I was dreading having to find a storage unit... what size, how long etc. Cheyenne at Extra Space made the whole experience a smooth one. She showed me units, advised me on size and options and set up the right unit for me. If youre in Denton and need storage, this is THE PLACE to go.

The entire process was super easy. Cheyenne answered all of my questions including the dumb ones. She was very detailed with her answers. The move in & move out process was well explained easy.

No comment til now, security is poor three break-ins along with vandalism inside my unit Security at gate. Anyboody can gat in the gate, and threatened by two men in a green pickup today, I have never seen, and nothing resolved from three managers. Complaints file, numerous repairs filed, had to be filed, for instance, spring broke on a garage door, three months and two managers, the door was finally repaired .

This is my first experience with a storage rental place. Wow! What a great experience. I needed a unit for a few months, and not only did Extra Space Storage have the best rates in town, their care and service was outstanding by their manager, Lenora. She went above and beyond the extra mile to take of me and my needs. I am so incredible impressed and grateful for such professional and personal service. This is the only place to rent in Denton, and the only place that I would trust. The place is very easy to access, and I always feel that my stuff was very safe. Lenora took the best care of me and my unit.

Always clean and well maintained in the year that I stored there. Gates always worked and it was easy to set up and then cancel when I was ready to end my contract.

I’d read a number of reviewers praise the customer service provided, and I must agree! We needed a unit to move our daughters’ things around in between college dorms. We arranged our unit rental from out of state so we’d know it’s there for when we arrive. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed at the best deal possible and were so professional and nice. Definitely recommend this business.—-Addendum to my post last year:We rented a unit again long distance for our daughter’s transition from dorm to apartment. As expected, the ease of process and friendliness of staff didn’t disappoint. But above and beyond was Jay calling this morning to tell us he noticed on his morning rounds that our daughter hadn’t locked the unit properly. He texted pictures (which show all is well inside) and called, and she’s heading over to lock up correctly. Thanks so much, Jay!!! I had to be out of my dorm in a hurry. Luckily they had a unit for me to rent. Lenora was very helpful, and made sure the office was clean.

Shop around, theres one on mayhill thats twice the size of the two units we have and for almost half what we pay which is 650. Since we have been here the units price goes up each time due to insurance we are almost moving to a home finally and i will never recommend anyone to get a unit from here.

When I called to see why they incorrectly billed me, New Manager Justin informs me that they had a rate increase and had notified me of that via mail. I informed him that I had not received the notification, he then confirms my mailing address with the one on file with them. When I explain that I was not notified, he began stammering for words. I asked him for the manager, he stated that he was the manager. I asked him for the owners contact information, I dont know it, I dont have it here. He proceeds to tell me to contact Michelle that maybe she could help me, that he doesnt have the power to do anything about it. Very unhelpful, useless as a manager. Very dissatisfied long time customer of the establishment.Update: The Manager Michelle called the next day and attempted to smooth over the situation. She handled it fairly, but in the end it was still my problem that I never received notification. She also informed that she would talk with her part time help Justin.

Frame Street Storage of Denton is the best place to store items. The new owners are amazing! Its rare that you find people that arent just about the dollar. They are sincere people and you can tell that they actually enjoy their job and customer experience. Unlike many other storage places they are affordable. I am so happy that I chose them. Extra space has been fantastic. I rented a 5x10 unit in their Denton location and the unit was both reasonably priced and exceptionally secure. The folks working here are both friendly and knowledgable -- if you need a quick bit of storage, Extra Space is the way to go.
