No complaints. They always treat me right and they do there job happily. Now days that is hard to say about a business, even of we are paying for a service. I will keep coming back.

Poor customer service, never can find an employee and when you do the service is terrible. No integrity for its customers or employees. Employees at Denver lumber are not even shy to let you know how little the company provides, no wonder why they are as unhelpful as possible. Would definitely not recommend to fellow contractors, and definitely not recommended for will call builders. Tried delivery once and they sent me a literal trash pile that I had to pay a restock fee on when I needed to return for better material! Definitely not worth the hassle, whoever is in charge of that yard needs a new job. Seriously couldn’t believe how little respect I received from the front desk at shipping, I think it may have been vernon who was quite mouthy and degrading which apparently according to the guy helping me outside “is not uncommon” and “is a usual complaint amongst customers”. I was so upset after that ordeal, and get this, I can’t make this stuff up, they said the person in charge views that as acceptable because “he is afraid of conflict and will not address issues appropriately”? NOT THE DENVER LUMBER IT WAS 4-5 years or so ago. Never again will I put myself through that circus, I’m sorry for anyone else that will. Building materials are sub par, equivalent of Home Depot or Lowe’s. I would actually have rated 0 stars.

They were very helpful and made a smaller order work for us when another nearby company would not. Max was helpful, followed up, professional and quick. Glad to do business with you all and will again in the future!

Homeowners and quality minded Carpenters stay away.I spent $1500 on wood for my deck at Denver lumber. My Carpenter who has been in the business his whole life said “ This lumber company gave you a bunch of junk”I went back to them to tell them about what he said. And I wanted to buy straight boards...Their response was “we aren’t set up for that” They aren’t set up for giving their customers reasonably straight boards!They would not allow me to reject boards, they wanted to sell me what they had, not what I wanted.Unbelievable.If you want quality go elsewhere.PS Just bought two 2 x 10 x 14’s at Front Range lumber. They let me select two “straight boards” and put the customer 1st.
