I like the 24 access, its very convenient. The manager and lady who helps out have always been nice to me. They have cameras everywhere. I would recommend them.

Rude and unprofessional after 7 years of dealing with I am out.I am tired of her lies and ugly behavior. The lady who runs this place is horrible, has no people skills, 90% of the time you cannot contact her phone is busy, does not return phone calls when she does she is hateful. The place is falling apart and there are more vacant spots than filled hard to believe when there are Storage opening on every corner that have waiting list. I am not sure who owns the place but someone needs to find a new Manager or they will be out of business.

Verna Chester tried to charge me a second time for the days I already paid disregarding her own contract with me, and locked me out 10 days too early! She kept sending me bills even though I paid my entire stay up front! She forgets what she says. What a greedy, outrageous, dark place! Please, stay away from it as far as possible!

As a contractor I needed a place to store tools and occasionally work out of. The storage unit I had at another facility was overpriced and a little uptight which caused me to look around. I found this by chance and am so happy I did. It may not look the nicest but the people who work there make all the difference. I was impressed at how accommodating the office manager was able to be for me and my company on such short notice. There is 24 hour access to my unit and power available which is are basically my two requirements. The pricing is less than half of my previous unit and extremely affordable. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area with storage needs.

Rude and unprofessional are the best words I can use to describe the lady that owns this place. She sold me 2 spots. Both were taken, as she had sold them to someone else. She then proceeded to try and charge me more for another spot. I asked for a refund. She refused a refund, then told me she would not go outside and look for an open spot because it was too hot. She proceeded to tell me to just park in spot 639 (also sold to someone else). I parked my boat there. After a weekend on the lake, I came back and my spot was taken by someone else. I parked my boat off to the side, as I am not legally allowed to keep a boat on my street. I came back the next day, Monday evening. She had booted my trailer, and wanted to charge me more money to take it off. I called the police, and they made her remove it and give me my boat. I will soon be filing in small claims to get back the down payment for the spots she sold me. Above all, this is a low end trashy lot that is priced as a high end place. I would not recommend anyone use this place.

I have been using Space Plus Storage for more than 13 years. There are not a lot of storage locations that provide 24-hour availability to your stored items. I like this feature very much. I have been very pleased with the professional service, especially working with the office manager when my storage needs were changing. I would definitely recommend Space Plus to anyone who needed a storage unit.

Rude manager! So called video monitoring suspect at best. Perimeter fencing in poor shape. Rates recently raised nearly 50%. Difficult to contact. Often no answer or voice msg option by phone. No email address.

Ok place, however you DO NOT have access to trash dumpsters. Makes it very difficult when you have to throw stuff away and most other storage facilities offer the use of trash dumpsters.
