My wife and I have been shopping at this location for over 5 years. The manager Daniel is the only reason we shop there. The customer service is beyond expectations. Friendly staff and always puts their customers first. Best Tractor Supply location Ive ever been to. Keep up the great work.

Order a Coleman KT196 yesterday wouldn’t think it would be at my house next day!!! So easy in and out

I was able to just browse without being approached.

The floors were clean and free of obstruction. Everything was very tidy and best in this store-- everything had a place and it was in it.The employees were very friendly. They asked about my day, helped me find everything I needed (and some). They even got me signed up for a rewards program! It was great.Not to mention the main reason I go here: they have these HUGE bags of wax cubes that smell OUT OF THIS WORLD amazing. For only around ten bucks! If you value your homes scent, Id recommend going there.

There are friendlier choices. Home Depot is not that far away. I prefer shopping locally based businesses but they must make me feel like they want me in there. These people dont.

There only a few employees that wear mask most don’t. Lots of customers do not wear mask . They do not do what they say . But the service & the employees are good & nice

The vast majority of the time I can usually find what I need myself. If I can’t, I’m SOL, very few if any employees here know where to find anything or in the very least who to ask so they can find it. If you’re looking to check in store availability online my advise would be don’t, because their website does not have accurate records of store stock. As long as you know what you’re looking for, where to find it, and you’ve seen it in the store yourself it’s great.

Tractor supply is one of the few stores I enjoy shopping at. They have unique home decor and cute things along with garden tools and chicken food. I love that. Their prices for ferret litter aka horse pellets is the cheapest available. They sale organic chicken feed which is awesome. They have fantastic sales. The employees are friendly and they let you bring your pet shopping with you. #doingitright

Walk in and boom! You are greeted with good vibes, positivity and help. Now I cant talk about steals and deals there because all I do is buy dog food but the staff is wonderful, very knowledgeable and will take their time with you. Their customer service is build around the same principles as you would teach your child; manners, politeness, respectful and helpful.

Unfortunately they were out of the product that I came in for but I have to say Simone went above and beyond helping me look for what I came in for she was so helpful and sweet

Best service, great and friendly staff. I always bring my dog with me every time and they just treat both of us awesome. They give her a few treats and always ask how how we been. I feel like part of the family

Customer service here is terrible. If you call and ask something on the phone, what they tell you is completely different from what reality is. Wasted 3 hours of my time with this store.

Good sales. Bought 2 pair of Liberty overalls for my husband...washed 1 time and they came apart. This is the reason for 3 stars. The customer service is great, they were very friendly and didn’t give any problems returning the product. They could definitely use a bigger variety and selection of things.

Not the friendlest of folks. But that was just one woman out of x amount of employees they have. Next time might be a completely different experience with a much more helpful associate. I get my welding shirts here and thats about as deep if my knowledge of the store goes

This place is terrible with their hiring process I had an interview about a week ago couldn’t do it cause a guy named Daniel was busy so he says come Tuesday after my graduation practice I show up and he’s not here so hey said come back Wednesday he’ll be here I come wait about an hour for him to say he has no interviews today I explained what happened and hey said not our problem basically! If anyone wants to work here don’t waste ur time cause it’s not gonna happen!

Friendly workers and very helpful. Ive been there for years now many times over and again. Very reliable associated and merchandise.

Excellent service and great selection of products. Been going here for about four years for almost all of our needs between animal food, fencing products, ZTR mower, and more. If something is out of stock when I go, the manager Daniel does his best to accommodate or get it as quick as they can. Friendly staff that are helpful and willing to assist with supply load outs. They definitely know how to run a store at this location!

Ms. Robin always greets me coming in the door. Managers will check you out on the floor with a card. Be patient on the weekends, they get a little busy. Long-term good service!

Went to get some dog supplies, they had everything I needed, I had recently rescued a older dog, that needed worming,and picked up shampoo for dogs and really great dip Ive been using a cpl.yrs! Its called Happy Jack, if anyone needs a good dip!

Better today than usual! Been having problems getting someone of product knowledge to wait on me.Even today the young lady whom I asked to help me did not know that they had the motor I was looking for.But after I insisted that they did she called someone on her phone that advised where to find the motors.I might add the young lady that did help was very courteous and kind to go one step further to help.My last visit I couldnt get anyone to wait on me, and when I did ask someone they acted as if I was bothering them!It was not the first time this occurred!

Was in the store April 20, 2021 mid afternoon. The store was pretty busy. While there is still a mask mandate for the state of Louisiana not a single employee was wearing a mask. Among the many customers flowing in and out of the business only one other person was wearing a mask. For any increase in the number of cases of covid 19 Tractor Supply Companys cavalier attitude will share the responsibility and the company culpable. They quite obviously do not care about the health of their customers or their fellow citizens.

This is the kewlest store. Good prices on every imaginable type of bird and animal seed/feed plus cute clothes and decorating odds and ends. Hardware stores have certainly changed.

Good selection of feed and very convenient to pick up feed in evenings after work since they stay open late. Prices are decent as well. Sometimes they seem short staffed and some of the younger workers are not experienced in the products they sell.

Have quality products. Very nice employes, Store very clean an organized. Had some very interesting movies half price. Great job people.

Love this supply store. I could spend a few thousand dollars in there if I had it to spare. Great feed, supply and books for cooking, gardening, almanacs, and health and herbs.

The employees wer helpful, didnt have everything but they looked merchandise up on computer and located at other stores and went to Denham Springs, La. store and employees was actually rude, they wouldnt even help and they wouldnt look up on computer I had to locate merchandise in there store,

I only go there for puppy pads because you have the best price and the best pads. About every 5th time youre out.Dont make me go to Walgreens to get my puppy pads. LOL.I will tell you how much I like them, I will drive 11 miles to the Tractor Supply, Walgreens its only 2 miles away.

This is a feed store with so much more. We shop here for chicken food and supplies and they always have what is needed.

This was outside once a month they do poltry and other animals to sell..they set up tents and it is really fun to look at...

They love dogs. Nuff said. In the Louisiana heat I dont go anywhere that doesnt allow dogs. You want my money, I come as team - dog, wallet, and me.

They had the right size tire for our John Deere Riding lawnmower, however, they do not have the ability to put it on your rim... This lead to a huge problem of finding someone who could or would... Geaux to DAVES Equipment in Denham Springs, they did it in under an hour, and only charged $10.50 plus tax. Great deal!

They sell wagons with wheels that need innertubes but dont have a 4.00 x 6 tube to fix a flat when you want to use your wagon. You can order it but that doesnt help me today
