Jeff W has incredible communication skills, especially working with someone like me who is non-techy with TV/sound stuff. Scheduling has been a breeze and he is highly communicative. I’d like to give a shout out to Chad C and Jason F who came out and reinstalled a TV previously purchased. They walked through it with me, explained everything to ensure I understood what I needed to do to have the set up I was looking for. They are courteous with incredible customer service skills. The company was professional from start to finish. Their team was on time and thorough. The installers were experienced and friendly. They didn’t leave until everything was perfect and they had explained how to use the system. I really enjoyed having them in our home.

Chad was very helpful and timely. He took his time addressed all of our system issues and checked to make sure everything was working properly. In addition caught some other small things. We have been very pleased with EIs customer focus and attention for almost 8 years.

The technical team at EI came to our home to recreate the installation that existed in 2013 but allowed to lapse. Jason returned the second day to finish the installation. He took real ownership of the project and its challenges and persevered until it was done right. EI just did a large AV project for me in my basement and Im very pleased with the results. Jeff worked with me throughout the entire pre-sales process and was very patient throughout the duration of the project from beginning to end which was appreciated as we went through numerous work order changes, modifications, pricing, etc. The install, setup and programming of all the equipment went smoothly - Chad C did a great job with everything and walked me through how everything worked when he was done. This is the second project Ive done with EI - they also installed my patio speakers and added Sonos equipment for my patio and existing surround sound system upstairs. Highly recommend these guys, theyre very professional, clean and friendly and I will use them again in the future without hesitation.

These people have no idea what theyre doing. 7 months to install blinds, 3 different times they were ordered as the wrong color. 1 time with faulty motors. Just plain clueless.
