Rude and unprofessional.I called for a quote on Tuesday. They scheduled me for 11am-3pm Friday and took all my info. I prepared to be available for that time window. I received a follow-up call on Thursday asking if it was easier to just send a picture of the exterior of my garage and dimensions so they could do a quote through email. I mentioned that there were some specific questions I had about placement, modifications, and dimensions that might be best suited for an in-person meeting. The scheduler agreed and confirmed our 11-3 window for Chris (the owner) to come out. Chris called around 12:30 on Friday and asked for some details. I provided them. He then asked me to take a picture of the garage door and send it to him via text. He said, once I get it, Ill take a look and call you right back. I took the picture and sent it to him. I did not receive a call back, so I called him one hour later. I asked if he received the picture. He said yes, but he couldnt talk at that moment and would call me right back. He never called back. He never showed up.I hope others dont have this experience. Perhaps to avoid it, dont bother calling A&J Garage Doors.

Great service and a legit company! A tenants garage spring broke. I called them up, got help from a rep, they came and fixed it a couple days, sent me and invoice and W9, and everything was so easy!

Great customer service, excellent pricing, and fast/efficient service. A & J is a great company and I am very satisfied with their service. I called around the Denver area to compare prices for a broken Torsion spring and A & Js definitely blew the competition out of the water as an all-around excellent choice for my garage door needs. As a resident of Arvada, A & Js will definitely be my go-to garage door repair service. Highly recommend them even if you live on the other side of the metro area - well worth it.

From beginning to end this company made everything easy. Installation was fast and cost was much lower than I originally anticipated. These guys are great! I would highly recommend them to anyone. They dispose of garage doors too, which was really convenient.

I had A&J replace an old door for me. They did a great job at a very good price. I looked into having Home Depot do the job and it would have been the same price [maybe 20 or 30 bucks less] - but with a way less quality door without insulation. Beware that Home Depot uses a door with a very thin gauge sheet metal, so it is much more likely to dent and ding from normal use. Heidi at A&J was exceptionally awesome and was very patient with us as we changed our minds about 4 times about which door we wanted. I couldnt recommend them more.

I just had A&J install a garage door opener for my new build in Arvada. The installer was on time, and he worked quickly and professionally. I definitely saved money compared with what my builder would have charged me for the same (or lesser?) product. I have already recommended them to my neighbors, and will be calling them in the future.
