Our go to place for chocolate ice cream! We absolutely can’t pass by this location without stopping by for tea or ice cream. Everyone is always quick and polite.

Just spend $32 on ice cream and couldn’t even get good service. Group of kids working here that don’t care how to treat a paying customer. Order 5 sundaes couldn’t even give them to me in a bag and no napkins and spoons they almost forgot to give them to me. I won’t spend money here no more!

The guy dipping our ice cream was an awful listener and it seemed like he didnt even care to be there. Payed $12 for 2 thin medium shakes

Baskin Robbins at this location is STELLAR!!!!❤️👍💯😊 They are so very helpful and courteous! Plus... this is the only location I know of that has exactly what I want every time I visit! The ice cream tasted like freezer burn.

Spent almost thirty dollars and what a shame. Two sundaes one of them was a banana split all I had was 1 banana sliced and 3 fifty cent sized balls of ice cream .ordered hot fudge didnt have that on both items. Never again

Always told that the dipping cabinet is broken so they have maybe 4 flavors of ice cream available, multiple people taking the order at the drive-thru so you start talking to one then another voice shows up and you have to repeat yourself then the original voice comes back and you have to repeat part of the order again. Its so frustrating. Asked for a hot fudge sundae, no ask if I wanted whipped cream or nuts so assumed since it was a sundae, it came on it. What I got was half melted ice cream with a DRIZZLE of chocolate syrup. This is the 3rd time that theres been a bad experience. Ive learned my lesson and wont go back.

My review would be lower, came to order Iceream for my in-laws with my mother-in-laws card since she’s pregnant and couldn’t come to get it for herself and Michael gave me a very difficult time. Very disappointed, never had this happen before. His attitude as well shouldn’t be acceptable. I personally will not be purchasing anything from this baskin robins/Dunkin anymore, I will be going to Sonics or any other competitor of theirs, they will be worth my money.

The ice cream is so good

Only had 16 ice cream flavors and the workers on this day 7/21/17 @5:25pm we very unapologetic and not helpful. Manager on duty was horrible. They even told me one of their ice cream machines were broken they are only good on the Dunkin Donuts side. I wont go here again.

They needed Another helper. But everything was wonderful .

Went to get ice cream and lady was so rude when we went to order. She got aggravated because we ordered ice cream. Then she wasnt wearing gloves when she was serving us. Also the hot fudge despenser looked like it hasnt been cleaned in months she tried to serve us old chunky hot fudge. Terrible service wont be coming back here!

They close at 10pm NOT 11pm. Please fix this as we wasted gas and time
