I got a flat while riding down 8th, and was like, Great! A bike repair place!But they were completely closed in the middle of the day (it was like 1pm when I needed my flat fixed) on a Friday for...something? I dunno.I ended up walking my flat to a competitors on Colfax.

Nice shop! No snobby vibes - just knobby tires.Its always a bit intimidating going to a new shop after moving to a new city, but they were very friendly and offered great customer service. Patrick was quick at diagnosing what my bike needed and gave an honest quote for the service my bike needed. I will be returning for as long as I live in the area. Theres also a cute lil shop dog walking about which is a plus.

Just good people. Ive been to this location and the one downtown and both are fantastic. I always learn something new. They are very patient as Im making my way up the learning curve. Sometimes people can feel intimidated in a bike shop, this one is super inviting. Come with questions, ride home feeling good.

The products are great but the service was out of this world. It was so nice going in to a really nice bike shop as an amateur and being made to feel welcome and excited! Shout out to Griffin for the good vibes and help in choosing what worked for us to pick up a casual hobby.

Top notch customer service. Some local bike shops seemed to be staffed exclusively by jocks who disdain middle aged ladies and cruisers. Everyone I’ve interacted with at Elevation Cycles has made me feel welcome, and helped me get the bike and accessories I wanted. I will be shopping here for my cycling needs from now on.

This has to be one of the best bike places i have been in. Very low pressure sales people. My son and I shopped for a bike and the employees were attentive from a way aways. They approached when needed and were very knowledgeable about the bike and were helpful. I will be back. BTW. Ended up buying 2 bikes.

Really a wonderful shop that will continue to receive my patronage. After what I can only describe as a purely miserable experience with the management at a certain bike shop on S Pearl St, Elevation was a welcome change. I told them I wanted to DIY some repair and they sold me everything I needed to get the job done, and answered my (both intricate and stupid) questions. When I had work for them to do, it was done ahead of schedule with great communication. Big recommend for your MTB needs.
