An extremely professional group of people. We had high expectations for both TV and speaker audio quality, as well as a nice clean finished look. 5280 Audio Video delivered on both expectations. Our situation was more complicated because we were mounting directly into a stone wall and also had in-ceiling speakers installed.This is a highly professional team. He never tried to up sell and even asked about other equipment we might have to help save a few bucks.Kyle and Dustin did all the work in our house; mounting our TV, investigating surprises they found along the way and getting our complicated whole home system up and running. They were professional and courteous the entire time. They were respectful of our home, cleaned up along the way and explained everything when the work was complete.It was really a great experience overall. Billy was extremely responsive and helpful with scheduling & Chris showed up on time, adhered to COVID safety, and mounted my TV into a tricky old brick wall with no problem.Great business, email receipts, text notifications the works.Next time I will buy my TV through them and get a credit toward my installation. Highly recommend Billy and his team - they are utmost professionals, extremely courteous and helpful -- Billy took time to listen and then came up with the best solutions for our home. We have used them twice now and they have installed 3 TVs and mounted some speakers for our home theatre. The quotes were fair and came in below another company. We also bought our Samsung Frame TVs directly them, which is great because they can do the delivery and install in one go.

Recently purchased new smart TV, sound bar and woofer. Purchased TV mount last year, so needed to get system installed prior to Sunday Superbowl. Called 5280AV and knew immediately from intake phone call this was the best firm to use. Installation appointment was set, follow up email and texts were sent. Two-man tech crew (Kyle & Doug) arrived early and were professional, informative and provided honest and complete work. Hopefully the game is as good as 5280AV!

Fantastic work! I needed some help connecting existing ceiling speakers in my living and in the basement. Billy came out to take a look and discuss what I wanted to done. He then provided a quote and a few dates for the work to be done. His employees were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They verified the work to be done and had me spot check things during the day. Everything was done to my satisfaction and sounds great!

5280 Audio Video is our go to AV/computer wiring/wifi company. They are friendly and professional. Weve been using them for years and have seen various techs come and go. But each one is as friendly and knowledge as the one before. They always do what we want, but then suggest ways our wifi could be faster, the cables could be hidden better, or our experience could be of even higher quality. There prices are reasonable, they never up sell you on anything you dont want/need, and they are trustworthy. We wont use anyone else.

We needed a wall installation and found 5280. I spoke directly with Billy, the owner and he could not have been more congenial and accomodating to schedule an appointment. Fortunately, they do Saturday work which was helpful to us. The guys came and did a great job. Kyle, the lead tech has been with the company almost from the beginning and we are totally pleased with the outcome of the job. They do business the way we do in our business which is Front Range Signarama - go beyond expectations.

After almost 15 years with my Pioneer Elite plasma, it was time for an upgrade. I talked to a few folks around town about tv purchase and installation services and Billy was by far the most professional and responsive—always calling when he said he would call and going out of his way to keep me updated.As for the installation/ mounting itself, Douwe and Neil were a pleasure to deal with. Their work was flawless and they went out of their way to answer all my questions and ensure I was happy and with the final product (happy is an understatement).I found 5280 via Yelp reviews and I’m glad I did. This is the second time I’ve worked with 5280. Both times I’ve had multiple rooms to install various TV. Sizes (75, 65,60, 48) as well as various mounting and wiring options as well as various Roku and Sonos equipment. I’ve provided older equipment as well as purchased equipment from the guys. My experience has always been rock solid. Bids were incredibly detailed, no work was performed without first educating me on the “why” and then providing options. Everyone’s knowledge was top notch. Bottom line is that you can absolutely trust that 5280 will provide you with the absolute best experience possible in all ways.

Ive waited far too long to review these guys, but their customer service, response time and quality of work is top notch. Billy is responsive and helpful, the teams he sends out to install TVs are knowledgeable and helpful; neither try to upsell or recommend a mount/device that you dont need.

I will never use another A/V company again. Every step in the process was amazing - from my first phone call with Billy, to the actual service appointment, to the follow up phone call and email to make sure everything is going well, these guys know how to take care of their customers.

These guys are awesome... and after the install, if the occasional issue comes up in the evening, they will walk you through it over the phone and follow up soon after to make sure its all back to normal. We had some weird Xfinity issues and instead of having Xfinity do the install and repair, we had 5280 do it since your wi-fi and tvs interface with so many other products that Xfinity wont touch (like nest cams, Apple TV, etc)... its nice to get everything up and running in one swoop.
