Friendly people, good prices. I came in not too long before closing b/c my tire got a thorn and I didnt want to walk the entire way home. They fixed me up on the spot, and I got to ride home instead of walk home.Not sure if its a regular thing, but they also had a friendly old man dog around who kept coming to me for pets. (I gave him a lot of em!)And a big plus--they dont have that horrible ramp you have to drag your bike up that the other bike place down the street has.

I absolutely love this place. They are extremely knowledgeable especially when it comes to electric bikes. They are friendly, easy to work with and the cost of repairs is quite reasonable.

SloHi near City Park has been my go-to bicycle shop for a few years now because of the staff and their service. Today, I brought my bike in because of a leaky rear tube, a minor fix. Bobby replaced it quickly, and he walked me through the process, giving me tips for when I make a replacement myself. He also directed me to a local bicycle spot where I can continue my bicycle education, so to speak. In total, I walked out of SloHi with a fixed bike, some know-how, and a pointer to more local bicycle resources. What a deal! Thank you to everyone at the shop!

Great service, they repaired my flat on the spot and helped install a new bike seat. They were also very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me as I was also looking for a rear rack,- they were out of the kind that best fits my bike and let me know they weren’t able to order one to the shop but pointed me to a site where that had them!

SloHi City Park is my go to LBS and I recommend it to everyone. Its a smaller store, but is very well stocked. Everyone Ive talked to has been very helpful and professional. I have never felt spoken down to when I come in. Plus, theres a shop dog around frequently. All around a great bike shop.

Josh, Bobby and the gang have taken great care of me as we’ve worked through some issues on a road e-bike that I loved but unfortunately turned out to be a lemon. Always top-notch service, professionalism and friendliness.

These guys are AWESOME!!! They are the most helpful and kind I could imagine. They never called my bike trash like a different cycle place. They fixed my bike and have never been anything but helpful. Seriously worth the trip. They wont refuse service cuz I have a old bike and are aware that people who require bicycles for transportation might also be on a tight budget. Really helpful staff.

These folks are good at what they do. And they arent trying to charge you more than you should pay. I am a serious recreational cyclist. I road bike. I mountain bike. Most weeks I do one or the other. It takes me a little time to trust my bikes to a shop. Ive reached that point with SloHi Bike City Park. Theyve worked on my kids bikes and my mountain and road bikes. All without feeling like Im wasting my money.

Mannnnnnnn.. I got this Walmart Genesis bike off Facebook marketplace. It needed some professional TLC.I called ahead, spoke to Joseph. He broke it down quickly and easily - they look at it for free then hell let me know. Simple enough.Now, hes looking at the bike, listens to my concerns - shifters not shifting, brakes not braking, seat not seated, and its click clacking from who know what or where. Joseph knew. He says, No problem. Ill take care of this right now!Im watching him get busy. Hes grabbing this tool, tweakin that part, lubing something up.. last time I fixed a bike was with my father over 25 years ago. So, I start looking around. I see the price board... I see the prices.. my heart dropped out my behind.. I thought about it. I have a purpose. I will see it through no matter the cost.Jospeh brings my bike out and says, Eh, give me $15!.. wooooooooooo.. gave him $20, told him keep it.. he said thank you.. NO, THANK YOUUUU lol.As soon as I got on the bike, I noticed the difference immediately. Zero click clacking. Shifters are shifting. Brakes are braking and its smooth and enjoyable going down the street to my car.

Absolutely incredible and wonderful bike shop. Very fair prices and extremely highly skilled technicians. The bike shop that I bought my bike told me it was just going to be slightly off, and these guys fixed it easily and without any type of problem at all. On the downside I have to spend some money to correct the issues from the original build, but these guys have given me the confidence that they will get this bike on the right track.

The price was very reasonable for two tubes and one chain. Joseph was really helpful and patient with my questions. 10/10 would recommend this bike shop to everyone. I will definitely come back again!

Completely love this place. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I get my bike back after a tune-up (about once a year) it rides like new. Ive bought two bikes from SloHi and have been extremely happy with both. Thanks for being in the neighborhood!

Sample size ~6They exemplify what I want in a repair/maintenance service: friendly, practical advice and good repairs. Recently when I needed a tune up they fixed my handlebar tape when I had forgotten to ask for that. I think their prices are reasonable and their ski wax and sharpening service was also excellent.

Got a flat riding my new ebike coming from the museum. I had never been in that area, did not have a repair kit, and it gets dark fast this time of year. Luckily I broke down about a mile from Slohi Bike Shop. Walked my bike over and Joseph took care of me within minutes. Not only that, he made some ergonomic adjustments, which made the ride much more comfortable.Very highly recommended.

I have been into slohi a few times and the whole team there has been nothing but helpful and kind. They go out of their way to try to help people with their bicycle issues which is always accompanied with quality friendly advice. The products they carry are all quality and priced competitively, even when it is an order of something they dont have in stock. They also have a cool shop dog, so thats a plus.

This is conveniently located, easy to access. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.(latest of several experiences, I dont go to a bike shop until I already know the problem, this helps me gauge the honesty/skill of a technician. A technician had correctly diagnosed the problem on an earlier visit, but parts werent available due to covid induced shortage. The next time I came to see if the parts were in and the tech said the problem was something else. Needless to say, off to Turin bicycles on Lincoln whos teck correctly diagnosed with minimal information from me)

Josh was very helpful. He sold me bike when the shop first opened. I couldnt be more happy with the bike. I live in the neighborhood and stop by to see the shop dog Sal every now and then. All the staff are very nice. If Josh sees me there he always goes out of his way to say hi and to chat with me even if hes busy. I highly recommend this bike shop. Its got the neighborhood bike shop feel with a great staff especially Josh.

I purchased a new mountain bike from these guys and I will do it again and again. I’ve been pretty hard on the new bike but that’s what I bought it for and have had a few issues with the new one while breaking it in but SLO-Hi has been there for me every step of the way. Their staff, knowledge and service is first class and if you are in the market to buy a new bike or just need service for your current steed....do yourself a favor and just go here! I’m sure glad I did.Love my bike guys! It rips!

Very much appreciate the great advice given to me at SloHi - the representative essentially talked me out of investing money in bikes that werent worth it, at the expense of a sale for him. I appreciate their integrity and concern for safety. Didnt get any maintenance done today but theyll definitely be the first place I go in the future!

So Im not like the biggest bike guy in the world. But I got a good price online for a single speed and needed it assembled. I tried 6 different shops and the only other shop at their price had a two week wait period. These guys got me in three days. Pretty laid back and customer oriented. If youre just a regular guy or girl and need a local shop to help you out I would recommend this shop in a heartbeat. Im sure theyd suit you if youre a more avid rider, but Im the wrong guy to ask.

Love that they moved into this old Colfax bike shop and kept the signage the same, especially around so many cheap looking new buildings that are ruining the character of the neighborhood. Took my bike there to get serviced, and they turned it around quick for a decent price. Also (unprompted) offered to order me replacements for my specialty tires for delivery the next day. Friendly staff.

I ordered a bike online through public bikes that suggested professional assembly, so had the bike shipped directly to Slohi. Bike arrived and was ready to go later that same day. Guys in the shop were super helpful in helping me get outfitted and had a few tricks and tips they passed on about commuting via bike. Will definitely be back!

The Team at Slohi are so good I travel 3 hours for them to service my bikes. They are knowledgeable beyond the present and well into the past. The advice they offer is practical and real. It is not about up selling me. It is a friendship if you want it. Bikes are lifelong friends and Slohi gets it !
