites like Yelp, Angie’s list, Dealer Report, and right here - you will find the positive reviews are for their sales team and all negative one star reviews are reserved for their service team. The descriptions of experience are on point and match each time we have brought our car in. What was once a pristine gently used vehicle with no issues drove like a dream, had been fully inspected with no issues or deterioration problems, that was being brought for general maintenance has be returned to us with serious safely issues. We had been told we needed to “service” our fluids, transmission, brake oil, etc and the the rear brakes were “starting” to get to a low point and to prevent damage to the rotors to complete the change. Fine OES brake service, fluid service, done. Pay top dollar, go pick up car. Drive it now the car is making a clunking sound. Call back many times before having to drive over, we are told it’s normal for sound or to hear new things with new brakes, drop the car off and get a call back. Guess what our rear rotors are now bad. How did that happen, I don’t know. How they did not see this as part of their brake service is to service the rotors, I don’t know. How they didn’t feel this in the car before returning it to us I don’t know. Note the car has never been as smooth since. Next, we bring the car in for general service again, balance and oil change. We are given our car back with “didn’t get you this time, everything looks great” drive off and feel a heavy vibration, call 10 times leave 4 messages before calling the main line and asking someone to walk down there. Someone picks up and tells me that it is normal. But bring it in if I am concerned. Bring it in ask to speak with the service manager who I am told is not there, the general manager - also not there. I was asked what the problem is, to which I explained and the lady went to the back and appeared with the service manager. I feel like right there I should have just left. But I stayed shared what was happening and she came back about 15 minutes later saying we see the problem we will let you know. Two hours later I get the call that “it’s not good news” I need two new rear hubs. That apparently my rear wheel assembly had gone bad from “normal wear and tear” and somehow my wheel being off to the visible eye was missed by mechanics who said my car was good to go withPeople I felt like my car was going to come out from under me. This gross negligence. They gave me a quote of $900+ for OEM or $500 for aftermarket. They offered me $100 off service. Which is an insult. I have taken now 4+ hours of work to deal with their negligence, they put my and my families safety in jeopardy. And worse of all I feel as though the problem was caused directly by their mechanics. I will be bringing it elsewhere to have it evaluated today and go from there. I believe that this service station needs to be reported and the problems addressed and fixed. I am hoping this station is not trying to damage my car so that I buy a new one. - Sad day. World is tough enough as it is. I have three small children and feel lucky that I did not have them in the car and I had the right sense to bring it back.

Was interested in a certified pre-owned vehicle they had on their lot. From the initial outreach by Ron, to scheduling an appointment, to the delivery of car, the service was 5 star all around. Ron was beyond incredible. He was not pushy at all. He listened to what I wanted, needed, etc and delivered exactly that PLUS! We spent the better part of Saturday afternoon together to get my deal done. Derrick, the manager was also great! A fellow Jersey transplant, he too didn’t try to railroad me or mislead me with pricing at all. Then there was Claudia in Finance...she’s a trip! The finance manger was no nonsense and incredible. His goal wasn’t to push a deal through, it was to make sure I got what I needed and felt comfortable with it.I Can honestly say this is the first time in my life that I enjoyed the car buying experience.
