This was an amazing experience! Very very personable and Dr. V and all the staff take the time to really listen and address your concerns. This has been a game changer in addressing concerns I’ve had and I would highly recommend them!
Great initial experience with Dr. Swartz. He was friendly, listened to my concerns and asked pertinent questions about thing that I said in order to understand my problem. I really appreciated the fact that he explained what he was going to do before he examined me so I knew what to expect. I look forward to having my next appointment with him after my sleep study is completed.
I was able to make an appointment in a relatively short amount of time and was in and out pretty quickly the day of. Dr Cutler and his assistant were personable and efficient.
All the people at AOO were professional and helpful to me, before and after surgery. They are organized and run like a clock. In particular, Julie and Debbie kindly took the time to answer my questions all through the process. Happy the results of my procedure exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend AOO!
Great service with prompt communication. Fantastic staff with great options for care. I am excited to continue my health care with this organization.
I took my son to Dr. Cote for a second opinion. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and a straight shooter. He took the time to talk with my son, review the medical notes/reports/scans we brought, as well as completed his own medical exam. He gave us next steps and options. Although his location is far from home, it is a trip WELL WORTH the drive.
Harvard Park Assoc. of Otolaryngology was a very positive experience. The best staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend their office!
If you ever need a excellent ENT, all of the Drs are super attentive and they have excellent surgeons. I have chronic sinus infections and have had several surgeries on my sinuses and they have always been amazing.
Dr V is great. 1st time here. He took great care of me. Highly recommend.
Staff is very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The doctor explained everything to my understanding! I felt very satisfied when I left the office.
This office is amazing right from the minute you walk in. Everyone is polite and friendly and Dr. Swartz is attentive and kind. I am so thankful I was referred to this office!!
No waiting, clear, concise overview of situation. Opportunity to ask questions. No surprises. Kind, helpful staff.
I went to see Dr. Lipkin for a consultation and was very pleased with the entire experience—everyone on the staff was very nice and took time to really listen. I ended up needing to get a nose/throat endoscopy, which I was very nervous about, but went perfectly smoothly. Ultimately, Dr. Lipkin recommended no treatment was needed because the areas had healed properly and looked very good. I was really thankful that I was able to get advice from such an experienced and nice doctor that really seems to care a lot about his patients.
Worst experience of my life. I went in for pain in my right ear after getting over shingles in my right ear. Dr. Lipkin felt the need to clean my ears, with the scraper method. He went so deep into my ear that I could not sit still, and he told me to sit still, and he was doing the best he can. Well, obviously not good enough, as a doctor that causes pain and blames it on the patient is someone I will never go back to.
I recommend this business. Friendly staff, knowledgeable providers, and a nice office space on the 5th floor. I was seen on-time and my visits were not longer than needed, which I appreciate them respecting my time.
I came here after I was misdiagnosed at another doctor’s office. My experience was wonderful. The doctor listened to me and the staff did a thorough exam and explained everything clearly. I will return!
I was referred to this office by a colleague. The initial few appointments were pretty smooth when I was getting fitted for custom ear pieces. Then I met with the doctor to discuss my chronic vertigo issue and he recommended a few tests. And all of that went just fine. A few days after the testings were done I got a call from the office stating I had to come in to discuss my results. Im used to having normal results discussed over the phone so I thought that the doctor had some bad findings he needed to discuss in person. So I quickly made an appointment to come back in. At this visit I met with a PA since the doctor was stuck in surgery and she told me everything came back normal and asked if I had any questions. I told her no and the appointment was over. Maybe 5 minutes total. I left that appointment feeling like I took a half day for no reason and confused on why I was told I had to come into the office. A month later I got a bill for $50 for that visit. That made me so upset. I called the billing department and went back and forth with them for months. I kept asking them please do not send me to collections while we are resolving this and they reassured me they would not do that. I called them today and I find out they sent me to collections. I didnt get a statement or letter stating this was even happening. As a healthcare provider myself Im pretty disappointed with the way this was all handled. I have tons of colleagues who are interested in getting the custom ear pieces and I will not be recommending this office.
Love this practice! Everyone in my immediate family is a client of this practice and three of us are surgical patients! Dr Cutler is kind, personable and knowledgeable! I’m seen there for sinuses and vertigo. The audiologist are just as great as the MDs. Won’t go anywhere else for our families ENT needs. Oh, and yes Dr Picermo is awesome as well; she performed a tonsillectomy on one member of our family. Best ENT practice in Denver!
I went to the Denver location. Fantastic Experience. Clean, professional and a very friendly staff.
My experience was great. From the scheduler Rose who went above and beyond to get me the next available appointment with doctor Lipkin at the Harvard location to the staff that conducted my hearing test.
Ive been seeing Dr Cosgriff for a couple of issues, of which one was quite serious. Shes very knowledgeable, wastes no time, and has helped me significantly. Highest recommendation.
I was in an ED with such a severe case of BPPV, I could not sit, stand or even move my head without getting sick (which led to other medical issues). I needed to find a specialist to help before I could be discharged and Associates of Otolaryngology was the only office to squeeze me in (14 other calls made and told at least a week before I could be seen). The staff in this office were so kind. I couldnt even lift my head out of my get sick in here bag to see their faces, but they were so compassionate. They helped me understand what they were going to do, sent me home with information and medication to help me get well, and provided me with information to have immediate/direct access to them if additional treatment is needed. I highly recommend this office!Id like to add, the other staff from different offices in the building were extremely helpful. When they saw I was struggling to walk-in (even with assistance) and getting sick, they rushed to help get me a chair to sit, while others went to a different office to find a wheelchair for me. Supreme care from this medical office building!
My son and I came to this office with somewhat of a challenging health issue to solve and when it required more than the office visit to figure out what was going on with us, this office stepped up to the plate in a major way to help us solve our health issues. I know a lot of other places would have simply tried to pass us on but it is so nice to see that there are great places like this that can get a little creative with all possible solutions. Thanks so much for your help!
Great experience! Had my ears cleaned and it was the least painful Ive ever had!Dr. Jeffrey L. Cutler was the best!
The time in the waiting room was minimal. They took their time with me and were thorough in the information they had and wanted. They gave me options of which all could be done in their office. Which kept me from running all over Denver to get tested. And most of all they listened and answered my equestions.
Im really happy I found Associates of Otolaryngology! They were able to accomplish what others were saying that it wasnt possible. Thanks Guys! 😃
Color me impressed. Very well taken care of. The staff listened to all of my concerns, and took time to make sure I understood all of the implications.
I had an excellent follow-up appointment with Dr. Schwartz. He is very personable and remembered that I was on a fishing trip the previous week ans was sure to ask how I did with my two ear infections! I appreciate the kindness and care from all the staff at this practice. I had to have a hearing test and the fourth-year students who completed my exam was great. They are also doing an excellent job protecting patients from COVID and I think that is so important at this time. I look forward to being an established patient at this practice and would recommend them to anyone.
Everybody is very helpful and courteous at Associates of Otolaryngology I felt very welcomed and the staff were very good with me. Thank you!
My appointment with MONICA ROSCO, PA-C, on Tuesday 12 Jan 2021, for ear-wax removal (and answers to some questions), was clearly one of the most successful Ive ever had with an ENT professional -- which is exactly what Ms. Rosco was, in every possible respect: skillful, friendly, personable, articulate, knowledgeable, empathetic. I could not have asked for (or received) more professional, informed, and attentive help. She is exceptional and a special asset to your practice.
Dr. Cutler is friendly and very thorough. My second appointment with him was for a CT scan and consult. I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes which was great!
Everyone was very nice. I like that each person I saw introduced themselves.
I have been seeing Dr. Picerno at her 850 E Harvard location for about 8 months now. Dr. Picerno and her nurse have been very friendly and helpful, but the front desk staff is unpleasant and unwelcoming. They have been rude to me on more than one visit.
The team was very prompt and informative. I felt surprising very comfortable especially considering they were probing in my nose! Great experience and happy to have found a good ENT in Denver.
AUG 2021ive called 3 times, left 3 messages, filled out the online appointment request AND attempted to chat with the virtual assistant that confirmed they received the appointment request. never heard back from anyone or spoke to an actual person.
Otolaryngology Associates in Colorado have done an incredible job taking care of me in an extremely difficult situation. Ignoring how great they were from a timing and convenience standpoint, the immediate care from Dr Swartz and then surgery on a Friday night at 9pm by Dr Cutler was compassionate and professional. The triage nurse on call, Linda, was available to me despite the office being closed and she made sure my connection to Dr Cutler was made and that he would assemble a team for emergency surgery that night at Porter Hospital, whose staff and attention were also impeccable. I cannot thank them enough.
Dr Schwartz is such a smart guy and so kind. He needed to do a quick procedure I wasn’t expecting. As simple as the procedure is, I was having lots of anxiety about it. Closing my nose is my version of spiders or heights may be to someone else. Dr Schwartz was patient with me. I will refer everyone in need of his specialty directly to him.
I went in on 3/10/20 at 2:00 p.m. and the MA/Nurse who was petite with long black hair that was assisting me was rude. She said that I didnt have menieres because I didnt lose hearing. Not everyone loses hearing with menieres. I was diagnosed by another doctor. As shes not a doctor she shouldnt be dismissing or diagnosing patients.
Very professional and friendly office. Short wait time if even. Dr. Cutler is extremely friendly and an awesome dr. I would encourage everyone to go see Dr. Cutler. He did my nose surgery without packing me with gauze to be removed and no stints. Thank you Dr. Cutler!!!
Very personal staff and very caring. Great place to go if you want answers to your problems. Very thorough as well.
I am an Executive with a Healthcare company and recently had Sinus surgery with Dr. Cutler back in August 2020. My experience with him was fantastic along with his staff. Pre surgery and post surgery I was able to get questions answered quickly. I recently had my 6 month check up and everything was looking GREAT! Thank you to Dr. Cutler and his team!
Dr. Lipkin is caring and thorough. He explains what he is doing and lays out a future plan that made me feel that Im well looked after.
I had a wonderful experience. I saw Dr. Cutler and he was very kind. I’ve had chronic ear problems since childhood and he listened to my concerns and was gentle. He was very knowledgeable as well. I’ve been looking for a good ENT doctor and I found one. The entire staff was great. I have already recommended them to others!
The office was run very safely from a COVID standpoint. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Dr. Picerno was thorough and worked hard to be gentle on my sons painful ears. Its a smoothly run office!
I had a great experience with Associates of Otolaryngology! I was having some problems and was worked in very quickly to see Dr. Cutler. The office staff was very nice and Dr. Cutler was very personable, listened to my concerns and addressed them. I am very glad that I found their office and would highly recommend their clinic should the need arise!
Dr Picerno was professional, very knowledgeable and pleasant. She explained things well and was very skilled at what she did. Very impressed and highly recommend.
Dr V is amazing really listens.
Great staff and facility. I like Dr. Cutlers professionalism and expertise. His MA Kelsey was great too! I would highly recommend them both.
Very rude and unprofessional. Debbie mcdoiel loves to scream at the patient. This people have no idea what is going on to having me come in and the discharge date.they are evil and discriminate me after I have been there 3 times in the 12 months, They told me that should not be happening. oops, i would not trust them with my information based on the information above.Dr Swartz was uncaring, arrogant and failed to provide any meaningful medical service. I would advise prospective patients to look elsewhere! This is my first ever 1 star review of a medical professional so I don’t leave this review lightly.
Dr. Cutler took the time to explain my surgery and some of the things I can expect for the future. He as well as the surgical team made me feel very safe and helped calm my anxiety. Highly recommended!
Setting up appointment and checking via Covid has been smooth experience. Dr and staff was great looking forward to working with this group of doctors moving forward.
I couldn’t hear in my right ear after swimming. The Dr and staff were very friendly and professional. They performed ear wax removal procedure on the same day and I was back to normal. Excellent service and staff including COVID procedures and precautions.
Dr. Cosgriff was amazing. My husband has a rare disease and she (and her staff) really went the extra mile for us!!!
I was very pleased with my experience at Associates of Otolaryngology. I have fairly severe tinnitus that really bothers me. The Dr. Thoroughly cleaned my ears and dropped my tinnitus from probably a 7 to a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10. She also provided me with supplements and answered all questions. I will definitely be returning in a few months to establish a regimen.
Dr Anne Cosgriff is great.
I went in to see Dr. Lipkin with an odd ailment on my tongue. I wasnt sure that ENT doctors really have the expertise. Dr. Lipkin was very thorough in examining my tongue and then suggested a plan that minimizes risk as well as discomfort. Dr. Lipkin is easy to talk to and listens well and knows his specialty. I would recommend seeing him.
My first visit Associates of Otolaryngology was great. Making an appointment to check-in was quick and easy. The office called, texted and emailed appointment reminders, which I appreciated. Parking and finding the office was easy. Dr. Cutler and his staff were friendly, courteous and professional. He was clear and concise explaining my options and his recommended plan of action. I feel confident being in their care.
Very professional, nice office, very kind employees. Was in and out in no time at all. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend.
I cannot recommend Dr. Cutler and his team highly enough. He is an excellent specialist with a friendly approach to his work. The office is efficient from scheduling to calling back to answer questions. They have an excellent setup for safety during Covid-19. Highly recommend Dr. Cutler and this practice.
This was my second visit to this practice, and I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone, from the Receptionist, to the Medical Assistant, Audiologist, to Dr. Lipkin, were all extremely helpful and informative. My Audiologist ran a series.of tests totally different from any hearing tests Ive ever had, and the results were far more accurate and conclusive. I now have a better understanding of my hearing problem and how to proceed in resolving it.I would never hesitate to refer people to Associates in Otolaryngology.
Dr. Swartz is amazing!!! He is easy to talk to and very personable. He listens and makes sure you understand in laymans terms what is happening. Love that he offered to just see how things go or a prescription rather than just opting for the prescription right away. Id recommend him in a heartbeat! Hard to find good doctors like him, who actually take the time to really care for his patients the way in which they want and deserve.
Checked in quickly, friendly staff.
I liked Dr. Swartz very much and would go back to him, but my issue is with the billing department. I just received another bill despite my account being “overpaid.” No one ever told me and I had to call and figure it out myself. I overpaid the last time I made a payment and I received another bill for the same appointment again. Very unprofessional. I can’t imagine how many other people overpay without realizing it because they won’t tell you and just keep sending bills.
I had an excellent experience having my allergies tested by Tracie. This season was so miserable for me. Now I know why and am ready for further treatment.
Dr. Cote was thorough in his analysis as well as his description of remedies. His team was also very helpful. Everyone was friendly. I had gone to other doctors for the same issue this past month and had been dissatisfied with the information I received, but I walked out of the office of the Associates of Otolaryngology with significantly more knowledge than the other doctors.
Dr. Cutler has changed my life. He is very caring, professional and thorough. His skill and knowledge has made the whole experience comforting and gives me complete and total confidence. I have never met a Doctor who takes my care as serious as he has. Dr. Picernio is also very caring and reassuring and puts the patient first. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable,
I came into my 8am appointment with Dr. Picerno and checked in at 7:50, I had to ask the receptionist for my new patient paperwork at 8:30 because I had received nothing. When I was finally taken back to the room the medical assistant was nice and please and said the doctor would be with me shortly. After another 30 minutes of waiting a nurse came in and told me the doctor started a diagnostic procedure on another patient and wouldnt be seeing me so I could leave and go home. I work full time and go to school full time so this was an appointment that was very hard to accommodate this appointment. I have never been treated with less respect and care anywhere in my life.
The office was set up for proper distancing. The staff was verypolite and caring. Dr.Cutler explained exactly what was going on with my loss of hearing. He also explained in detail how the surgery will be preformed. I felt very informed and comfortable. Thank you Dr. Cutler and staff.
Very efficient and good experience so far with Dr. Cosgriff.
I have been very pleased by the medical care I received. I had a pretty unusual sinus tumor and was under Dr. Cutlers care. He kept me calm prior to surgery, did a wonderful job of removing the tumor, and has provided excellent post-op care. I really appreciate everything Dr.Cutler and his team have done for me.
Did not have a long wait time, and the Doctor took the time to understand my problem, and help come up with possible solutions. The office was very clean and organized.
My 5 star rating is specifically for Dr. Cutler. I’ve been seeing him for over a year now, and he is easily the best doctor I’ve ever had. He is very thorough, and intently listens to what you are telling him. He doesn’t try to force his knowledge on you, or tell you how to feel, but instead listens and makes suggestions as to what could or could not be the issue. I had my first ever surgery with him, which went great. I even had to call him on a Sunday post-op because of issues I was having, and he didn’t seem annoyed or put off, but very caring and understanding. I recommend him to everyone, which I should probably stop doing because it’s getting more and more difficult to get an apt. with him because he’s so in demand. At this point, I wouldn’t see any other ENT specialist.
Though I had a genuinely good experience there, mostly due to their professionalism, I found it very odd that at 9:47 a.m. on a Tuesday they would set up a message claiming that they are closed and to call back during NORMAL business hours, just because there are a few inches of snow on the ground due to an overnight snow storm. I called-in to pay my bill for services rendered and no one at work to take my money. This is mid-Fall/Winter weather in Colorado. A couple of inches of snow on the ground is to be expected. What did they do with all of their patients that were supposed to be seen that day, cancel on them? What gives?
Excellent & thorough... thanks to all!
Dr. Swartz was great! He explained everything very well and took the time needed to do the job right. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
Excellent Doctor and Staff, Dr. Swartz is very informative, caring and professional. So happy he took me on as a patient.
Dr Cosgriff took me on time, listened well, explained everything and was clear about what she was doing. This was my first trip here and I will return again if necessary. Very good experience!
The staff and doctors here are phenomenal! They always put me at ease during my appointments and always help me with whatever I need. I had a surgery with Dr. Cutler in November. I was nervous but after talking with him and his staff about the procedure I knew I was in good hands. Post procedure appointments are great, quick and easy!
While I had a fine overall experience with Dr. Cote and his practice, the results of my procedure were not great. I went to Dr. Cote for a septoplasty as I had a deviated septum and was unable to breathe out of half of my nose. The recovery was painful as they used stents which were left in for a week. It has now been over a year since my septoplasty and my breathing abilities are no better than they were before the surgery. Overall, it was a painful experience with no productive result. The positive is that the office staff were always friendly and helpful.
Dr Swartz is a very knowledgeable physician who takes his time with the patient. He is very kind and caring.
I am really pleased with my hearing aids. I have worn aids for over 20 years and these are definitely the best and most comfortable. The attention Lauren Jones gave me was great. I have been to many audiologist and this is the best facility I have had experience with.
The staff was very friendly and Dr. Cote was great and extremely knowledge and able to make some great recommendations. They even pointed me in the direction of some over the counter medicines which makes life easier (and less expensive)! The only downfall was i wanted in the room for over 40 minutes passed my appointment time. This seems to be standard though. Once I met with the doctor nothing but great things to say about a great team!
Amazing service, thorough evaluation and explanation of diagnosis and possible treatments.
Dr. Cutler and his assistant were very professional and did a great job helping me!
I have been a patient for over a year and have received the best of care.Scuba brought me in recently for an ear check and I was taken right away. P.A. Monica was so thorough and took great care of me. I highly recommend this practice!
I have been going to Dr. Jeffrey Cutler for five years. I really appreciate this doctors office. Everyone is very friendly. I always feel that they give me good attention and care from the moment I arrive at the reception desk, through to the end of my appointment.
The office is also have dermatology ...... The Doctor that take care of me is very awesome, she did fix my sinus
Well organized, compassionate care.
Fantastic experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous.
Thank you so much for seeing me in a timely manner with expert and kind staff.
Fantastic staff; friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & funny (I really enjoyed the humor). Dr. Cote was easy to communicate with, open to my questions & concerns & patient. I’m truly grateful to have found this place.
Associates of Otolaryngology, LLC, where Dr. Swartz works, hides the ultimate cost of services from patients. The big surprise is the extra bill for who knows who and why the work is done. So, Sleep Studio at Rose Medical Hospital. So, a five-minute meeting with a technician and renting a tiny appliance for one night cost $ 367. We thought this included a full analysis, but soon another bill came from Dr. Swartz’s office for $ 348. Several times we went to this doctor and wanted to find out for what kind of work and why this bill was sent to us: we had never heard of him. It turned out that he “read” the record from the device and we have to pay for it. We had no prior arrangement or information in advance. And as a result, they paid more than $ 700 for a very primitive work.We consider this a shameless attitude towards patients and a desire to deflate the maximum amount of money. Such a business disgraces a reputation. We are glad to never use the services of Sleep Studio in the Rose Medical Hospital and especially the predatory services of Dr. Swartz from Associates of Otolaryngology, LLC Denver
These folks are amazing. Both staff and doctors are friendly and focused on you. From the initial appointment I was treated like the most important person in the world...they listened, really listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. The suggestions made were supported with explanations and often followed by another quick Q&A...they spent the necessary time to get to know me and my face. I always felt relaxed and never rushed....which is wonderful !! The procedure, CO2 laser, progressed exactly as the doctor and staff had said it would. The healing process was again, exactly what I had been told to expect....Simply put...I trust them, I like them, and Ill always go to them for all of my cosmetic needs & desires !!
Dr. Cutler performed surgery on me to remove a pituitary tumor. He is friendly, compassionate and helpful. He walked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable throughout. The offices I visited in Denver and Lone Tree were clean, modern and inviting and all of the staff I interacted with were kind.
Was simply the best hearing examination I have had in 15 years. The staff were all knowledgeable and really listened. Dr P was great about answering all my questions. I will most definitely recommend this office.
Dr. Cosgriff is friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable, a great listener, and very thorough. She truly wants to help her patients get better and is willing to do the testing necessary to figure out the root cause(s) of symptoms. Additionally, I never feel rushed during my visits with her, and the entire staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Picerno had to drain a tonsil abscess for me in the ER a few weeks ago and was wonderful, re-assuring & did an amazing job. During our follow up she was very informative and helpful. The staff at the clinic were very kind and helpful as well.
My daughter made an appt to to be seen here due to a painful infection. Our first impression was walking into the office to see the male receptionist literally yelling at someone. We waited 30 minutes for him to give us new patient paperwork to fill out. My daughter was afraid to ask him for it after seeing his behavior when we arrived but finally did after we realized he wasn’t going to offer it to us without doing so. We get back into the room 45 minutes after arriving only to wait another 15 min before we asked how long it would be because my daughter had to get to work. We then find out the doctor is doing a procedure so they suggested we reschedule! My daughter works full-time and goes to school so getting to this appt took a lot of orchestrating. We certainly won’t be returning.
I positive if you need hearing tests come here from second to walking out was treated extremely well. Very honest answer any questions you have. Really cares . Wished had found couple months ago.
