I was able to find what I wanted quickly and they price matched Amazon, which was $5 cheaper. I am happy to give my business to Best Buy instead. The cashier was very friendly and the store was clean.

Everyone in the mobile phone department is great but… Yolanda is #1! Top to bottom, and without a doubt, this was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a phone. Ive been shopping at this Best buy ever since I moved to Colorado five years ago. Im giving them five stars because the staff is always been outstanding. Always friendly, ready to help, and excellent customer service. The only gripes I have with not only this Best buy, but all the other ones as well, is that they always seem to be out of inventory on a lot of popular items. And whenever something is out of stock, they try to push you to have it shipped. The reason why I come to best buy, is because I dont want to shop on amazon.
I was looking for a phone case and I went to this best buy almost left but out of all the staff there one stood out his name is Grant. The rest of the staff couldnt be bothered. So my hat is off to Grant keep up the great work and youll far in life.

I bought a Pro Form treadmill and paid for professional installation. The treadmill didnt work (did not incline and decline) once installed, so the Best Buy installers said they would come back to bring me a new treadmill and haul away the broken treadmill. I ended up cancelling the order for the new treadmill because Best Buy kept scheduling and cancelling delivery. I told Best Buy all I wanted was my money back and for them to come pickup the broken treadmill. Now Best Buy is refusing to come pickup the treadmill because it is assembled and they are telling me I have to pay for someone to come take it apart. Best Buy has terrible customer service - they left a broken, assembled treadmill in my basement and are refusing to pick it up. Just awful, I will never shop here again.

Went to buy a PC, Andrew was extremely knowledgeable, and helped us find the pc that was just right for us. He went above and beyond in helping us get the best deal, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
Ive been an avid customer of best buy for 10+ years. At every store Ive been to the customer service has been great, almost annoyingly so!This store has been different every time Ive been here, so much so that I wont be giving my money to best buy anymore. I stood in the store for 10 mins waiting for an associate to unlock an item I wanted to purchase as they were all busy. As I patiently waited I had 3 different associates walk by me and not ask me if I needed anything. On the 3rd one I asked him if he was busy to which he responded yes and to talk to someone else. I had to go to checkout who also could not help me. At this point Im explaining my frustration when a nice gentleman finally came to help me, too little, too late. Im tired of being blown off at this store. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.

Its a best buy. A good one, admittedly. Use Amazon or Home Depot. If you buy computer stuff theres a microcenter near DTC with better prices on most tech, anything PC, and TV/home entertainment. Never used Geek Squad so I cant review their help desk but thats probably an extra star.

Ill try to keep this one short. I go a lot of places.. And I ask a lot of questions. 98% of the places have employees who know less than I do in the respective fields, which I find distasteful. Here, theres a gentleman named Ryan who was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Every single question I had, he provided in depth answers well and beyond my expectations. I honestly cant recount the last time someone knew their job as well as Ryan. He made my $2000 laptop decision very easy as he explained the real differences (specs are one thing) between the laptops that I was deciding between while also taking notes of my personal interests (i.e crispy of the crispiest screen). Thank you so much Ryan, youre a wonderful asset to this Best Buy. I wish they all had employees like him!
Ordered online and by the time we drove to the store our order was pulled and ready to go, had very helpful and friendly associate load up the mini fridge, we’ve always liked shopping at this Best Buy!
Lazy customer service, if such thing exists anymore. The rep kept telling me the iPhone is $800 when it was $600. Seems like his shift ended he didnt want to linger around any longer. The Hispanic rep was nice enough to sit down with me for a few minutes to talk about their promos, but the rest of them were unpleasant, unhelpful. If you dont have passion for tech just go work someplace else please.
Extremely helpful and yet not pushy. Bought a pair of Galaxy buds live. I liked the fit, but there was a slight connectivity issue and some other things I didnt like. Brought them back the same day and exchanged for Galaxy buds+. I like them so far. Amazing customer service. The exchange process was seamless and enjoyable. 🥰😎💯

Hot trash. Scheduled an appointment to have my phone repaired. When I get there I’m told the only person capable of doing the repair isn’t there. What a waste of time.
Colorado boulevard location is the best Best Buy I’ve ever been too! The customer service here is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Big box but very customer oriented.

I went to best buy June 5 to buy a Microsoft surface pro x. The guy in the computer department did not want to price match me so I went to micro center and got my surface pro x and save a 150 dollars. I see were Im go to do my business

The customer service is wonderful. I love all the beautiful displays they have created in the store for demoing products. A few of them were not hooked up properly and that should be a priority but overall this is where I like to shop and demo products. Another great addition is that they also have a separate display store for high-end TVs with more natural lighting so people are not buying just based on brightness. I am a big fan and it gives so much more realistic representation of what people will be seeing.
This Best Buy its the Best Buy they I always go to! They always have everything that I need it want. Their customer service is stellar and their sales people actually listen to you and their Geek Squad is just phenomenal. So you guys are wondering why Im getting a four stars so are you would usually give it five stars but there has been a few incidents where I order online to go pick it up at the store and theres nobody to pick up gas and everybody at the registers including the managers have ignored me and I am wondering where people are I sit there and wait for like 5 to 10 minutes when Im the only person in line to get the stuff that I ordered online in store so I hope this will be resolved soon as everything is opening back up!

Ok. So no phone system just sucks anyway. But no phone system, no appointments (you can make an appointment for service but it means nothing), and no one willing to call you to talk your generic computer generated service updates over makes getting anything serviced here more of a headache than its worth.Not sure if other places would be better. I am trying the in home service next so well see.

This location has a lot more items in stock and is why I had to visit this store since the Best Buy in the Belmar Shopping Center didnt have the computer monitor I wanted to buy. My 2 choices were to wait 5 days for delivery or pickup the monitor at the Mexico Ave location the same day as purchased. The staff at the Mexico Ave Location were very attendent/helpful to my needs, while the Belmar Center location employees had to be looked for throughout the store and were usually just hanging out and talking amongst themselves even though they could see that customers needed assistance. The Belmar Best Buy needs to have better management training. I say this because I went in to have the phone I bought at the Belmar location looked at due to some minor issues. When I asked the Manager on Duty for some help, his response was what do you want me to do about it. Not even close to being professional or even doing his job. If I was a visiting regional manager I would have fired him at the end of the day, because he would have been very easy to replace! Youd be better off shopping Best Buy online to avoid having to visit the Best Buy Belmar location!!

This store is great, customer service is amazing compared to anywhere else and you get Best Buy prices. In 2021 I feel like customer service and support for major chains are typically absolutely terrible, and if something goes wrong you are doomed to deal with bots or offshore call centers for months.I was delivered an open box TV from this store that unfortunately arrived damaged. Within 4 hours of reporting it damaged I had a new replacement TV delivered to me personally by the manager (Kevin) who drove out to deliver it with a voucher for my troubles. For me that is unheard of in 2021. Accidents happen and how theyre dealt with defines a good company. Ill always buy from this store because best buy is already great on price and I get this level of service. I would recommend this store in particular to anyone.

Sadly can not rate 0 stars. Called two times at 2:00 on a Sunday sat on hold for 10 minutes each time and NO ONE answered the phone. Surely you can do better than this.

Went to buy a TV and they kept trying to upsell me on products and services, after I repeatedly said I did not want or need them and it felt like a scam. Then they brought in someone else to try and sell me on these and it was so pushy and unprofessional I walked out. I went to another Best Buy and ended up saving $200.
Best Buy is NOTORIOUS for poor customer service. It was no different yesterday. Went in to see the price of a new phone there as opposed to getting one from my carrier. Couldnt get a salesperson. They missed a sale. I walked out. Every time I try to give them a chance, they fail.
I had to get a universal charger and between the 2 people I had help me, they were both incredibly helpful even at the service desk. Very clean store, smelled good, good best buy.

Not the biggest. Not the most inventory. Curbside pickup available and a staff that will attempt to stuff a 65 inch tv into your Toyota Corolla Hatchback. Not successful but they tried.They will take electronic stuff and recycle for free.
I had ordered a game console. Online, do to the product is not in any stores and it says that my product would be for pickup at a certain store and its been two and a half weeks. And I have not heard anything about my product. So I called and they told me its still not in Process, as in they still trying to find the product. Im really upset as it was to be ready for pickup and I can have my event but now I have to cancel my event do to I dont have my product I ordered. This is very bad customer service and you guys still have my money. As Im not even going to be Compensated for my time. And money i spent. I was told I just have to wait until they decide to do whatever and I guess thats forever an a day. Like this is crazy.

Went to look at a new laptop for my wife after Microcenter was pretty much sold out of decent ones in the $1500 range. While the selection to look at is good, the on hand inventory and staff knowledge of feature/benefit was poor. Also, the HP model we ended up liking was on sale from Microsoft for $300 less than BBs sale price with 2 day shipping. I would think they have somebody whos job it is to make sure their prices are competitive... I sometimes wonder why anybody shops here at all.
I had a really great encounter with the customer service desk later night. The gentleman who was helping me with my return was so very helpful and made my day. I left feeling better about my purchase than when I had first come in. Ill definitely be calling his manager today to tell them what a great employee they have. Thanks!

A relative of mine decided they wanted to purchase a computer for me as a late holiday gift, however they live in Texas and could not accompany me to pick it up. This task proved to be impossible to accomplish through the BestBuy website due to security measures. Thats understandable enough, and so both myself and my relative have tried calling the store to try and figure something out. Its a Monday, according to Google Maps the store is even less busy than usual for the day, and yet still I have been on hold for over half an hour. Guess Ill just be taking my business elsewhere from now on, since this store obviously wants it so little they wont even answer the phone when theyre slow.

Waited over 30 mins for someone to assist with finding an item in store and no one showed up - Although there were many free/available staff members around the store. Worse retail experience possible. I would suggest shop online for pickup to avoid same ugly experience.

Long story short: these guys helped me out so many times in a short span of time that they know my face despite wearing a mask. My computer was broken in the move and I needed new parts. These guys got me what I needed to repair it quicky so I could get back to business.

Maybe COVID is to blame, maybe it is not. Not sure how much longer everyone is going to use this as an excuse for being low on stock. My monitor went out so I went in for a new one-- lots of them on display, practically none of them in stock. I left with something way more expensive than what I truly needed, only because I needed a monitor and had to purchase what was in stock. The store was clean, the employees were friendly and helpful. Wasnt really happy when I left, was more disappointed really.
The best part of our trip yesterday was our sales associate. We were shopping for a sound bar with a budget, and instead of selling us something new and with ok quality,She found us a crazy expensive bar that was out of box for super cheap. We got to demo it, she made sure we had all the cords, and then she found the matching surround sound speakers out of box as well at another store, and had them hold them for us.Overall we got tripple the value of what paid, and left best buy SO HAPPY. And definitely will be returning for all out electronic needs in the future,All because of a team member who worked to make our budget work, get us the best items we could afford without making us buy brand new. Thats customer service!

The staff is incompetent. If looking for advice on what to get I would advise doing the exact opposite of what they suggest. The past 5 times I have been the wrong thing has been given to me with a promise that it would work. This is unacceptable. Figure out how to train your staff. Will not be returning to this store other then to return the last item I got from them that doesnt even work.

I made an online purchase and opted for the curbside pick up. It was super convenient, parking was in front of the store and accessible. I replied to the notification and store associate was out with my new toy within 5min. During rush hour at 5pm I was back on my way.

Walked in looking overwhelmed at the lines for pick up, return, buying, and was approached by an employee asking if I needed assistance. He pointed me to the line I needed to go to. I had went to the incorrect store and another employee took the time To ensure my purchase was available at the correct store and even gave me the exact address. It was such a great experience, I felt kind of stress going to the wrong store but because of their professionalism and kindness I still was able to have a good experience at Best Buy
