They are absolutely wonderful!!! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and extremely customer oriented. We had a problem with some vinyl tiles. They immediately contacted the manufacturer and got a resolution to replace not only the effected tiles but the entire floor to ensure that color and texture would be correct throughout our home. They are an extremely reliable efficient company. I highly recommend them!!!

I shopped around to at least 6-8 retailers for vinyl/laminate flooring for my whole house. Loved the fact that these guys were local and it turns out their pricing was noticeably lower for the complete per square foot install including the materials and baseboards, trimming doors and even moved the furniture around and moved it back! Seriously their pricing beat everybody out and I was extremely impressed, and I am a picky guy with extreme attention to detail, with the craftsmanship, the professionalism and the cleanliness after the project was completed and in just 2 days! Thank you very much! Keep it local folks! The owner Carlos worked for all the big retailers in the past! I recommend!

I had an awesome experience with Palm Beach Floors. They tiled my whole house in about a week, running a 4 man crew on tile and a 2 man team on baseboards. Their price was very competitive having shopped around at several showrooms before I landed at Palm Beach Floors. Carlos was easy to work with, and his team worked very efficiently. The workmanship was amazing, and when they left, it looked like my home was brand new - no dust, no grout haze, just a nice looking floor. Well done, guys, highly recommend.

Palm Beach Floors came highly recommended. Then, when I first visited the store, It didnt appear that they had a big operation. Boy was I wrong. Carlos, the owner showed me pictures of installations his company did in St. Andrews, Polo Club, Weston and Heron Bay. I went from skeptical to being extremely impressed with their work. My wife and I absolutely love the new new wood floors and marble finishes in our home in Palm Beach..

We decided to pull the carpets out in our bedrooms and went to one of the big home improvement stores. Once we got a salesperson, we learned that they charged all kinds of extras to in addition to the cost of the laminate which seemed like it doubled the price. A friend who lives in Delray recommended Palm Beach Floors so we went and visited the showroom. We learned first off that the HI store was really more money as Palm Beach Floors pricing was all inclusive. The owner personally came out and measured the job and brought the choices we were considering and once we saw them in the bedrooms the decision was easier. In addition, instead of having a new piece of quarter-round molding in addition to the baseboard, they were willing to install new baseboards and paint them for a super low price. The installers were quick, neat and did a fabulous job. The new laminate floor looks like real wood and we couldnt be happier. Great pricing and all went smoothly

My mother and father met the owner at the home show awhile back and really liked him. Since we live in Winston Trails it was closer to go to the Delray location. We were helped by a young man who was extremely helpful. He came and did measurements and really helped us go in a better direction then we wanted to go. But while we were at the Delray location we could hear a women who I assume is a manger or owner on the phone yelling at a customer about money. My first thought was no I do not want to do business with these people. But tried to tell myself its south Florida maybe the customer didnt pay. Ive worked in retail for over 10 years and dealt with customers daily. It just really gave me a bad vibe. But my mother had to get the floors done before Christmas and before her heart surgery. So we proceed with the process and paid the deposit. The guys came to do the bathrooms and of course we couldnt communicate with any of them. Non of us speck Spanish. I prefer to be able to communicate with someone whos working in my home. They wanted to tear up both bathrooms at the same time so they could get done quicker and move on to their next job. We live in a two story house. My mother is disabled. She cant walk down the stairs in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. So there was no way possible we could do that. They still kept pushing us to do it. A man came who spoke a little English I assume hes the Forman who over sees all the jobs. He pushed for us to tear up both bathrooms at the same time. This made me feel like the company just wants money and they are going to rush the job no matter the outcome and I was right. As they worked on my mothers bathroom they had an issue with her jacuzzi bathtub. This was the first time we had to deal with that yelling women I told you about. She called my mom and told her we have to pay more money and it was not in a nice tone. She threaten to stop the job if we didnt. I would have stopped it to be honest but not my mom she proceeded and gave her the money. At this time my brother was in the ICU having blood transfusions for two weeks. So my parents heads werent in the right place. I stayed at their home to over see the bathrooms. And let me add my mom was not arguing with her or refusing the money. The women called and was rude from the start. I could hear her through the phone. The bathrooms were done and the women called asking for the rest of the money in her not so nice tone. My dad walked through quickly said it was fine and paid her. Well at this time my mom was in the room having her heart surgery and my oldest brother drove down from Ohio to be here. The Forman who came before and walked through, I assumed he would have come to inspect the finished job but nope he didnt. I dont lay Title what do I know? But I would think a good business would have someone walk through to see how the finished protect looked. At this time only one guy was on the job. They came and took the other guys to start another job. When he left he left me with a black bathtub, dust on the walls and door frames, incomplete grout line that my dad had to paint and fix himself. A mark on a door frame, elbow marks on my wall, dust all down our stairs. The grout the put between the bathroom to the hallway cracked and is now completely gone. Every time I walk into the bathroom Im reminded of how my parents were taken advantage of. My grout lines in my bathroom are not even the same color. My brother who drove down from Ohio helped vacuum the dust off the walls and ceiling with me. So when my mom came home from the hospital she wouldnt have any added stress. I wrote a lengthy review because I wanted everyone to understand what we went through fully. I dont recommend this company, we wanted to re-tile some of the bedrooms but we wont be going with them. Money was never an issue for us. We expect to pay someone for a job and for the job to get done correctly. The owner and the yelling women would not be happy if this was the job done in their home. Go to yelp for pictures
