Who ever knew the movie Moses could be set to Spanish praise music? Mia Casita Bakery does. The smells coming from the kitchen and beautiful pastries and the case are enough to make one say hallelujah right along with them.Except for another customer in the restaurant I was a tad concerned that they were closed because no one showed a face to greet me for several minutes, even after I snagged a menu and a table.After searching the menu I made a dive into the Plantainwich sandwich assembled with pastrami, pork, swiss, American cheese (which I asked to be removed) lettuce, beautiful tomatoes, homemade mayo ketchup (which is really strange) on a plantain bun. I loved the plantain bun, meats and tomatoes but for future Ill reference request that they also remove the odd pink mayoketchup since its a hot sandwich.Now you know, go try them if you dare!

We went to our veterinarian and wanted a quick grab of food, tried Mi Casita....WOW!!!!!!!!Absolutely perfection!!! MUST GO!! Prices are great, food is incredible and made so much better that those commercial fast paced places!!! Exceptional customer service and never rushed either...just marvelous atmosphere!!!This is our new go to spot, seriously awesome place!

My order was given to someone else and staff remained in the kitchen talking where you can hear the whole conversation for 30 min no one came out to the dine in area to see if anyone needed anything! And the food was not edible!! No flavor!! Didn’t even get offered anything complementary due to their neglect in customer service! Will not go again

The worst bakery in Deltona! These people are unprofessional. Very slow and expensive not to mention dirty! I ordered egg and cheeses this lady added ham! Ordered pancakes that had hair in it! Ordered bread and butter and was given egg and cheeses! Waited over 45 minutes for a meal that was not ordered. They messed up my whole order! I cancelled it and demanded my money back. I will bNever go back here!

Worst bakery in Florida!!! Ordered a ham, egg, cheese sandwhich and all I got was a sandwhich of lettuce and egg only! Sent it back and got cold ham on a barely lukewarm bread! Horrible!!! As a Puertorican I know what a good puertorican breakfast sandwhich is, and trust me, this ain’t it! Don’t go here, rather buy a ticket and fly to PR if you want a REAL Puerto Rican sandwhich. No Flavor. Never coming back.

Casita bakery just lost my business for worst phone customer service. After being on hold for 23 mins, I called again and she said “puedes esperar” and I said “I prefer not too because you just had me on hold for 23 mins.” She then started to get an attitude and said she has people in front of her. While I was on hold, I could hear her having conversations with others, which was also unprofessional. I hope the owner trains this lady to have better customer service.

I normally go to a different Spanish Bakery for breakfast and they happened to be closed today, so I decided to try this place out. I got there at 10:20am according to my receipt. I originally wanted oatmeal and was denied oatmeal because the “chef was backed up with some orders”, which should have been my first clue to leave. Instead, I decide to give them a chance to be a decent replacement for my usual place when they happened to be closed, and ordered what I typically order: mayorca sweet bread with ham, egg, and cheese, a quesito, and a medium (10oz) coffee. I waited over 30 minutes to get the sandwich and coffee (which was the incorrect size of 8oz. Then, because I was not given my quesito pastry at the time of purchase, they had ran out during a small rush of a few people and had to bake more. By the time I was finished with my sandwich, I was still stuck waiting for my quesito pastry! By the time I ended up leaving, I was there for over an hour...which is unheard of as I saw many people come and go quickly when their orders were to go...customers shouldn’t be penalized for choosing to eat inside vs taking their food to go.The reason this place isn’t getting one star is because my son thoroughly enjoyed his donut, my sandwich was pretty tasty, and the coffee was great despite not getting the size I purchased.This was a ridiculous first experience, and first impressions last a lifetime.
