My son ruined the screen on my Lenovo Thinkpad pretty bad. Lenovo customer service recommended them to me as a partner repairer/ servicer. Cant speak enough about the service I received, upfront and transparent prices, quick turnaround, and great communication throughout entire process. I was even able to extend warranty on my device through them. Definitely recommend 1000%

Walked in and asked for a quick walk-in repair last week. The guy working helped me out in a matter of minutes; he explained what i needed, fixed what I couldnt, and had me out the door feeling relieved I stopped by. Location is a little but in a weird spot, but these guys are great.

These folks are really sweet. They stock the oddball ancient printer tape and are able to provide repairs for our antique (but very expensive to replace)printers for work. Theyre reasonably priced and pretty darn quick with repairs.

It took a while, but now my computer is better than ever. A new system board and screen make it like new. They saw it through to the end, even when we ran into a few hiccups.

Dont take your Lenovo here for warranty repair. I had to take it back three times to get the screen fixed and then they broke the camera in the process. Now Ive moved out of state and no other service center will touch it because they dont want to be held responsible for ProTechs shoddy work. End result: Im without a laptop for 3 weeks while it gets shipped off to Lenovo to get fixed (or likely replaced given how bad ProTech screwed up)

Unfortunately their troubleshooting skills were not sufficient to accurately assess and fix my computer. The tech called and confidently told me the issue had been fixed, explaining that it was just a software issue, so I took their word for it. Within a day of having it back, it was not working again. So, rather than go through the same hoops with them again, I decided to send it directly to HP instead - turns out the motherboard needed to be replaced, and now my computer is working great. Lost a good amount of money and time with these guys, so I have to recommend looking elsewhere until they are able to hire more skilled and knowledgeable techs.

Took my computer (running slow) in to see if it had malware. After having it a couple days, I was informed that it did not. They didnt charge me anything but gave me some pointers instead.

Took my Lenovo Thinkpad in for warranty repair. ProTech Computer Systems INC did not complete the services they billed to Lenovo and actually complicated the entire process of getting my laptop fixed. Absolutely avoid this company for Lenovo repairs!!!!!!Send your Lenovo into the their depot for repair!!!

The ProTech team has been great at fixing my Lenovo P50 computer. The staff is very friendly and the service is extremely efficient. I can only thank them for the excellent service offered.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. I am an ex-employee/customer and have seen how they manage their business, they will rip you off and then tell you that youre on your own/got a good deal. My personal business lost clients when I referred them to Protech because of the computers they passed on as new turned out to be secondhand garbage. I would recommend not working with them or for them, apparently they cant handle filing simple tax documentation either. In almost a decade in IT Ive never had so many bad experiences with one company.

They are magicians! They are friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, and fair.

My desktop started having electrical issues. Took it here to have it diagnosed because i could not figure out the issue. Within 1 business day, they had diagnosed a blown capacitor in my power supply and had me up and running by the end of the day. They were very fast and professional and definately know what they are doing. I will go here every time.

They fixed my desktop computer. Although I really had to look for the 50,000 photos I had on my C drive, they did manage to save them off my corrupted C drive. Of course it was stupid of me to have left them on my C drive in the first place. I certainly recommend them over having a mobile service like Karls come to your house. That was a waste of money. ProTechs charges were not unreasonable.

Fast,friendly service. Took care of my problem with a Lenovo laptop. Will definitely return for any other computer issues. Highly recommended.

The service was fast and they seemed to actually care about the customers concerns, unlike other repair shops in the area. They also work with mapleton public schools giving students an opportunity to intern in the shop!

Brought my Thinkpad in under warranty, got it back under the expected time without any hastle.

Great people. My laptop was fixed within 2 days (screen hardware issue).

Disappointing experience. Multiple calls multiple trips. Apparently, the quality of my equipment did not meet their standards.
