This Review is Long overdue. Price flooring has done three flooring jobs for me and others for my friends and family. I highly recommend them, I recently did my entire home in Luxury vinyl tile, and I love it. From the selection process to the purchase process to the installation, everything was wonderful. They helped me to select the best product for the look and feel I wanted for my house. If I had gone with my first choice, I would not have been as happy. That is what good service providers do; they lend you their expertise. We had a lot of Demo; the installers got it done quickly and as neatly as humanly possible. The final result is a floor we will love and enjoy for many years, and when its time, I will go right back to Price flooring again, Cant thank you enough; its like we have a new home!

Terrific from start to finish! A bit expensive, but we didnt cut any corners. From picking out the LVT, to delivery and installation, we were very pleased. Of course, once the old flooring was pulled up, we had a problem. The installers calledtheir boss,who immediately came over. They figured out a solution and completed the job. Great attention to detail too.

We purchased carpeting from Price. Monday the carpet layers did the work. They found a small black box and left it unopened on the bed. Inside we’re missing diamond earring so and ring that have been gone five years. My insurance company has been sent a check for what usaa gave us because of the lose. We all won by their honesty. Peter took excellent care of us. He explained what they will do and approximately when. It all fell in place. Hernan and helper were excellent installers. They also came back to take care of something with NO problem. Everything is beautiful.

My client ordered some tile but changed her mind on the purchase. One day later - Owner (Price) and brother were extremely rude to my client when she wanted to cancel the order. She discovered they overcharged her, and then they demanded her to pay 20% restocking fee of the order she never picked up. They also lied to her saying the tile she purchased was discontinued and no refund could be offered. After telling her this was a top seller. These are terrible people and they prey on seniors - they ripped off my client for over $800 and left her with little money to have the work done. DO NOT GO TO PRICE FLOORING OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LIARS AND PREDATORS OF THE SENIOR COMMUNITY. NO STARS FOR THESE GUYS.

My wife and I built our wellington home in 2003 when the idea of laminate flooring was still new. We had carpet in all five bedrooms. Well... three hurricanes later, multiple power outages and unrelenting Summer heat that from time to time causes power outages in our area in Wellington seeped humidity inside the carpets. It seemed as much as we cleaned the carpet, the more mildew smell they attracted. So after visiting the big warehouse stores we decided to go with a local owner. A friend recommended Price Flooring in Delray Beach. We went there last month, sat down and looked at a very wide selection of laminates. Then the owner who allowed us to take our time recommended a few selections. We went with one that thought will be the best choice. Long story short we got a price quote for purchase and installation which was very competitive. We purchased the laminate and the installation was done within a week. Our house no longer has that hovering mildew scent. We love our new bedrooms and our kids love it also. I am a firm believer that giving your business to hard working mom and pop local businesses is going a long and just way to a more human approach in this era of mega stores.

We visited the store to look at some flooring. Staff was unprofessional and we did not feel comfortable in the establishment.

Nicole was awesome to deal with. Both her and ray helped us find some unique tiles for our master bath remodel. We chose some broken glass mosaic for the shower floor and shattered glass bubble tiles for the walls. It turned out awesome, from start to finish they were great to work with. Highly recommend them.

Bought tile and bathroom vanities from Price Flooring and that went smoothly. Had some follow up questions for them and contacted them in person twice. Seems neither person wanted to follow up with my questions. They want to sell to you but poor customer service as far as follow up is concerned.

AMAZING!!!! Marcus Volson, his father and crew did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! They ripped up my old floor and installed white porcelain tile throughout my house. Great customer service!!! Anything I needed was taken care of immediately. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new tile floor!

We had carpet installed from Price Flooring, the installers were Peppe and son Kevin, they were terrific, examined what they needed to do and assisted me by telling me what to do with my electrical hookup, etc. They were neat, quick and professional. The price was good but no help when we had a problem. When our tile floor was installed the grout was not complete washed off. When everything dried there was a haze over 25-30%of the floor. They inspected it, agreed it was a problem, but wouldnt come out to fix it.Update 4/10/16. Had a professional tile restoring company come to our home to clean the haze. Its not from grout its in the tile. Obviously the tile is DEFECTIVE. I have now sued Pricce. Lets hope I win.

They werent the cheapest but we couldnt be happier with the job they did on our flooring. Ive used other companies in the past but I feel the installation done by Dave and his guys is the best yet.

I purchased material in Price Flooring on two occasions, First time was Engineered Wood for my previous home over two years ago and everything went nice and smooth. On the second occasion was a total disaster. I bought different type of tiles for two bathrooms and also some wood for one bedroom. On the first delivery everything went wrong. All the material were wrong and we returned everything. My wife had to deal with this return and she was treated very rude by one of the ladies that work there she told her in a very impolite manner that this was all our fault. Then I went to the store and talked to the owner about this treatment, he ask me not to judge a whole business by one person. He was very polite and professional. On the second delivery everything was correct except for one of the tiles that were in back order and then we realize that they also included 20 boxes of a similar tile that we never ordered and were back order as well. Then we went to the store for a refund of these 20 boxes that we never ordered and payed. This time another lady photocopied the invoice and told my wife she will call us back. We never received this call, so once again I return to the store. After dealing for awhile with the same lady she asked the warehouse manager if they have these 20 boxes in stock and he responded that all 20 boxes were in the warehouse. I asked to talked to the owner. This time he was very rude, he didnt accept their fault on this and told me that these 20 boxes were a special order from California and they dont accept returns on special orders. I told him that we never ordered those boxes, that was their mistake and I wanted a refund. He told me that he was not supposed to but the only thing he could do is to make a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. I accepted but I told him that I would never buy from them again. After I told him this he ask me to leave the store on a very rude attitude.To make long story short, I ended up paying $335 for something that I never ordered and never received. They kept my $335 and the tiles.This is a extremely unprofessional and dishonest business. Some of the employees are very nice when you walk in, after they close the deal everything changes.I encourage everyone to shop around, there are many different good business to deal with and most of them have better price and very good customer service.If you want to be treated honestly, decently and respectfully, do not deal with them. Avoid this store.

SEE UPDATE BELOWTotally unprofessional, and dishonest failed to meet delivery commitment causing twoweek delay. Another day lost sitting awaiting a delivery scheduled for 11:30 arriving at 4:30 due to Price sending out an unlicensed driver who was denied access by my communitys security guard.Price delivered flawed materials which had to be returned causing more lost days.Their Installation crew took off failing to leave leftover material for unforeseen future needs in spite of the fact the material was paid for.Owner Ray Price provided his personal phone # and unsolicited he offered us compensation for all the problems. THE MAN DOESNT HAVE THE CHARACTER TO RETURN OUR CALLUPDATEDRAY PRICE CONTACTED us last week. Apparently he was away.He offered fair compensation and his installer Joel (always the professional) just left correcting all the outstanding issues in a rapid and satisfactory fashion.

Spoke with them they are unprofessional and a waste of time. Refused to come to my home to provide an estimate as promised. Girl was rude and did not act professional, tried to give a price and a product over to phone to qualify me without any seeing my home, square footage etc. This is crazy.
