First off I just want to say that this business knows customer service 100% I was extremely impressed. Ive been to a lot of places to have things done on my cars and this place is by far the best I mean its in the name! Second, the owner and his partner were extremely professional and exceeded my expectations. I might of only got tires installed, but they places the order for them and installed them quickly. Ive been to other places and had to wait hours on end for these said other places to do the work. I was literally only waiting maybe 45mins which is just amazing since Im busy and have very limited time to do things sometimes. They even put tire dressing on them which Ive never seen in all my years that is what you call service and attention to detail is great! Looks like I found my new car place to handle to basics until the warranties expire on my cars. If you are looking for a new place and tired of all the smoke and mirrors look no further go to this small business you wont be disappointed. Thanks again guys for the awesome service!

Repairs can be quite expensive in terms of labor costs. Close to $100 per hour. Not to mention most shops make additional money from their part suppliers. I checked online and at autozone at compatible parts which are close to original with higher grade options. These shops make money off of all common parts. If you can do the work yourself you save a ton.

Brought my BMW in for a noise in the air conditioner. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it the same day. Price was more than fair considering the make of the car. Definitely recommend this auto repair shop to anyone who needs work.

I came in for tires and they did a great job at a great price. I came in another time to get my battery tested after needing a jump and he told me honestly that my battery was good. Its nice to find a shop I can trust. Definitely will come back and recommend.

Not only were prices reasonable, but staff was honest, helpful and professional. I called inquiring about tires that the dealership recommended. After asking me a few questions about my driving habits and needs, they told me that those tires I was asking about were great, however they were expensive and not necessarily what I needed based on my lifestyle. They offered me great durable tires that were going to fit in better with my needs and they were cheaper too. I appreciate their honesty, the way the accommodated me in short notice and the great service they provided. Highly recommend.

Gideon and his team at Best Auto, went above and beyond for me when brining in my 93 Supra for adjustments to my power steering, Tien Coilovers, and alignment. I trusted him because of Gideon’s previous experience with 90s JDM cars and his upfront honesty.Their pricing was extremely fair and their communication was top notch. Most importantly they took great care of the car... I had to leave it overnight (which was a big deal to me) and they made sure it was inside the shop at night for me.I’ll 100% be bringing my supra back to these guys for my regularly scheduled maintenance, and other bolt on work. I originally went to Tire Kingdom, as I was right near there and because my tire was leaking air. Last year I needed to have a plug in that tire. They checked it out very quickly and not very thoroughly and told me the plug was fine.However today I checked the air pressure and it was way down. So I went to Economy Tire - now known as Best Auto, and they put the car on the lift and thoroughly checked out the plug and told me it was leaking. I thought Id need a new tire for over $250, but they honestly told me that they could easily put a patch on it and that my tire was in fine condition - no new tire needed. How honest is that? The customer service is terrific, their prices are very reasonable and I was in and out very quickly. Everyone was wearing a mask and I felt very safe.This is the 2nd wonderful experience weve had there and well be back, for sure!!!

We purchased tires from Economy Tires about 5 months ago. Although there was no road hazard warranty on them, when our tire was flat from a nail they told us to come by the day of and they would take a look. Not only did they get the tire fixed for an awesome price, they found that despite having a recent oil change (at a different shop) there was no oil in the car! They ran a full diagnostic on the car and refilled the oil. For a last minute appointment they were extremely helpful and understanding. We will be returning for any future car issues!

My mother and sister advised me when moving down here that this was the company to go to for any automotive needs/upkeep. They were right, I dropped my car off last night and they did an inspection without telling them what I already knew what needed to be done and they were spot on! They gave me a fair estimate earlier this morning and had gotten the job done right away. Not only will I be coming back but I strongly encourage others to go here for their automotive repairs.

I love this place! They are very honest and upfront about prices and services they are going to do. I used to go to another place just up the road to get my oil changed and they would always tell me I needed tires or something else. When I came here they explained my tire wear and that I still had about 6k miles on my tires. It was true and I eventually bought tires from them after another 6k miles of wear. I have bought several sets of tires from them and they are always very friendly. A very nice family run business that I am glad to give my business to.

This a wonderful place. Im so happy to find a local place that I TRUST. I replaced 4 tires. The price quoted INCLUDED all those extras that other dealers charge so much more for, thereby allowing them to quote low per tire rates, but which are entirely more expensive when you add in all the fees. I am planning to have oil changes/mechanical work done here. I dont fear being ripped off.They care for and feed (and, they also TNR [Trap-Neuter-Release]) a small, local group of feral cats, even fostering a mom and babies. People who go out of their way to care for animals are to be trusted. Their hearts are in the right place, and such things carry out into all areas of someones life.I recommend them.

Very pleasant staff. They have a rare quality not found in many auto-repair places: HONESTY. I have a few times given them a blank check to fix what I thought were serious problems, but they found them to minor, and didnt take advantage of my automotive ignorance. They have bent over backwards to find the most affordable options also.

Its not easy to find somebody to fix your tire in delray beach at 5pm. I have a very important place to be tonight and I thought I was gonna have to cancel. Until I found these guys. Dishonest. I will never use them again. If you risk using them I recommend getting quotes on the parts from NAPA, Advanced Auto, and Carquest before accepting their prices. As a gearhead I do a lot of work on cars. On a recommendation from a friend I took my car in to replace a bolt I didnt have. They charge $105/hr. They wanted to replace the starter as well, even though theres nothing wrong with it. Even though the car starts they said the solenoid is bad. That is simply not true. They didnt even test the starter or solenoid, which is required before diagnosing the starter assembly. They wanted $190 for the starter, which is a $99 part. Again I told them there is nothing wrong with the starter. I paid the money and left - and Ill never return.

I drove up there and there was no parking so I beeped my horn one time to get the attention of the man in the garage and the most rudest and obnoxious woman came running out and told me dont ever do that again!! She yelled We have whats called an office. I Told her she had no parking and she said it doesnt matter ..So I never even bothered after being so rudely treated to do business with these people. These people do not care about your business or your needs ..Seriously, dont bother going there.
