This place deserves many more than five stars. After I dropped my phone one too many times and my screen needed repairing, I headed here to get it fixed. Angelo did a fantastic job! He stayed late to fix my screen and he was so kind and conversational. He fixed it so fast — I was there for 20 minutes or so — and I left with what looks like a brand new phone. I will definitely head back here any time I need my phone repaired.

Helpful and honest. Brought in my Samsung S20 because the cable charger would repeatedly disconnect while trying to charge. Turned out the port just needed a simple cleaning. Turned it around in less than 2 hour for a reasonable price. Highly recommend them and will be a loyal customer.

I went to a Boost Mobile store in Montbello to get an unlocked phone activated. They told me the phone wasnt Boost Mobile compatible. So I came to this Boost Mobile store and without a hitch, these guys got the job done and even transferred all of my data from my old phone to the new one!! VERY professional guys here. Unprofessional staff. They trick you with words that they can repair your device, then if its a difficult fix or if they couldnt manage to figure out what is the problem with your device, they will just tell you that it is unrepairable, and they will charge you for just wasting their and your time. I would give them ZERO stars review if I could. Im very disappointed with such service.

OMG I have a T-Mobile phone. Every time I go to the store just up the street I end up wasting time, being upsold and realizing that the only thing they know is how to wear a T-Mobile shirt. These guys did an excellent job at replacing my Oneplus 6 battery. I brought in the replacement part and they did the rest. They even added adhesive as they closed the phone again. Im sure its not waterproof anymore but anything helps. Would definitely recommend!

Jojo was the consummate professional. His business is the perfect example of a local business that goes the extra mile with frugal pricing in the best interest of the consumer. He was not only super knowledgeable, but had me out in less than 30 minutes. On top of that, Jojo was able to unclog my receiver, blow debris out of the jack on my phone, and replace the battery(he only charged me for the battery, which was incredible.) As soon as I entered to, his know-how was apparent, and it was clear he had done this repair 1000 times before. I will definitely be going back for the future, not only to shop small, get unbiased advice, and killer customer service, but because he gets the job done, and then some. 11/10 would recommend to all, and soon thereafter I told my neighbors who need phone repairs that it was an efficient and worthwhile experience, and something you wouldnt find at a big box store/ corporate retailer. I walked around for months without a phone case..... It finally caught up to me. Phone fell on the pavement and shattered. I went and bought a brand new phone and was told at TMobile that all of my information would not transfer because the screen no longer worked. I was at a loss. Everything I do professionally is on my phone. I backup with Google so some things were able to transfer but so much would be lost. I went ahead and spent money on my new phone and decided to drop by and see if by chance my old phone might be repaired - thus allowing me to transfer everything. The gentlemen working understood my predicament. They said it could be done! I left my old phone for a short time and when I returned I discovered the old phone in perfect condition. Transfer was done in the store. My information was saved. I should have made this shop my first stop. Would have saved me time and money. My old phone is so perfect Im tempted to just return the new one. These guys are true professionals, knowledgeable and caring. Thank you!

I broke my phone and it did some internal damage that would cost an arm and a leg to fix. Other places charged just to diagnose it but I called here and Jojo was super honest and helpful on the phone so I stopped calling and went in the next day. I bough a refurbished iPhone from him for less than I would have paid to have it fixed. He gave me a good discount and everything took less than 10 minutes. Now I can send my broken one in for a warranty swap and will have this new extra in case it ever happens again. Im really stoked on the service in general but Jojo definitely went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks!

Got a quote of it taking around 1.5 hrs to fix from a guy on the phone. When I got to the store they said 2.5 to 3 hrs. So I drove home and came back 3 hrs later to find out they didnt have the right screen (after I had called previously to verify) and they sent a guy our for the right one but hadnt begun the repair yet. So I hung out for another 45 minutes until it was done. Then they tried overcharging me by $25. The whole thing was a mess. The guys working there were nice enough but I wouldnt go back if I could avoid it.

I got there really late and the guy who was working there said he can not do it since it was late but then I told him I drove from Boulder and he agreed to do the fix. Really nice guy I would say. And the price is really good compared to other repair stores. Highly recommanded.

An entire section of my phone screen stopped working. Was relieved to hear from the employee here that I could just get a new screen to my iPhone instead of having to get an entirely new phone. Friendly and easy-going staff undertook a very tedious repair on my MacBook butterfly keyboard. A perfect neighborhood Colfax gem, I felt great supporting this small business.

I had a cracked screen and took it in to get replaced. When I got the phone back, the touch was very wonky and there was sealant sticking out the sides.The owner admitted that it was their fault when I brought it in the next day (seems like it was a new kid who had done the fixing) and offered to replace it again for me on one condition - that I not crack the wonky screen so that he could return it.Well, of course I cracked that screen 😂. I came back and we split the cost of that and now the 2nd screen is working great.Sometimes things go wrong. They screwed up but then they fixed the problem. I appreciate that and appreciate not getting charged full price for the extra screen I broke in the process.
