This was clear to me from the first call with the owner, Lou. He made himself available mere hours later that day to come over, inspect the door that needed replacement, explained the process, and answered all my questions. Especially impressive was his recommendation to NOT replace our opener at this time even though it is old; it does just keep working. Lou kept me up-to-date on the parts orders, explaining what all was going on and other options (due to global supply issues) if Id like to change my mind.The technician arrived on-time, was done quite quickly, and did a perfect job: everything was replaced except the opener. The installation and fitment are completely without issue; square, true, seal alignments, operation couldnt be any better.As other reviews stated, Lou didnt want to accept payment until after he knew I was completely satisfied with the entire door replacement. We could not be more happy with the results and installation done by ProLift Garage Doors of Denver. It took a long time to get my garage doors, because the manufacturer is so far back logged. But Lou kept his promised delivery date and installation date. Fast, professional, affordable. My garage door spring broke in the early afternoon. By dinner it was repaired for a fair price. I had a busted spring that prevented my door from working. I called ProLift at around 10:00am and Daniel came to my house by 2:30 in the afternoon.
