This place has fantastic selections of wood but unfortunately the dont have enough people to man the store. They have one guy who does everything. He is the cashier, wood cutter. Gatherer. He does everything. And unfortunately they are going to miss out on transactions because I cant wait an hour for them to take care of each customer individually.

Great place to purchase rough cut lumber in a wide variety of species. They also sell Festool products, cabinet hardware, and Rubio Monocoat. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable!

Nice people, good service & products

Went there to grab some things I could have just grabbed off Amazon to support a local business. Long story short, I grab my stuff and get in line, but the cashier goes to the loading area with another customer and he just never shows back up. After 15 minutes, I went and grabbed some lunch and came back just incase it was a fluke, however, there is still no one at the cash register or the adjoining office. Needless to say I wasted a lot of time and am still giving Bazos money he doesnt need, because these guys couldnt be bothered to make a simple transaction.

Super friendly staff that also welcomes the business of the individual woodworker -- who may not be placing a huge order. Prices are more than reasonable.
