This is not about getting anything from the company but their truck drivers with a wide load sign on the back going down 83 Tuesday morning like a maniac speeds up to 75 and not letting anyone pass because you can’t see around him and where there was area to pass he picked up speed

Completely irresponsible company. One of their flatbed trucks was driving recklessly on I25, swerved, and a piece of metal flew off the flatbed into the SUV in front of me and then hit my car and caused $8000 in damages. I managed to get the company info off the truck and filed a claim with them. Their insurance company denied my repairs stating that I had been hit by a road hazard not anything off of the truck! Even though I witnessed it come off. I am now pursuing legal action against them. Totally fraudulent and shady company. Beware!!!

Customer service in the lumber department needs a lot of attention and the lumber quality is bad. Based on my experience I do not reccomend buying lumber from this company. Spend your money somewhere else.

I have been purchasing from Direct Lumber for a few years now. It has been great working with them and they always do what they say theyre going to do. Zero complaints and will continue to use them as a vendor. They make buying from them easy.

I would not this company. They installed a cracked window. Our builder and I have been asking for 6 months for them to replace this cracked window. Repair guy finally came out on Monday, but the weather was cold and icy. Guy said hed be back in a day or two. Nope...no show. Sure, they may have great prices, but their customer service is greatly lacking. Now, our door lock and handle is jammed. Cant exit our house from main door...fire hazard. Our builder and I contacted them on Monday morning. They said they would send someone out right away. Nothing....no one has called or shown up. Very sad for this company...treating customers this way. Hopefully, they will change this.

I worked there if i could give a zero i would, they have no respect for there own employees much less a customer. Conclusion......Save your money this place blows!!!
