TV Guyz were fantastic, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They came out on an initial install and the TV I purchased ended up being dead on arrival. They helped me get it back in the box to return. Second trip they came out to mount the replacement TV and everything went smoothly. They went the extra mile to make sure my cables passed through correctly from the peripherals to my TV. Both crews that came out were friendly, quick and showed up ON TIME! Thanks Steve and team!

Great service and very professional. They had everything on their truck, ready for literally ANYTHING! They installed my 65 tv, sound bar, game systems, blue ray, etc. in a small space and it looks great! They made it easy to access everything and even gave me pointers on arrangement, etc. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants their electronics set up correctly, effortlessly, and neatly. They were reasonably priced for what they did, including providing all necessary equipment for the install.

This place by far has the best overall service, that I have experienced in a long time. I called looking for a quote and billy helped me. He Was very nice and explained the different services in detail, which really made it simple to make my decision. The 2 techs (Doug and Dustin) were just as awesome. They were very professional and their work was stellar. ALL services were explained to me before any work was started, which showed me their honesty and no up sale BS. Apparently Im one of the only people not really happy with this company, but thats okay. To start with, the actual job itself was done great. The finished product (power and audio ran, speakers and TV mounted) is great. It looks great, sounds great and everything was done professionally. My only complaint there is that they broke some drywall fishing the wire through the wall and said they would arrange to get that fixed, and two weeks later I havent heard anything from the company. Guess Ill just fix that little problem myself?My bigger issue with TV Guyz - by the way, Billy C actually owns THREE audio/visual companies in the Denver area (5280 is the first one I dealt with and I wasnt impressed) - is that not only was it more expensive than I wanted, it was more expensive than he quoted me. Every step is charged. Running a new power outlet? Thats 130 bucks. Mounting the TV? 130. Running the cords for that TV? Also 130. Running audio cords for front speakers? Charge. Cutting the holes for the speakers? Charge. Mounting the speakers? Charge. Oh, you dont have a 12 foot HDMI cord? Well why dont you? Thatll be 35 dollars.In the end it cost me 759 dollars to get a 65 inch TV and two speakers up on the wall and ready to go. I was told (over the phone, not in writing) that it would be somewhere in the 3-500 range.I went to TV Guyz in the first place because 5280 Audio was difficult to actually set an install date for, or even get him to call me back. Lo and behold I call an entirely different company and its the same guy answering the phone! No wonder Billy was too busy to help me out, its hard running three companies that do identical business.Again: Quality work in the end, but thats the techs, not the management.

This is a late review, as its been almost 2 weeks since these gentlemen came and worked their magic.Let me just say this. There are a thousand people/businesses that can come hang TVs for you.The amount of businesses that care enough to take time to ensure everything is JUST as you want it, even when youre being picky (Im picky what can I say)...a company that does the right thing in your interest, even when it costs them money to do it right (b/c you as the consumer didnt ask for it, they just saw that it needed done)....thats when you are working with someone amazing.These. Gentlemen. Were. Amazing.The owner called me before the service to figure out what I need. I added a need on the fly (Simply bc I was just plain too tired from moving) which they accommodated and THEY figured out the most cost effective way to help me do it. They double, tripled checked everything was as I wanted it. They even helped me move furniture in place that was moved due to the installation.Then the owner called me....twice. The day of, and days after to make sure I was still happy and if I had any questions.Honestly, I spent more than I thought I would ONLY b/c of MY own additions. I can tell you that I got the absolute fairest price, and for the satisfaction and quality of service these gents gave my home, Id have spent a lot more gladly.I really appreciate them, their kindness, their INTEGRITY, and the work they did.I will 1000% ask them to help me again in the future.

Absolutely terrible called a week in advance 4 times to schedule just to be told they will call back and never did. Long story short never even got to schedule an appointment. Absolutely terrible staff.

These guys are the best! They installed my 65” TV above my fireplace (which could have been an issue because of the gas line) with zero issues. The customer service cannot be beat! Please do yourself a favor and make sure that you hire the TV Guyz for your next TV install!!!!!!!!!!

The TV Guyz arrived on time and completed a professional install of my 60 TV above my fireplace. They were very diligent to ask all of the appropriate questions prior to installing the mount on the wall. After completion, I asked for a small adjustment and they were happy to make the requested change. I highly recommend TV Guyz for any TV wall mount installation.

We just bought a new house and the location for the TV was a wall of uneven stone. I was referred to TV Guyz and I am so thankful for their expertise in this area. They asked the right questions before the appointment, and then came prepared to do a tough job and did it very quickly. The TV looks great and the guys who did the installation were super friendly.
