Lincare is a scam that will charge you for nothing and continue to dodge your questions not knowing why theyre charging you when yoy call them. It is impossible to get a person who speaks Spanish. Instead of contracting people who are unable to speak without slurring their words, look into hiring people that can effectively communicate and preferably people who are bilingual.

Had a family member discharged from the hospital on O2. We were sent home from the hospital with one tank and told to schedule same day with this company for set up for in home O2. We had to call multiple times to get anyone on the phone, they said they had not received our paperwork. Called the hospital to check that they had sent it, they had. Called this company back and they said they had it and would call us back. We have had to call back every half hour to an hour for an update, they keep telling us that theyre trying to get a driver or some other nonsense. Someone comes home from the hospital and they have literally no other option than to depend on you to bring them life saving oxygen and they had absolutely no interest in being helpful nor were they concerned for my family members wellbeing. TERRIBLE service. Do not recommend. If have to use this company, try to get this sorted out BEFORE discharge because trying to get se day service is an absolute disaster.

Worse customer service. The District Manager should be embarrassed to have hired such irresponsible employees. My Wife and I have been trying for 2 months to get supplies and have the unit serviced. Scheduled a day for technician to come by and received no phone call to tell us an approximate time. They showed up while we were at a Dr. appointment. We called back and the rudeness from the customer service represenitive said the supplies are in the mail.2 weeks later and nothing. I gues they only care about the local Oxygen Bars.

Terrible customer service. Somehow some the employees think its funny when you have to call repeatedly for information. Colt is especially awful. He tries to chat and thinks hes a big shot, but then says things he doesnt follow through with. This is especially concerning because hes the Lincare representative for University of Colorado Hospital. Lincare (Denver) needs to get it together - being on oxygen is stressful enough without having to deal with incompetent employees.

Took them over a week to send replacement oxygen bottles for my mom. We called several times every day and were told the delivery was on the truck and would be delivered. The next day when we called all they would tell us is they cant reach the driver.

Moved here from north carolinaService in carolina top notchPolar opposite here.Have O2 generator, Imogen, trelegy and c tanks.Order sent from Dr. To Lincare for O2 generator upgrade (oh yea, had two fail) one department acknowledged order and then it disappeared.From us callbacks referenced other materials and suppliesJust doesnt happen.Were a very busy branch seems to be the excuse. In September 2019, rented an oxygen unit for my visiting mother-in-law. Told them we would need it until October 2nd. We called them the day after she left us that it was available to be picked up. They never called back. We called again in mid October, end of October, March 2020 and it still sits in our garage. Today is Jun 19, 2020. If you need reliability or dependability for deliveries and pickups, you should look elsewhere. Not sure how they are still in business.

Terrible isnt sufficient to explain their apathy, ineptitude and utter disregard for patients well being. Amy, the office manager, was palpably stoic and unfeeling over the phone. My hospital discharged me Saturday from triple bypass surgery with an order for oxygen. Its Thursday and I had to call them to find out that, now that they claim my insurance wont cover it, they cant deliver until Monday. Id give them zero if I could. Worst. Company. Ever.

Terrible, had to delay travel plans by a day and call them at least eight times to get oxygen tanks delivered. Everyone was really nice on the phone, but there was a real lack of effort to get anything done. Usually Im pretty understanding but the didnt seem to care.

This is the second time my sister in law has tried to have much needed oxygen delivered prior to her visit.They say they will call, waited full day yesterday no call.They will be here Saturday, nothing and they say their driver will call if he has enough on his truck to deliver !!!This is a life must for her at this altitude and they could care less.Maybe they should lose their license !

BEWARE!!!Lincare is the worst company for cpap supplies! I had a great company American Home Patient who sold out to Lincare -- thanks a lot!! I have received no supplies since FEBRUARY!!! They promise everything on the phone & do absolutely nothing. Beware! Am changing companys. Thank God!

This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST durable medical supply company ever (and Ive had at least 6 suppliers in 3 different states during my time with a CPAP). They bought American Home Patient, and immediately ended automatic shipping but without telling me. I have to set a reminder to call them once a month because they only ship 30 days of supplies at a time (every other provider Ive had has shipped at least 90 days worth at a time) and they never call me for my order like they claim they are supposed to once a month. I have received the WRONG filters 3 times in a row now (twice they were not the hypoallergenic that I need, and once they were for an old machine that I got rid of almost a year ago). I am talking to my doctor about switching suppliers ASAP.

Every time I called the branch the person I would speak to you would give me nothing but attitude doesn’t care about their customers and getting them well. I am looking for or else her to go something needs to be done on how these people treat their customers. We are the ones that are suffering not you.

They have the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with in my entire 61 years. I have worked in the medical field for 30 years and I had to deal with Medicare and Medicaid and other medical supplies companies in my field of work. I have never had to deal with the level of incompetency of this company. Each time I or my doctors office have called we have been told a different story from every person weve talked to on the statice of my order. I even spoke with the manager and still no results. She has as all the others just given me a song and dance. I will never use this company for any further equipment and I do not recommend them.

Just tried to show up at our home at NINE OCLOCK PM without calling prior to standing at our door. The last time my mom heard from them was a week ago. Were all getting ready for bed.Edit as of November 14th, 2019; my mother has been trying to get a portable oxygen concentrator from them since August. Theyve lost her paperwork at least 5 times now! No one ever calls her back, no one will give her a magaer or supervisor when she asks. These people are absolutely useless. DO NOT use them.

Horrible service. It took them 5 months to pick up my device after they told me someone would be there in a week and then they charged me for the time I had it. I even tried to return it myself, but the location had shut down. I called them 40-50 times, and they recorded that I was non-responsive to their calls. Asked multiple times to talk to upper management, was supposed to receive calls back, did not.
