I just started riding so I need all the stuff... most importantly, I needed a jacket that was good for the hotter months and still safe. Shopping online and at other stores made me think I wasnt going to find what I wanted but Let It Ride had EXACTLY what I was looking for and in my size.The customer service was awesome too.

The best motorcycle shop in Colorado! The best staff from the top down. Everyone is always friendly and they seem to collectively know everything about everything motorcycle related. The best deals, they seem to always have a great deal on something I need. Helmets, tires, gear, and helpful information about everything about riding. I bought my first gear for riding street here. Dustin took his time (over an hour) to get me properly fitted for a helmet. Other stores down the street just wanted me to buy the most expensive stuff. He thoroughly explained the differences between all the options. He seemed genuinely concerned with finding the safest and best option for me and my weird shaped head. This is the opposite of my experiences everywhere else.Since then I’ve bought tires and all sorts of other maintenance needs. Jack and the owner have always made time to help me get the right parts. Overall it feels like a old school shop where they really love motorcycles.

When I first started riding I got my jacket and gloves from here. Over the years Ive gotten a lot of gear and today I got a tire. The Rona apparently ate all the tires because I was having a heck of a time finding one but they saved me! Even referred me to a shop that was able to get me in the next day for installation. Great shop and very nice and helpful staff!

The store is organized and inviting. They have the cheapest tires I have seen and they were very helpful with helmet sizing with tons of helmets to choose from. I’ve been shopping here for over 8 years. It’s a true mom and pop shop. Having tried most other options in Denver and I keep coming back. Jackson and Dustin are always friendly and very knowledgeable. I can’t remember how many times they have looked through multiple catalogs to try to find parts for my many different bikes. More often than not they have it in stock and almost always for the best deal in town or online. If they don’t they order it and have it in a couple of days. If you buy tires anywhere else you are paying too much. 1 down 4 up next door will mount them up and take care of any other needs your bike may have.I’ve never found another place with a staff this friendly and knowledgeable, these guys rock!

I purchased cheap chineseium levers online that didnt fit my clutch perch. Ran into Let it Ride and they fixed me up with a perch that worked with no high pressure upsell and the price was right. Now Im back in business!Thanks guys!

Came in today to return a brand new tire I didnt need. The girl up front told me they dont accept returns on tires. She was really nice about it. She went to get the manager to check and make sure. I told him that I didnt realize that and asked if it would be possible to get store credit. He throws the receipt down on the table and says Its yours you own it! And runs away like hes having a temper tantrum. I dont appreciate the lack of respect for paying customers. Ive been spending money at this store for well over 5 years now. I understand store policies. I was going to return the item and spend the money at the store anyways. They wouldnt have lost any money and now because of his attitude problem he lost a returning customer. This has been my go to parts store and Ive spent hundreds of dollars here. Ive worked customer service for over 15 years and I would never treat a customer that way or act like that infront of one of my associates. This was unacceptable one hundred percent childish behavior. This review is only a result of his poor customer service skills. Heres some advice for that guy...If you cant keep your cool maybe its time to find a new job.Let it ride should promote the girl on register to manager and lose the disrespectful one.

Came in today to find a first time helmet with my boyfriend, right away as we walked through the door we were warmly welcomed into the store. The staff was very attentive to us and they made sure I got the helmet that was perfect for me. As we were paying for the helmet the staff made sure we had everything we needed and were fully satisfied. Overall this was an excellent experience and was very impressed with all of the staff! Ive been going here for years. Ive tried other shops but I never seem to find the same level of customer service and knowledge. Went there last week to get a new helmet for my wife. Kody and Vera were both very helpful on a busy Saturday, they took their time getting her the perfect helmet. They could have tried to sell us the Shoei or Arai but instead found the perfect fitting scorpion for much less.They have a great selection of just about everything youll ever need for your motorcycle adventures. Always great deals in the store. They have a huge tire room and a great service shop next door. Truly a one stop shop.

The owner was rude and refused to work with me on brand new tires I bought that were never installed or used and had manufactures stickers still on them. they told me that theres no guarantee but there is a possibility that if I brought the tires into him that he would consider a 20% restocking fee depending on the condition of the tires, as you can see the tires are clearly brand new. And I know for a facthave worked in retail before that the manufacturer of these tires absolutely would have taken these tires back from him if he returned them to me. All he did was repeat his store policy over and over repeatedly look at it understand what he was saying I consider this owner to be a a bully as a store ownerhe was rude and really didnt care if I would come back to a store as a customer as a small business owner myself I would have made sure that my customers left my store on a more positive noteand Ive had an issue with a motorcycle jacket that actually had a defect that he would not return which I know for a fact that he would get a credit from the manufacturer for returning defective merchandise but he is very unwilling to work with customers in that area,In response to safety first I absolutely 100% agree transaction was done over the phone and salesperson did not state those facts while I was purchasing these tires as well as you didnt have to put them up for resale I know for a fact that the manufacturer would have taken these tires back and credited you for the amount of the tires - your 20% restocking fee which I was more than happy to pay I even told you Id pay a 30 to 40% restocking fee you your business clearlydid not want to compromise or come to some solution that we both would benefit from the situation and have a customer be a returning customer to your your store

I have never been to let it ride but my husband purchased a dunlop tire here being referred to by a repair shop and he says let it ride was a very friendly store and he gave it a 5 star and Im looking forward to going there as soon as I get up and around from cancer treatments as I need a pair of chaps and other gear dont let the bad reviews discourage you they was probably competition or having a bad hair day. Probably do t even own a bike.

Owner is rude called about a tire got put on hold for ten minutes, then the girl said she forgot the tire size . I asked to speak to her boss and he gets on the phone and tells me how busy they are and iam lucky they answered the phone . I said if your that busy you should tell people that when they call that you can’t help them on the phone . He thensay s don’t ever yell at my employee . I never yelled at anybody that’s why asked to talk to the owner . My advise learn how to talk to. Customers and after just buying a helmet and visor I won’t ever go back to this establishment. I have 5 companies I would never talk to a customer like you did . I will make sure and pass it on to ever one I know not to come to your place again . Learn to treat people right especially customers . Not the first time you’ve been rude either

I called before I drove here to see if they had a good selection of dirt bike helmets and Zane said they did. When my son and I arrived, we were greeted by Dustin who was very helpful. He made sure my son was getting a helmet that fit safely and comfortably. The selection was great. Their prices were very competitive - less than the other shops we had visited today. Great motorcycle gear store. Outside of a couple of particular motorcycle dealerships that have a very large gear section, Id say this place has the best selection of quality stuff of any gear shop in the whole Metro Denver/Boulder area. The employees are polite, super helpful, and pretty knowledgable about most everything they sell. They have some good stuff on clearance sometimes too. Some places have a wider selection but from what I can tell this place simply doesnt bother carrying crappy stuff.

Parked in a non marked spot to eat before we went in and 2 of the gentleman moved the parking sign right in front of my Jeep, gave us a dirty look and walked away. Absolutely unprofessional! Myself and the 3 others with me will never shop there. 👎

Great family run business with some of the friendliest employees around. Ive been shopping here for over 7 years and Ive always been treated well. They have a good selection of parts, gear, chemicals, etc. in stock, and if they dont have it, they can order most anything and get it within a couple days. On top of that, their pricing is usually on par with, or better than what I can find online.

First off, a friendly human named Kalin? answers the phone. Big points there. Guy was very knowledgeable about my bike and offered amazing applicable advice. These guys might just be my new shop.
