Wonderful experience. I highly recommend. I had about 2,500 sq. ft. of vinyl wood flooring put down. It took 2 days and they did a beautiful job. All the workers couldnt have been nicer. They cleaned up after the job was finished. When they walked out the door at the end of the job, you would have never known flooring had just been installed. I couldnt be happier.

Overall, great experience purchasing window treatments. Kudos to Paul for prompt, expert installation. Jeff came to house with many samples and abundant experience behind his advice.This is my second time purchasing from this company and they followed up on original measurements by having installer re-measure to ensure accuracy. I can’t give a 5-star rating since I did not get other quotes to see how price compare to other vendors. That being said, great quality products, great customer service from Delray Beach store, and would use them again.

Jeff Solomon made the window treatment process for my master bedroom easy and painless. He came out and measured, sent someone to remeasure and the treatments came sooner than he said. Installation was 30 mins. All good!!!

Jeff Agid, the Branch Manager at the Delray Store, managed our LVP order measurements and on site visit very professionally. Carlos and his crew got the LVP installation done in one day. Amazing. They had quite a bit of leveling to do based on the number of tiles that were loose and had to be removed. The crew was great to deal with, pleasant and extremely competent. They worked together like an orchestra.The installation looks extraordinary. Simply wow.

My salesman was Jeff Agid. Jeff has 40 years experience in flooring and is not only knowledgeable but kind, patient and honest. visited the store three times before making a decision and commitment to purchase polished porcelain tile. The job was completed to perfection in 4 days. A schluter was mussing which was to attach tile to caroet in another room and one was not placed to attach carpet to top riser of a stairway. For the first time ever i was moving into the area and did not “price shop” because i was in a hurry to get things done. I called Capitol flooring and got hooked up with Jeff Agrid and we worked together effortlessly and as of today I got my new floors in, they look great, they did everything they said they would and the service i received was excellent. I would highly recommend Jeff Agrid for your flooring needs.

Really poor customer service. I picked up 5 samples and returned all 5, and they kept a $30 charge. When my wife returned the samples, she asked basic questions and was responded with belittling answers (no, did you hear what I said?). BTW, I learned that you can purchase the same floors online for 1/3 less, apparently companies like mohawk carry 2 different names for the same exact plank - one used by the retail stores, another used by online distributors that charge way less. Take the time, you will save and not have to deal with rude customer service.

Choosing and ordering with Jeff was easy. He was knowledgeable and friendly. There was a mistake made and two of our window treatments were not ordered. Jeff handled it effectively but it did take awhile to get them in. This was at the beginning of the staying at home for corona virus. I would recommend using them.

The true character of a firm is when there is an issue. We had a slight glitch in the carpet that Jeff and the team stood behind. Doing backflips until the manufacturer took the necessary actions. 100% would work with this team again.

I used Capitol to replace the flooring on the first floor of my townhouse in December. The salesman did a great job in explaining the options available to me based on my particular needs. The crew was punctual and polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They were thorough in ensuring I was aware of the work performed and took time to address any questions I had throughout the process. I went with vinyl planks and a much wider baseboard, and am very happy with the final result. I plan on using Capitol for my second floor renovation, and would definitely recommend Capitol Carpet & Tile to anyone looking to renovate their floors.

I had my carpet replaced after a flood and Phil was very patient and helpful. He came to our home with samples several times and even assisted my wife who has trouble getting around. My carpets are beautiful and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about your company and its employees. Im sorry it took so long to give my review, my wife and I arent on the computer much.

Selection was exceptional. Salesman was informative and easy to work with. From time of order to installation was on less time than promised. Installation was amazing. Technicians were very professional and they arrived at time promised and flooring was installed very quickly with very little mess considering they had to remove old tile first. We love our new luxury vinyl flooring and expect to return to Capital to order new carpeting for our bedrooms very soon. Wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

After a remodel, we needed new carpet for our living room and bedroom. We went to Home Depot first, but we really didn’t feel comfortable picking out the right carpet ourselves, since we have no knowledge in that department. Home Depot associates are great, but I wouldn’t consider them carpet experts. I’ve seen the capitol commercials on tv and looked them up online. We decided to walk in one afternoon to check them out. Phil was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked us through the showroom and showed us various styles and answered all of our crazy questions...which were a lot because this was our first carpet purchase. In the past, carpet was already installed in previous domiciles, so we knew nothing! We liked that they moved furniture. Home Depot mentioned a $75 per piece charge and we felt that would add up quick with our furniture. I was also concerned about how our huge king size bed and heavy mattress along with dressers and large bookcases would be moved and where they would fit in our small one bedroom condo. Phil made an immediate appointment to come over to our place to measure and scope out the furniture situation. What I thought was going to be a massive undertaking didn’t seem to be for Phil. He said his installers could handle it without a problem. The carpet is beautiful and was installed perfectly! Jose and Ronnie did a great job disassembling, assembling and moving furniture, as well as installing the padding and carpet. We had the walls painted recently and we were a little concerned about having to touch up the paint, after reading that carpet installation can scuff up walls. The guys made sure that did not happen at all!! No touch ups needed at all! We received a message a few days after the installation from Ann calling on behalf of Loretta to see if we were happy with our carpet and we are. Phil was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the best carpet for our needs. He also kicked up our already out of control OCD a notch. We told him we always have people take off their shoes before they come in our house and he explained that barefoot isn’t the best b/c of oils on the feet. Now everyone will be donning blue construction booties or socks we now have by our front door 😊 Thank you Capitol Carpet for a job well done!

Very poor customer service at the Delray Beach store. We ordered plantation shutters at the end of September and put 50% down. We had to call back 2 weeks later to remind them to come measure the windows and we were told it was just a miscommunication. The guy came out to take the measurements (on the wrong date and time) and we havent heard anything since that day. I called today to ask for an update and was told by Donna that Jeff Solomon would be giving me a call tomorrow. When I asked that someone call me back today with an update on the timeline, she hung up on me. Small things always happen, but the combination of events here is very disappointing.

If you want carpet you will never get it from them. They say they use their own installers which is a lie. They have to call someone that may or may not show. They charge you money to measure. If the want the job done you need to call daily to get told a bunch of lies. Job never competed. Never even got close. After a week and a half of waiting, Getting stood up by installers, I gave up. Love my carpeting offered by their competitor. Buyer beware. You are paying for an estimate. You will never get your carpet installed.
